Hard Rock Hotel and Casino featuring HRH Tower Suites in Las Vegas

Ik zou dit hotel NIEt boeken in de winter! Je kan beter naar Planet Hollywood of Harrah's. Je betaalt 18 dollar per dag voor het zwembad, fitness, etc, en dat terwijl het zwembad dicht is. Dus in feite is dat voor niets. Bij vele andere hotels hoef je die fee niet te betalen. En het is te ver van de strip. Verder geen poker, te weinig deelnemers en […] geen live muziek. Te ver van de strip vandaan Een grote herrie. Nergens rustig plekje te vinden Mooi zwembad maar overvol. Dronken jongeren door de gangen. Fantastisch restaurant Nebu!!!

Zeker waar voor je geld. Hadden wel het geluk in de Paradise Tower te zitten. De kamers zijn er modern en ruim. Zwembad is prachtig maar te vermijden op zondag wegens "rehab". (=party met +1.000 personen) Enig minpunt is de 'resort fee' van bijna $17/persoon/nacht. Dit is een schandaal dat steeds minder en minder LV-hotels toepassen. The bed is very comfortable in Casino Tower. Paradise Tower is newer with more fancy interior. Impressive pool but no warm water. Mediocre service, seldom did they pick up the phone call from guest rooms. Front desk was not really helpful during check-in. Nevertheless, consider the price, it was still a good deal.

I enjoyed my stay overall. This is a great hotel for rock aficionados. The in-casino music is fantastic. The room was comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable with feather-top mattresses. The lighting in the room was poor. The pool was fantastic, except for Sundays. On Sundays for Rehab, unless you pay $60 you will only have access to one […] of the smaller pools as a guest of the hotel. The rooms were great....comfortable beds and very clean rooms. The only problem we had was one of our guys was upgraded to a pool view room and couldn't believe the noise coming from the pool area all afternoon. I guess MTV takes over the pool area and it's crazy down there.

I've stayed at the Hard Rock many times with little problems but the last time I had more problems then ever! I walked into my room and it was gorgeous! Until I walked into the bathroom. The room service left their broom also it wasn't very clean . ( hair on the floor, black gook on the tub) I never complain usually. So my friends and I went down to […] gamble and when I returned to the room my key wouldn't work! I went down twice because the key they kept giving me wouldn't work the third time I went down they saw that I was upset ( I just wanted to get out of my Vegas heels and sleep!!) They then told me that my lock must be broken and to wait by my door for security to help me in. So I waited.. Waited and waited some more until the security officer could let me into my fully paid room. Once he let me in I realized that I was now stuck in my room and couldn't leave unless I wanted to go through the hour long pain in the butt situation I just got out of! When I checked out they were training someone and I told them how horrible my stay was and they took off the extra $20 hotel fee. All without making direct eye contact. Lees meer

first of all, you need to know that i initially booked a casino room (2 queens). HOWEVER, i got an e-mail for a special rate in the HRH tower - the newest building. we booked that special for 2 nights, and then the casino room for the following 2. once we got to the hard rock, they let us stay in the suite for a nominal "upgrade" fee instead of switching […] rooms. therefore, my experience was ONLY in the suite. the suite was well-appointed. modern and clean furnishings, and the MOST COMFORTABLE bed i have stayed in to date. the foyer is nice, yet the closets are located in this area and NOT in the bedroom. the seating area is nice, but the speakers for the ipod dock SUCKED. the bathroom was large...almost bigger than some hotel rooms. we also went to the reliquary spa; a nice break from the smoky casino. the spa was empty because most people are out-and-about. regardless, it made for a relaxing experience. all-in-all, i would DEFINITELY stay here again depending on the rate that i can get. although the HRH is off the strip, it is well worth staying here. then again, we had a rental car so it made coming-and-going easy. When we first checked in, the assistant at the front desk informed us that there was no more rooms with a king-size bed. So to compensate, she gave us a free upgrade to a room in the newly remodeled HRH Tower. It was well worth it! SOOOO beautiful and clean and luxurious. We had a blast and enjoyed the room. The customer service we received at the Hard Rock was very poor. We were on hold in the room with the front desk for almost 25 minutes. The lines to check in and out took forever. It took almost 27 hours to get our drain unclogged so we brushed our teeth in the bathtub. The front desk representatives were rude and had no care whatsoever for the customers […] of the hotel. The stay was great but the T.V. kept pixelating. Maintenance came up to fix but only half fixed it. The A/C did not get cold.

Well, Everything was really pretty good. Room was nice... However, Check in seems to take alot longer than one would think. The attendants don't seem to be in any hurry. frustrating when in a long line. Security at the pool, did a great job, but seemed to be mad alot at Guest. Its ok to smile and do your job. Stayed at Hard Rock for business trip (not a convention). Would recommend upgrading from the standard king mountain view. My "view" was of a roof a few stories below my window. Good. Only complaint was excessive noise from the pool area.

Friendly, competent cust svc. Large, diverse, modern pool areas. Rooms and public areas outdated and worn. Cab or shuttle to strip. Hotel resort fee. Long waits at bell desk.

The Hard Rock is about the funnest place you can stay in Vegas. I love the rock that plays in the hallways and of course all the memorabilia. Mostly a young crowd. Unbeatable pool scene! I can hardly imagine a better value. The casino's got that casino smell, but I had a good time at the tables--a bit more casual feel than some of the higher-dollar […] places. We were not informed that the refrigerator was $20 a day which was ridiculous. I had called prior to the trip and when we checked in and no mention of the fee. The manager, Mike comped the refrigerator for us. There are resort fees whether or not you use them. The staff checking in the first day Brittany had no customer service skills it seemed as if […] we were wasting her time. Another girl helped me later she was new and being trained and she had the best customer service skills, I believe her name was Juilana. Brittnay never did send the refrigerator we had to call and ask for one that's how we found out about the fees. The toilet still had cleaning spray on it. the TV remote never worked properly. The worst part it took over 10 tries to get get into our room each time. We had staff help us, maintenance. They said that's just the way it is. Totally shocked. The best part the pools were fantastic and the beds were like sleeping on cloud nine. I have stayed her before with girlfriends and sadly this was my husbands first impression. Lees meer

As this was my birthday treat I have to say I was very pleased with the general ambiance and attention to detail the staff offered, especially the room staff who were some of the best I have come across

Five star on all accounts, service off the charts, pure quality, it has moved to the top of my list and I have stayed at what is considered the best, great job HRH

Well, with most hotels in Vegas, I have no notion what to expect, but I had already stayed at the San Diego HRH, so I had a notion of what to expect there. I didn't get it in the Vegas property, The staff was nice and everyone was very professional, but the property itself gets an F and is in need for Refit. The room itself was titled Mountain View […] was in fact a view of the casino walls. that I published on Facebook. But what sealed my bad grade was an an all but plugged up tub drain. The TV check-out did seem to work, but I not sure since it didn't tell me so. Over all I love this Hotel but it is tuff love am afraid. This place needs some help!! Fix it!! Lees meer

The first room we got was not what we booked, after the hair dryer almost caught on fire and the mirror fell on the floor we decided to complain. The clerk at the desk was helpful and kind, she gave us an "upgrade" which is pretty much the original room we booked. The Pool was nice but the water felt like the pacific ocean in December.

Some very positive cust svc especially front desk and guest services. Spacious modern rooms in paradise and casino towers. Windows don't open in paradise tower rooms but they are more updated. Casino tower rooms have double doors that open to the outside but the rooms are a little more dated. Pool view rooms are more subject to loud daily music and […] nightly cleaning noise. We stayed at the HRH Tower King Suite. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, the tub was sweet, and the partial view of the city was nice at night. Everybody at the hotel was nice. Our juke box did not work and the hotel staff came within minutes to fix it. The only complain I have is that our room was never cleaned the next day. We put the "Tidy […] Up" sign on our door, but we did not get the service. The rain shower is cool and the tub was relaxing. We also went to the pool on the second floor exit. The pool staff people there were helpful. The hotel was not too loud, but cool enough to hang out and talk. Being away from the strip is not cool, cause the taxi rides can add up. However, I am definitely stayin here again. I love the ambiance, style, and rooms. If you do stay at the Towers request a room above the 7th floor so you dont get a view of the parking garage. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in where I could hear the toilet flush/shower running from the room next door. And speaking of the bathroom, whenever I turned on the faucet, water leaked from the top of the faucet all over the bathroom counter. I was also thoroughly disgusted that when I flushed the toilet (by pushing a button in the wall […] - another first for me) there was water leakage (presumable toilet water). I just tried to flush quickly and never touched the button with my bare hand. The towels were very hard. Beyond the bathroom, the iron/ironing board had seen better days. The board was extremely rickety, and the iron would not properly plug into the outlet. It simply hung on the edge, and so sometimes it would lose power. The beds was awesome! Extremely comfortable pillow top mattress and fluffy down pillows. Its too bad I didn't get a chance to spend more time in them! The casino itself was nice. I have never had to show my ID to enter a pool. We were told we could not bring in any food or beverages including the breakfast sandwiches we had just purchased from the cafe. Then we had to pay to reserve a seat. Prices started at 200$ and went up to about 400$ depending on proximity to the pool. 275$ later we left the pool area. Stayed at the hard rock for three nights I recommend this hotel if your in a budget I booked a one bed room, they were sold out so I had to stay in a 2 bed room Pros- great room rates. Has a shuttle that takes you to the strip Cons- rehab pool was closed. The reg adult pool was open but the water is dirty.
