BEST WESTERN STES NR OPRYLAND in Nashville

Very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms were large and clean staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Opry Mills but not convenient to downtown except they have a shuttle service that will take you and pick you up for a small fee. I stayed near the Grand Ole Opry, was convenient and comfortable. the staff was very courteous and willing to make my stay a good one. Room was very clean. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, had a late night at a show I was working with and slept through it. I recommend it and will stay again

This property worked very well for me considering the location, price and breakfast was included.

Stayed six nights and enjoyed it. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly staff - all good. A little way from downtown if you want to party, but cab ride is OK. They do have a paid shuttle to the airport - ask them - it's cheaper than a cab. All-in, very good at a very reasonable rate.

The best BestWestern ever I have stayed!

The Best Western Stes Near Opryland was very convenient to most places. Opryland was walking distance from where the Hotel was located. Restaurants were all within walking distance as well. This hotel was great. Very clean and comfortable room. Close to Gaylord Opryland, Grand Ole Orpy and General Jackson. A little far from downtown, but not too bad. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was reasonably priced and very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The staff was efficient and helpful with our questions. We'd stay again and recommend it to others.

Great motel near Oryland, (and Probass) can leave your car at the motel and take tours from the motel, shuttle bus to Orpyland. Would stay at this motel again, we are planning a trip in Jan. 2012.

Highly recommended! We stayed in 3 different similar hotels during our stay, and this one was by far the BEST! And the location is right down the road from Opryland! We stayed here last year too! The best value for price!!!!!!!!!

Our first room had long hairs on the shower wall and the air was not working. They quickly moved us to another room, no problems. The pillows were not comfortable for me, they were feather with no other options. The only other complaint is the channel line up was not correct. The hotel was great and the location was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the creepy hotel in front of the Best Western were you could see lots of mold on the curtains in the windows and the property itself looked not kept up. A real eye sore!

It is conveniently located near shopping, dinning, entertainment, etc... The price is very reasonable compared to other local hotels in the area. We would highly recommend it.

We loved this hotel because it had nice, large, comfortable rooms, wireless internet, free breakfast, free parking, a nice pool, and a great price! It only took a few minutes to get downtown, and it is close to some great restaurants. We're going back often!

Stayed top floor end room. Could not connect to hotel WiFi and was told by front desk that I probably needed to stand near the door to get signal. I was able to connect via the hotel next door's WiFi. furniture was old and outdated and the cushions on the couch were only about 2 inches thick. Want a best shower and a good night sleep ? Look no more, this is it. Feel like at home with microwave, refrigerator, safe, hair dryer... even a sofa-bed. Price is reasonable with continental breakfast. Have to give it an AAA.

I got stranded in Philadelphia so wound up spending only the one night. Also when I finally did get to Nashville I managed to go to the wrong Best Western. When I eventually got to the right hotel no time was wasted in getting me checked in, within about 5 minutes I was in the comfort of my room, the manager having also arranged transport to take me […] down town and organised my return to the airport the following day. Hotel is in a very safe location quiet & clean.Room was extremely nice with a queen size bed which was very comfortable. Next to Bob Evans & Cracker Barrel.We were disappointed that they did not have a shuttle Bus that they had advertised on line & in the room.we would definitely stay there again.Great value for your money.

The rates were okay, the room was clean. They were replacing all the ice machines so had to go from floor to floor to find one that was working. The biggest thing was they did not have a shuttle that they had advertised online and in the room. That was part of my decision to stay their. Had to pay a taxi to get back to the airport.

Booked this hotel on Hotels.com, very easy transaction, and inexpensive. Hotel was in a very safe location, quiet, clean. A great value, as the room was extremely nice. This Best Western was way better than expected! The motel was being renovated but that didn't hurt anything. The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very willing to help with anything we needed. Very convenient to everything! I've stayed at other Best Westerns and this one is by far THE BEST I have ever visited. We had booked a room with a king and a sofa/sleeper. That is exactly what we got. Upon pulling out the sleeper we found that it had no bedding, so a 10 pm my wife had to go down to the desk to get it. Not a big deal unless you have a five year old that is beyond tired and just wants to go to bed… The promise of a continental breakfast was kept. But […] unless you came down to eat early you may not have had much to select from. On our first morning we came down about half way through the posted serving time. There were no spoons or milk and our fruit selections were: a single banana or an orange. The options to eat at that point were; juice or coffee with toast or a beagle. After being asked by another gust a hotel employee did come in gave them a spoon, glared at them when they asked for milk and then, without getting any milk or saying anything, the employee went out front entrance to sweep up cigarette butts. The rest of the mornings were not much different. Thankfully there was a fast food place next door with a handy drive through. We found it hard to communicate with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak or understand English. We were still in the process of getting ready on the first morning when housekeeping knocked on our door. We asked for them to come back in an hour and they did not understand. After five minutes of talking with them my wife was asked to write our request down on paper so that housekeeping could take it to their boss. This stay did not live up to what I would expect from Best Western. If all I was looking for was room close to fast food locations I over paid. The service which should have come with the room was not there. Though I may use Best Western in the future, I will not ever stay at the Best Western Suites Near Opryland again. Lees meer

Very clean hotel. Good beds. Close to Grand Ole Opry. Good restuarants nearby.

The hotel was located close to dining and entertainment other than the Grand Old Opry...which if you have not experience..you must. Great freeway access to other points of interest such as downtown Nashville, the Ryman and Vanderbilt Univ. We will definately stay there again.

Quality hotel that was very clean. Close to sites and restaurants. Will be visiting again and would recommend to all.

We would recommend the above hotel as a friendly place to arrive from UK. Room was cool and very comfortable.

Hotel was in a great location at Opry and close enough to the airport and downtown. They have very good size rooms for the price. Customer service was great also. We will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

The room was nice and big but it was loud. It sounded like all the plumbing went through my room. The bed was not very comfortable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations - it was very well managed, clean, well equipped and convenient to the Convention Center and downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family..

Fire alarm unwarranted. Twice awakened for questionable reason. Pool outside Small breakfast area. Employee was not pleasant or cordial. Was like a security guard watching ...made us uncomfortable. Couldn't take food to room. Would have chosen one of the other motels surrounding. Comfort Inn or Mariott. Canceled 3rd night stay.
