Vlakbij Times Square, beter kan niet. Ideaal hotel ook met kinderen. Kamers zijn prima, geen geluidsoverlast van straatverkeer. Behulpzaam personeel. Echt een aanrader.

Dit hotel is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Dichtbij de PATH trein naar NYC. Ontbijt en kamer waren prima!

Mijn dochter (10 jaar) en ik hebben eind april een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences gelogeerd. Dit naar volle tevredenheid! Het hotel ligt op ca. 4 minuten loopafstand van Times Square, de kamer was niet groot, maar prima voor ons verblijf. Er werd keurig schoongemaakt en al het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Men is momenteel bezig met enkele verbouwingen aan het hotel (waar wij overigens totaal geen last van hadden!) die het hotel mijns inziens alleen nog maar mooier en completer in dienstverlening zullen maken. Wij hopen volgend jaar week een week in Cassa Hotel and Residences te mogen verblijven en raden iedereen die een goed hotel zoekt in New York dit hotel van harte aan.
Ligging.
Hotel LOLA ligt in het centrum van New York, op loopafstand van Madison Square Park en Empire State Building. In de buurt bevinden zich ook Station Grand Central Terminal en Macy's.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Dit hotel in romantische stijl heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. In openbare ruimtes is draadloos internet of internet via een hogesnelheidskabel (tegen betaling) beschikbaar.De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze accommodatie met 4 sterren zijn onder andere een businesscentrum en vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice en hulp bij excursies/tickets regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een fitnesscentrum, meertalig personeel en een cadeaushop of kiosk. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van een shuttlebus van en naar het vliegveld op geplande tijden. De algehele renovatie van deze accommodatie is in november 2011 voltooid.
Hotelkamers.
Hotel LOLA heeft 276 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van iPod-dockingstations en kluisjes in de kamer (ook geschikt voor laptops). Elke kamer heeft flatscreen televisies met premiumkanalen via de kabel. Elke kamer is voorzien van een snelle internetverbinding. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met luxe beddengoed. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie en een haardroger. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en openslaande ramen. Daarnaast zijn op verzoek voorzieningen beschikbaar zoals een koelkast, hypo-allergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. In Hotel LOLA mag niet op de kamers worden gerookt.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een creditcard voor te leggen.

Central Park, ruim 2 kilometer ten noorden van Thirty Thirty Hotel New York, biedt vele recreatiemogelijkheden, zoals tennisbanen, roeibotenverhuur, paardrijden en kilometers routes voor wandelen, fietsen, hardlopen en in-line skaten. De schaatsbaan van Rockefeller Center, anderhalve kilometer verderop, is geopend in de winter, net als de Wollman Rink in Central Park.

"Thirty Thirty Hotel New York is OKAY"
Friendly staff, good care of room and the hotel. Good environment with plenty of dining options. No free WiFi.
"Top hotel"
Niks op aan te merken, eerst zaten we op de 10e etage die was net nieuw. Dat was ook wel te ruiken, verf en lijm. Na een nacht er geslapen te hebben hebben we toch een andere kamer gevraagd en dat was geen probleem. Erg fijn! Vanuit het hotel is het een kwartiertje lopen naar Time Square. Locatie dus ook goed. Zeker een aanrader.

30/30 was a good place to stay in NY. Use the hotel just for sleeping, little facilities of their own. All facilities are around, Starbucks one corner away as well as a perfect to place for breakfast, lunch or quick dinner (called: Bread & Butter). dramatisch hotel. zelden zo een slecht hotel gezien als deze. kamer 1207 is om te huilen. ten eerste zijn alle kamers daar miniscuul klein, vloeren zijn zeer smerig (5 seconde regel gaat hier zeker niet op) Alles was oud.Douche te smerig om in te staan,tapijt muf, behang liet los. Na een uur in bed gelegen te hebben had ik het gevoel dat er steeds wat […] op me liep, na het licht aan gedaan te hebben zag ik een groot beest over mn laken lopen. na die dood gemept te hebben zag ik er nog een paar op de muur lopen......meteen naar beneden gegaan om te vragen om een nieuwe kamer na wat aandringen was er nog 1 kamer aanwezig.piepklein kamertje met wederom een smerige douche. maar ja we konden nergens heen om 1 uur snachts .natuurlijk geen oog dicht gegaan en met mn kleren aangeslapen omdat de ervaring van de vorige kamer nog iets te vers was.volgende ochtend heeeel snel naar een ander hotel gegaan, marriott op times square: 100x maal beter. 1 ster hotel zou teveel van het goede zijn voor dit hotel en dat terwijl ze wel a la een 4 sterren hotel chargen. Werkelijk waar om te huilen deze meuk; Als je een crappy shabby smerig nasty klein oud aftands hotel met bed bugs en andere beestejes wilt hebben voor veel dollars dan kan ik je dit hotel van harte aanraden. zeer geschikt hotel voor kort verblijf in New York. Het is een degelijk hotel met weinig poespas en goede ligging. Kamers zijn netjes, douche is ruim en heerlijk. Verder weinig extra`s in de kamer, maar voor de prijs mag je ook niet meer verwachten.

Het is ons heel goed bevallen dit hotel. Hotelkamer ziet er schoon en netjes uiit. Persooneel is ook erg vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel is hartstikke goed. "Chic hotel made me feel like a celebrity"
The hotel is so chic and sexy and gives you the perfect feeling for a NYC getaway weekend. It wasn't right in the middle of tourist areas but perfectly situated centrally, close to subway so we could get anywhere easily. Loved that there were affordable restaurants nearby along with higher end choices if we wanted it. Definitely go!
"Nicely renovated, but there are issues..."
We enjoyed our stay at LOLA and the renovation is quite nice, but they need to work a bit on room maintenance. Mold in the shower and a bathroom door that would not lock or even stay closed were problems. Amenities were not replaced during our stay and our laptops would not fit into the safe! Nice hotel with trendy feel to the lobby area. Queen rooms are quite small even for New York. King rooms are very nice.

"Euro-style hotel perfect for a night"
Just me in the city for one night on business. Perfect for that, though I thought the Internet access charge a bit high. Used my smart phone instead. Rooms smallish even for this type of place, but comfy and quiet. Sleek lobby and bar area. Outside construction hampers overall look, but assume that's temporary.

I was pleased to find a good deal on a hotel close to my office. I was much more surprised to find the room nicer than I had been led to believe I was getting. As my review title said LOLA over-delivered and I would go back again any time I need a NYC hotel!

The room was very clean and modern - loved the bathroom with the tub area converted to a large shower. The only thing that would have made this a perfect stay was that there wasnt a clock in the room....good thing I have a cell phone with an alarm feature on it!

"Hotel Lola is a scam."
This hotel is overpriced and a sham. There is no wireless internet connection available unless you pay 20 dollars a day, which is ridiculous. The rooms are incredibly tiny and the bathrooms leave much to be desired. There are no curtains in the rooms and instead they have cheap blinds that do not go down all the way. The Bad (or not so good): Standard queen rooms they assign from hotels.com are going to be very small. Bathroom is tiny and no leg room to actually sit on the toilet. Weird configuration to be honest. They also charge you for WiFi and its $13 so that hurts a bit. The room was also dusty and not cleaned very well (e.g., duvet under sheets was dirty). The […] Good (and it's quite good): Great TV with lots of HD channels. The WiFi is fast. Shower is good. Rooms are quiet. Staff are friendly. Great location. Great price (if you score a good deal). Beautiful lobby (if you like that sort of thing). Rooms are renovated so they look fresh and modern. In room safe is large enough for PC. I loby was too dark and hotel seems to be tucked in a alley. It's renovated but the room is toooo small. The bed was very comfy! The ac/heater adjuster in the room was broken so we were freezing the whole time. The bathroom is very modern but no counter space at alllll! The location was very convinient.

I visit New York several times a year and have stayed at hotels on every level of the ladder, from the comfortable to the nightmarish. Lola may be the nicest, cleanest, most elegant place I've stayed in the city. The hotel itself is so elegant that just walking through the lobby makes one feel like they're on the A list. The staff are helpful and friendly, […] the elevators quick and efficient, the halls clean and quiet and the rooms as comfortable as they are beautiful...the shower was positively a work of art! My personal favorite touch was the "do not disturb" signs...one of which I simply couldn't help swiping as a souvenir! The first room we were put into was so tiny, you couldn't turn around without hitting something. When we entered the room, the door was not a regulation size door and my husband had to walk in side ways. Make sure when you go to the bathroom, you are not in the way of the door as you will get hit. It barely misses the opposite wall. NOT impressed. They spent all their money in the lobby. Rooms are standard NY tiny but mostly clean. Floor smells like smoke. I called downstairs to inquiry and the A/C, which didn't seem to be working. They sent up an "engineer." I'm guessing more so the bell hop. He pushed the same buttons I pushed then said, "just give it a minute." Thanks genius […] for the help. Ive atayed at s lot of hotels in NY but this one...never staying here again. Lees meer

Its a good Hotel, staff is very hospitable everyone I met during my stay there. Its very well operated. Only grief for me was, I was surprised the room was like a cell, too small, i felt claustrophobic. Its great Hotel. for business or pleasure very inviting and warm. .
