This hotel had everything we needed. I am training for a half marathon and needed a good treadmill. I was very pleased with the fitness center and the equipment! Very reasonable rates. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom.....awesome experience!

Thought this was going to be a cheap room - turned out to be modern, clean and hip. Staying here again for sure!

it looked better then it was. the bed was hard and really bad parking for someone need to come and go a lot no Valet. the worst for me doing a lot of business and hands full of paper work was that the room had no wifi. it sucks to have to pick up and move everything down to the lobby. oh and the hot tub forget it small 6 man full of kids. it needs to […] be bigger or one or two more Lees meer

Soooooo nice and clean. The only problem we had is no hot water in the bathtub! We could only get it hot when the shower was on, which was disappointing. But overall fantastic!

what a bargin always look on hotels..com before booking any hotel great value. free shuttle from airport. and willing to take you to the centre aswell

I travel alone more in business and it's really important to me to feel 'safe'. I felt very safe and very taken care of at the Sheraton. The bar was very enjoyable not to mention the personality of the wonderful bartender/food server. This gal can juggle just about anything you throw at her. She was just incredible. Deb was her name? I didn't get a […] chance to thank her for all of her wonderfulness. I did get a chance to thank David, I guess there's more than 1. He had just had a new baby. I stayed the hotel 10/27~10/30 with my friends for Nuskin Convention. there was a roach on the carpet and the heater didn't work. it was a freezing night. I told them about it they did nothing for it. the Manager was really rude and didn't care about it. I don't think they like foreigners especially Asians. Never ever stay there.

Its clear that Sheraton put a great deal of money into improving and updating the property. However, it seems that they simply left it at that. In our room the bathtub seal was moldy and pulling away from the wall, the shower pipe shook and rattled and there were numerous scuffs to the molding. Great hotel. Newly remodeled rooms. Nice and spacious. Very clean. No complaints. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located and the price was right. Just about everything was perfect, only problem was a power outage that affected the restaurant but there was a work around.......would like to have stayed another night but our other problem was resolved and off we went.

This is a great hotel for the money. Perfect location to my daughter college. Hotel Staff was great. Restaurant was excellent. So was the Service. I would stay here again.

My wife suggested that the smell was probably from recently having the carpets cleaned.

Front desk staff was courteous but not effecient. Had to call down to ask for normally stocked items such as a phone book and water. Paid extra for breakfast but had to ask for the vouchers 4 times before we got them. At 11pm we were finally moved to a room with working ac(it was 104F that day) and called twice for water to be brought to that room and […] it didn't come. The next morning after calling down again, we got water and were allowed to have the breakfast we paid in advance for. The room was very clean and good furnished and bathroom too. Which is very important for me. The hotel has very good accommodation with good price.Location is great too. Considering how affordable this hotel was, it far exceeded my expectations. The location is central and for me the most important factor was that they are dog friendly. My golden retriever was welcomed and we were put in a ground floor room that had a sliding door that opened onto the gardens. The dog was very happy, and so was I. I thought the hotel was okay. I can't really state that the room was perfectly clean (it could've used a vacuum and the bathtub didn't look fully cleaned.) The staff was very friendly to me.

Hotel was great. But the in house restaurant was sooo slow, they didn't know how to be nice or how to move faster than cold tar. walk down the street for your meals it will save you time! really....

We just spent a weekend at this hotel and it was fabulous! We ended up with a jacuzzi suite that was very nice and it was at a great price!

Outside looks a little worn but well maintained inside. Was a little disappointed in the restaurant. The menu has know identity and the food was blah. Great looking space that has some potential. We stayed at this hotel for a concert we were attending. The hotel was easy to find, great rooms, nice and clean. ONLY problem was the power was out from midnight to about 6 a.m. ( we were the only place on the block with no power) NO ONE let us know what was going on. We were on one of the top floors and not even the EXIT signs were lit up. You could […] not see your hand in front of your face. We got a really good deal on this hotel, including breakfast and we jumped! Our dog could join for free. The room is newly remodeled, very nice! Our room was somewhat noicy in the beginning of the evening (we have young children so we are usually in the room by 8 pm), but later on the traffic slowed down and so did the neighbors above us... Excellent hotel in Salt Lake City. Close to downtown (walking distance) and also easy acess to universities in the area.

This hotel has staff that focus on customer service. The check in was smooth and pleasant, breakfast was incredible and the restaurant has wonderful food (not just for breakfast). The hotel is very well maintained and is lively at night at the bar. Clean with lots of light in the lobby and rooms. Elevators were fast and minimized wait time. WE WERE TOLD WHEN WE CHECKED OUT THAT THERE WERE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO OUR CARD BUT WHEN WE CHECK OUR STATEMENT WE WERE CHARGED. THEY NEVER GAVE US A LIST OF CHARGES OR ANYTHING LISTING WHAT WE WERE CHARGED FOR. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!

I have been staying at the Sheraton in Salt Lake for years. I have always had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff are always friendly and help whenever they can. The rooms are beautiful and comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable stay in Salt Lake City.

A great experience and will definitely stay there again. We needed material to create a cover for my son's golf clubs and the staff brought us bubble wrap, cardboard boxes and packing tape. Great fitness room and breakfast. Super clean room and very comfortable bed.

I do not recommend this hotel. It was conveniently located and that's about it. The carpet in the room was filthy, they gave me the key to a room that was already occupied so I walked into a man laying in bed. It scared us both. They lost my packages that I paid significantly for to arrive overnight for my conference. The staff was rude. The Starbucks […] in the hotel did not employ anyone that spoke English as their first language so my drink was made incorrectly almost every morning. I travel a lot and overall this was my worst experience yet. Lees meer
