Dit is een goed, schoon en rustig hotel, meer als 2 **, redelijk ontbijt. De omgeving is gevuld met hotels en fastfoodketens. Voor een restaurant moet je richting downtown. Opmerkelijk is dat het baliepersoneel vertelt dat je downtown niet kan parkeren en een taxi moet nemen. Ze bellen dan een ((dure) taxi en krijgen daar fooi voor. Zo betaalde we heen $ 23 en terug laat op avond & 15. Het parkeren kost downtown $ 10 - $ 15 voor een hele dag, overal rond Broadway, de uitgaansstraat van Nashville, is heel veel parkeergelegenheid in de vorm van public parkeerplaatsen en garages. U bent gewaarschuwd. Voor de rest geen klachten. De naastliggende interstate geeft geen geluidsoverlast of belasting.

Goed onderhouden hotel op plm 5 autominuten van Downtown. Kamers zijn klein maar schoon, helaas zonder koelkast.

Het hotel is groots opgezet en zeker de moeite waard om gezien te hebben. Veel vertier mogelijk. Veel keuze m.b.t. restaurants. Aanrader

"Clean and convenient"
We had four adults in a two double bed room. Room was clean, smelled fresh, everything worked fine, inner room so it was quiet, breakfast was fine ( eggs, biscuits n gravy and the usual continental items). Family lives close by, so we will stay here again when we visit them. Very satisfied!
"Good Visit to Nashville"
This was a really great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room worked properly. The highways surrounding the hotel were pretty noisly but turning the A/C fan on drowned out everything. I slept great here! The hotel is right off I-24 so downtown Nashville is just a short drive.
"Close to I 24"
The location was convenient, but it was not worth the money. Pros: location, comfortable bed. Cons: linen looked like someone had already slept in it, bathroom was horribly old and not well maintained at all and is not even close to what you see in the hotel pictures, the room has been partially renovated as the furniture and the bed were good, but […] the sink was in the room, the paint job was weird enamel like, towels looked old and dirty and smelled kind of weird, breakfast was the usual one you get in US hotels, however the "restaurant" across the street is where breakfast is served and is run down and plainly dodgy... a fire escape door was locked with a padlock on the inside... Anyway, for the same rate I am sure you can find something better, or you can pay less for the same quality at a different motel. Lees meer

1 antwoord van Best Western Music City InnNo temperature control in the shower. Goes from scalding hot to freezing cold without touching the control. Dangerous, and very frustrating! Other than that, no complaints.
"Loud and Substandard"
My first room was so close to the highway, that I could see the traffic reflected on my mirror. There wasn't a work table, just a regular table without access to a nearby outlet for my computer. The continental breakfast was unacceptable. Lukewarm water that couldn't heat my tea or the instant oatmeal. Tables needed a good scrubbing.

We are extremely sorry for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We wish we would have known the highway was bothersome during your stay. We would have been more than happy to move you to a room farther from the interstate. We also wish we would have known you needed a desk in your room instead of a four-person table. In some rooms with multiple beds, we furnish them with a full table instead of a desk because it's expected multiple people will be in the room and we want them to comfortably have somewhere to sit. We do have many rooms here that are furnished with desks instead of tables and we would have been happy to accommodate you in such. We are surprised that the water during your breakfast was not hot. We are looking into the situation and can assure you it will not happen again in the future. We will also speak to our breakfast attendant about making sure the tables are sufficiently cleaned after every guest. Again, we're very sorry for all of the problems you experienced during your stay. We hope you will visit us again in the future and allow us to provide you with the quality service we are known for.

"Best western antioch"
the water in the showe had a mind of its own the tempature would change from very hot to very cold, you had to shower quick. Otherwise it was great beds were great and service was excellant.

The hotel is ideally located. It is close to my work as well as my family. I also recommended it for others in my family that live in another state.

"Music City Hotel"
We chose it as a convenient safe haven during one of the recent terrible storms that went through the area. It is close to the interstate and we did get a lot of road noise in the room, but frankly, most of it was drown out by the noise of the wind and rain. Room was average, but seemed clean and everything worked. We were welcomed and greeted by the […] staff when checking in and out and they were very nice to deal with. It worked out well for us. "Only one problem...."
The hotel staff was helpful and nice, the room was fine, and a good value. We only had one problem that we didn't notice till the morning...The water in the shower would not stay a constant temperature! It went from scalding hot to freezing cold, and did so every morning for 4 days. I asked the hotel staff and they were apparently working on the plumbing, […] which would have been nice to know prior to check in. We have stayed here before without a problem, and will probably stay again, but just make sure they are done with their plubing stuff before you book with them! Lees meer

"Hotel Stay at the Music City Best Western"
Easy to get to, free Internet, refrigerator, very nice. Bed was comfortable and accomodations were very nice. Front desk: Kim was very professional and helpful! Extraordinary value.
"Will Be Back"
The best thing about our stay was that the hotel did not try to misrepresent itself. It is not a 5 star hotel, but it is very nice and a great value for the price. We knew exacrtaly what we were getting. The pool area looked very nice, though it was too cold to swim. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and easily accessible, and the parking was ideal.
