The only "bad" part was the very expensive Internet rate - twenty euros per twenty-four hour day!

Hotel was beautiful and in a quiet but central locatrion on the banks of the river Main. Free welcome drink coupons, and smooth trip to the airport.

Very pleasant porter brought us to lovely room. Had a drink in Dax Bar - good barman. Concierge made Great breakfast. Car waiting for trip to airport. Perfect stay. Thanks.

There's one thing to correct in this hotel, the internet connection is too bad. There's no possibility to use a cable (Ethernet one), the WiFi and the speed are poor.

We stayed 2 nights during the holiday season at the Frankfurt Intercontinental. We were pleased with the location, as we traveled by train. We were able to walk to all the Christmas markets and the central parts of the town. The only disappointing thing was the noise of the ambulances going past our city view window throughout the night, and the cost […] of the breakfast. Otherwise, we would rate the stay as top-grade. This hotel is a good hotel, with areas for improvement, not what you expect at the price I paid for the room. The bathroom is relatively small, the furniture chipped and obsolete, the TV one of these old TV sets (not flat screen), the in-room phone did not work 80% of the time (and the tech who came to the room to fix it had an attitude), wireless worked […] about 50% and required a 30-minute phone conversation with another tech to get it to work (explanation given: I had connected to Wifi from different areas in the hotel, therefore was accidently barred... Sorry! Isn't this the point of Wifi to be more mobile?)... With overpriced Wifi and breakfast on top of an overpriced obsolete room, I do not think I will go there again, unless I read they have completely overhauled the rooms and reviewed their pricing. Great location, within easy walking distance from Airport Train Station. Room was good with great views of River. Staff helpful and friendly. They let us check in early after a 20 hour flight which was a blessing for weary travellers.

Since this is primarily a business hotel we got a fabulous deal on a Friday night and were able to spend our first night in germany (jetlagged) in total comfort for a reasonable price--less tham some very modest hotels we stayed at that same week.

Great service, and impeccable rooms as usual. Conveniently located, and good restaurant for BFast. Would recommend 100% for any business stay.

I stayed here a number of times for a trade show at the Messe. The hotel is very nice and comfortable with courteous staff. It gets a bit hectic and busy when there are shows in the Messe. They do not have a shuttle bus to the fair during show times even though the majority of guests are obviously staying there for the fair. There is a steady flow of […] taxis, but the line can get very long in the morning. Walking to the Messe is about 20 minutes if the weather is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the small old television in the rooms and lack of English language programming. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and in a great location. Lees meer

Located approximately 5 blocks from the train station, on a quiet street in a safe neighbourhood, this hotel is ideal if you're coming/going from Frankfur. I found the hotel oriented to high-end business clients, but I was certainly welcomed as a backpacker all the same. The hotel is close to museums, the old town and within walking distance of the Zeil, and Christmas markets. My experience here as a female travelling alone for the first time to Frankfurt, saw me wanting a hotel with good recommendations and to be on the safe side, a brand that I'd heard of. I recieved a nice high level room with sweeping views of the river and city - no complaints on the room as it was suitable for 1 or 2 people. Wireless internet access, although advertised as available, ended up costing 20 Euros, which seems like highway robbery on top of the cost of the room. Anyway, I do recommend this hotel and will likely stay there again, due to its convenient location and multi-lingual staff. Lees meer

A great hotel to stay in although I would not say a 5* hotel.

I had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located - a short walk from the train station. The room was clean and quiet. It had a great view of the river and was near museums and after a longer walk, some good night life on the south bank. I didn't try many of the hotel services, but I did try the business centre, which was very convenient. […] It's nicer than most of the other hotels I've stayed at in Frankfurt for work (c. 8 trips). We were just passing through Germany on our way to Switzerland and did not put much thought into our stay (other than being near the train station). We booked at a low rate but asked for a river view upon arrival...they quickly accommodated our request for an additional 30 Euro. More of a business hotel, but we found it fine for a 1 night leisure stay. The room was a bit warm, but bed was comfy!

The Intercontinental Frankfurt is a very good business class hotel. The staff are excellent. The Hotel has the amenities that you would expect and is well located within walking distance to almost everything you would want to reach. I had just one bugbear, the beds have an undersheet to protect the mattress which is all too common in many hotels but […] result in a "sweaty sleep". We would have stayed longer rather than just overnight while waiting for our flight back to the states. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (and I've slept at the W and the Ritz Carlton). Great Staff.

This hotel is at good location and Clean. But the room was not big for three of us (my wife & my son & my self)they gave us a king bed with a portable small bed that hardly any space left in the room. I have asked for a river view room but I did not get it, they told me the AC will not work good on river view side. This hotel suppose to be a 5 stars […] hotel, but if you are from U.S. do not compare it to the U.S. 5 stars hotel. Every body was friendly and helpful except couple of women at front desk who ignored me when I wanted to see the river front room. Lees meer

Great hotel It's what you'd expect from an Intercontinental Good location on the river, Walking distance to main train station and old town sights.

Decided to stray from my usual Westin hotel in Frankfurt to try something new for a change. Had high hopes for the Intercointinental since it claims to be a five star. I quickly realized that although it was a nice hotel it is definately not worthy of five star status. The Westin blows it away from every aspect and I cant wait to go back. Hyvällä paikalla, kohtuu lähellä keskustaa. Taksi edullinen tapa liikkua. Hotelli huoneet jo ikääntyneitä. Rauhallinen ulko ja sisä ympäristö. Palvelu hyvää, hotellin oma ravintola kallis mutta vieressä Italialainen ravintola kohtuullisella hintatasolla. Main joki vieressä jossa hieno rantabulevardi.

und somit leider kein Wellness Bereich, Sauna etc. und bei den kühlen Tagen wäre das ganz angenehm gewesen. Fitnessraum gibt es, aber wer bequem schwitzen wollte fand nichts... und die DAX Bar in der Lobby war auch nicht gerade einladend... dunkel und ohne Ambiente.

좋긴 좋은데. 5성급 호텔이라 기대를 너무 했나봐요 깨끗한데. 약간 낡았고 편안한데 난방이 안되었어요 도심 중심가에 호텔이 있으니 쇼핑 좋아하신 분들은 거기도 괜찮을 듯 중심가까지 갈어서 25분

美味しく食事をしましたが、ボリュームが多く大変でした。 サラダとメインにしましたら、メイン料理に同じくらいのサラダが!!!生野菜にしばらく会わなくても良いぐらいでした(笑）　　でも美味しかったです。

The hotel is realy nice.We stayed in a room with a pleasant view of the river and the city.The room was clean and the staff well trained.We liked it very much.

Otima Localizacao, fui para todos os pontos turisticos a pe, o hotel esta situado numa rua paralela ao do Rio Main, a minutos andando da praca Romer, do Zeil (shopping ao ar livre), proximo a estacao de trem Hauptbannhof, enfim da para fazer tudo a pe... O unico incoveniente do hotel foi nao disponibilizar de internet gratuita nos quartos, tinha que […] pagar para usar no quarto, porem tinha a opcao de usar 3 horas de internet gratuita no Lobby... Quando voltar a Frankfurt com certeza irei me hospedar novamente neste hotel.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto grande, excelente localização. O banheiro nao estava muito limpo quando cheguei, mas o quarto estava limpo. E os funcionarios do hotel muito prestativo e educados. Muito bom!
