Het is een prima hotel, maar de weg er naar toe is erg moelijk te vinden. Het hotel ligt aan een "soort" dood lopende weg die ook nog gedeeltelijk eenrichtingsverkeer is.

Dit hotel ligt vlak bij de luchthaven en dus ideaal wanneer je vlucht de volgende ochtend vroeg vertrekt. De kamers zijn comfortabel en proper, de mensen van de receptie zeer behulpzaam. Er is een shuttle van en naar de luchthaven en van daaruit kan je de light rail naar het centrum nemen. Je bent dan wel bijna een uur onderweg...

Het hotel zag er mooi uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Eigenlijk zijn wij niet anders gewend van dit hotelketen. De badkamer met wastafel in één kamer (hadden wij niet in de vorige hotels) beviel goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor niet-rokers, maar er hing een vage rokerslucht in de kamer. Met het schaamrood op de kaken probeerde de receptie dit te herstellen. Opgelost middels citroen verfrisser: wellicht toch ontstaan door de kleding van een zware roker vóór ons. De bedden waren perfect en wifi en de beschikbare parkeerruimte waren goed. We hebben door een technische storing een dag zonder wifi gezeten: erg vervelend maar éénmalig. Het raam kon open voor frisse lucht en geluiden uit de natuur: prettig. Het ontbijt was basic (continental breakfast), maar goed genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Wij zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven. Al met al was het een plezierig verblijf in een rustige omgeving: ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. De kamer en de badkamer waren klein, maar OK. De overige zaken, zoals wifi en parkeerruimte waren goed. De airco was echter luidruchtig en met het raam open was er veel overlast van het verkeer. Het ontbijt was basic, maar goed verzorgd met dagelijks vers fruit. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de Alderwood mall. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven. Ondanks de kleine kamer en kleine minpunten zou ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Ligging.
Sheraton Seattle Hotel ligt in het centrum van Seattle, op een paar meter afstand van 5th Avenue Theater en Washington State Congres- & Handelscentrum. In de buurt liggen ook Pike Place Market en Columbia Center.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Sheraton Seattle Hotel heeft een healthclub, een binnenzwembad en een spabad. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Dit hotel met 4 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en secretariële diensten. Dit hotel met een spa heeft een restaurant, een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, hulp bij excursies/tickets en een huwelijksservice regelen. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere meertalig personeel, een cadeaushop of kiosk en een wasserij.

Elke kamer biedt uitzicht op de stad. Sheraton Seattle Hotel heeft 1258 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een minibar en een kluis. Alle bedden hebben een pillowtop-matras met premium beddengoed. Bij betaling kan een snelle internetverbinding (draadloos of via kabel) worden aangeboden. Elke kamer heeft een flatscreen televisie met premiumkanalen via kabel/satelliet en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, make-up/scheerspiegels, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een strijkplank/strijkijzer. Het centrum van Seattle loopt langs Puget Sound, van het historische Pioneer Square in het zuiden tot het trendy Belltown in het noorden. Daartussenin zijn de lommerrijke avenues gevuld met kantoortorens, winkelgalerijen en bakstenen appartementen. Je vindt hier het congrescentrum is hier en de in zalm gespecialiseerde Pike Place Market. De futuristische hoofdbibliotheek mag je niet missen. De twin-stadions van Seattle en het International District liggen ten zuiden van het centrum.

Beautifully furnished and clean, great service at breakfast and delicious food, great, convenient coffee shop, attentive concierge and bellhop area. Loved that it was within walking distance to Pike's Market.

"Great Location with hefty parking charge."
I had a great time at the Sheraton Seattle this past weekend. We were located on the SPG floor. Our room was very nice, the bed was unbelievable it may have even been a Westin Heavenly bed, and if it wasn't-it mind as well have been. The only complaints I have was the crazy parking costs ($35 a night) and the cleanliness of the room. We didn't notice […] much right off the bat. The bed was nicely made, everything seemed in order but throughout our stay we found a newspaper under the nightstand for the week before (if someone had vaccuumed they would have seen it) and there were a couple stains on the floor in the bathroom that would have been removed with a quick wipedown...so after this, I was a little skeptical on other things that may be been overlooked in cleaning our room prior to check in. Excellent hotel, service, staff was very friendly, great location... Easy to get to and from the freeway. The swim pool has a wonderful view of Seattle and the Sound!!

"Great Hotel - Parking Costs are Outrageous Though!"
Loved the hotel & facilities. Location was convenient to Pike Place Market and Seattle Art Museum. Was a little disgusted by the parking prices though, given that we paid a decent amount for the room as well!!

The Sheraton is a gorgeous hotel, set in a great location. We were able to walk to the Seattle Art Museum & Pike Place Market with no trouble. The restaurant at the hotel was also excellent, good food and great service. My only complaint would be the cost of parking -- having to pay $45, on *top* of an already fairly pricey hotel room, seems completely […] ridiculous. "Sheraton Downtown"
The only thing we had to wait for someone at the bell desk to get our bags. The parking was a pain..and we think it was way too much for valet or street parking and we weren't informed about this at all. We weren't informed about the room service charge either when we ordered food so we could've picked up our own food. It will be nice to know in advance […] we are getting charged for all of this. Next time we will be careful before we order anything or even to book it again. The staff didn't know much about how to get around downtown either. Lees meer

"Close to perfect"
Enjoyed our stay which was issue free until we received our invoices. We were charged over 20 dollars for a 30 second phone call, and were charged two days of internet access - despite being advised on check in this was complimentary. The charges were reversed upon pointing them out....but it should not have been done in the first place.
Room was clean, hotel staff pleasant and within walking distance of Pike's Market. The only downside is that parking was very expensive and not included in the cost of the room.

I was in town for a convention. The hotel is across the street from the convention center. Great location--10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Good restaurants and bars within a block or two. Clean, comfortable, great service. If my only complaint is wishing the pool were in a more central location (I had to go don 25 floors, walk through the lobby, […] and go up 35 floors and vice versa to return to my room) that is not too shabby. Room average, Location great, Road construction out front was a downfall
"worth it"
Staying in the heart of downtown seattle was well worth the small increase in price. We had no worries finding all the attractions within walking distance. Parking was a bit pricy at $45 per night but overall the hotel was beautiful and the front desk even gave us plenty of discount coupons for local restaurants that saved us some great money.

The hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Pike's Place. Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Great staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

"Great Hotel with a great Pool!!!!"
My Husband and I just spent an Anniversary Weekend in Seattle the Hotel was perfect, the room, the pool, the service, and the location. We had a wonderful time!!!! The only thing to be aware of is the fee for parking, valet overnight 44.00 and after the tip 50.00
"The Sheraton in downtown Seattle (6th and Pike)"
I brought a group of grade 11/12 students to Seattle and we had a great experience at this hotel/location. They loved the gym facilities and the swimming pool, as well as the access to computers and game tables in the lobby area. As a business traveler, I love the proximity of the hotel to the Washington State Convention Center as well as its location relative to dining, shopping and sight-seeing. Hotel staff are so courteous and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. I love it when I get to travel to Seattle for work!

We made a last minute decision to stay at the Sheraton and had some difficulty with the travel website communicating with the hotel reservation system. The clerk who was checking us in was incredibly patient and went out of her way to get us checked in and to our room quickly. "Convenient Location"
The Sheraton was a in a great location. Lots of places to eat at around, and Pike's was a short walk away. My individual room wasn't the greatest due to a couple of maintenance issues, however the rest of the hotel was very nice.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was very friendly. The location and amenities are more than what we bargained for when compared to other pricey hotels in the area. The gym and pool were impressive and well-kept. The location of the hotel was exactly what we wanted with shopping, dining and entertainment within steps of our front door. […] Our room was quiet and well decorated with very comfortable beds so we could have a restful night's sleep. The only drawback was the cost for valet parking and the City of Seattle's ridiculous taxes for tourism, etc. No fault of the hotel though as typically these charges are imposed on them as well. "Friendly staff, rooms were big but housekeeping..."
needs to get up to par with the rest of the hotel. Towels were not thoroughly cleaned (ie: pubic hairs on bath towels), soaps were not replenished daily, and shower needed more power (most of the water was coming through the tub tap but not the shower head). Hotel and everything else about the room was clean, well lit and bed was very comfortable. […] Would note that this is one of the most well lit hotel rooms I've stayed in, and I live in a hotel more than 50% of the year. Although hotel was located right in the downtown core where I would assume that safety wouldn't be a concern, area is rampent with aggressive beggers on every other street corner. Was told by waitress at one of the more posh restaurants to try and avoid walking alone after 10pm. Lees meer

"Valet nightmare"
My wife and I booked this room last minute. We live in gig harbor and just wanted to get away for the night. We pulled in to park and found out it was valet only and $44 for the night. I didn't know it was going to be valet so I had nothing but a dollar to give the valet. I told him I was sorry its all the cash I had. He gave me a sideways look and […] off he went in my car. We stayed and found the front desk very friendly and helpfull. So we check out that morning. The valet service pulled my car .around. A different valet was In the car this time. I tipped him $5 and we drove off. I stopped down the road for gas. As I got out if my car I noticed a small dent in the rear quarter panel of the car and what looked like spit down the side of the car and the roof. I didn't even bother trying to go back and argue over it. I know what happened. I an not a happy customer.... Lees meer
I stayed with my 2 children both a little older ages 9 and 12 they loved it great location near everything, great view we were on the 18th floor and we liked the pool it was fun. parking was expensive but other than that fun place to stay.

"Sheraton Seattle, PIKE St."
When a hotel is advertised to include free wi-fi internet, which itself is a basic necessity these days, then charges you $10.95/24hrs to have access in your room that is a hotel that I will not revisit. When you nickel and dime your guests over something so trivial it begs the question what else you are overcharging for or cutting corners on to save […] a buck. I had my daugrters 13th birtjhday overnight stay here, they did not want to swim because of the urine smell in that general area. we chose this hotel to tire the kids w/ a swim before bed.
Hotel room was great, the king bed was amazing, and the hotel is a short walk from anything you want to do. The only bad thing is they charge $44 for parking a night.
