Een goed motel met supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeker een aanrader. Is makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer en als je een auto hebt, er is voldoende parkeerplaats.

Hotel is zeer gunstig gelegen downtown in Robson Street. Inrichting van de kamer is wat sober ,maar de kamer is zeer ruim en allen op een hoek gelegen met balkon. Roken is in het hotel niet toegestaan. Goed restaurant en halte van Hop on Hop off bus voor de deur. Parkeergarage onder het hotel en geldautomaat naast het hotel op hoek Bute street.

Heel mooi hotel voor redelijke prijs. Het voelt gewoon goed aan. Alleen jammer dat het uitzicht (ook van de bovenste, 14e verdieping) beperkt wordt door een nieuw gebouw, dat er tegenaan geplaatst is.

De kamers zijn voorzien van enkel glas. Zelfs op de hoogste verdieping, de 15de hadden we last van het geluid van het verkeer. De ligging is echter perfect om Vancouver wandelend te ontdekken. Gezellig in het centrum.

De beoordeling is gebaseerd op het verblijf in het hotel en wat niet mee genomen is de kwaliteit en service in het restaurant, het ontbijt is slecht in onze ogen we hebben al in vele landen en hotels geweest maar dit slaat alles, een keer gegeten, geen tip gegeven , de rest van de dagen ergens anders gegeten . Eind conclusie heel goed hotel maar je moet er niet gaan eten.
Ligging.
Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Richmond, dicht bij Centrum Aberdeen, Winkelcentrum Richmond Centre en Richmond Olympic Oval. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn onder andere Internationale Boeddhistische Tempel Kwan Yin en Botanische tuin VanDusen.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport heeft een binnenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3,5-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en een limousine- of autoservice. "Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding"
Hotel heeft een hele gunstige locatie vlak bij de luchthaven. Service is uitstekend en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel.

Het hotel zelf stelt niet veel voor. Is goed gelegen tov de luchthaven en skytrain.
Front desk staff was very efficient and courteous. Rooms have a refridgerato r and the wifi worked very well.

The front desk service was fantastic! The restaurant was empty but the food and service was absolutely terrific! Gym was adequate. I had a very difficult time sleeping as the bed was ultra hard. I tried to adjust softness but to no avail.

"Lighting and parking"
Lighting was very poor in room. Parking was not convenient to that particular hotel. No elevators going to that hotel; must use ramp and if a person has a lot of luggage is very inconvenient.

I staid at this hotel about 5 years ago, liked it and found this stay even better. The hotel (a medium grade property) has been refreshed - as has the neighborhood around it. For anyone not familiar with the area, it has a very high Chinese population with many restaurants, some of which serve reasonably authentic food. I had originally reserved a car […] but cancelled it on the recommendations of the night desk clerk. "Very nice hotel"
This hotel was very nice, clean and the pool area was also very clean. Beds comfortable and a quiet nights sleep. The area around the hotel was extremely busy and initially parking was a problem. The mall across the street was pretty much useless as we were looking for a bathing suit, and there was not one in the whole mall!!! Was not satisfied that the room had been properly cleaned before I arrived; as I found hair in bathroom sink, and hair and dirt in Jacuzzi tub. That kind of ruined the Jacuzzi experience for me. When I told the front desk about this, they ''comped'' the bottle of water that I had drank and said they would speak to housekeeping about it.

The staff was very helpful at every point of contct from Check-in to room Service. I was greeted with a friendly smile every time. Great hotel i would definitely recommend it to others. If i find myself in the area in the future i will choose The Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport.

Overall it is good location, friendly and helpful staffs, clean, free parking, reasonable for the price. I do not care for the coffee pot, cups and tray set In the bathroom. The bathrom has no fan. The first night, the room has mini fridge. The return night, the room does not have a mini fridge as advertised.

Extremely nice hotel and was as reasonably priced as any of the other airport hotels. The rooms were very comfortable and we had the BEST SLEEP we have ever had at a hotel in the sleep number bed. I was heading back home after having surgery and the staff were amazing. They arranged our room for a speedy early check in, added an extra shuttle in between […] their normal shuttles which usually run on the hour so I wouldn't have to sit in the uncomfortable airport chairs any longer than I had to, & were generally very professional but compassionate. We found the restauant a bit expensive but the food was very good. Our only complaint is that we felt like we were in Asia, not in Canada, when we left the hotel. All the signs are in Asian with English on very few of them. Even the Aberdeen mall was strictly Asian with very little English displayed. Bit disappointing to see what our government is allowing in our own country. Other than that, our stay at the Radisson was wonderful, would recommend it highly, & will stay there again. Lees meer
"raddison hotel"
everything was all good... my ONLY complaint was that the walls were thin. Everytime my neighbors used their sleep number bed, we can hear the motors running. Even when people were walking by the halls, you can hear them. It was a little annoying, but besides that everything was good.

Housing keeping service was not the best compare to my last 2010 stay at the Radisson. I was missing new bath soap and towel sometimes. Used smaller towers were not replaced after house keeping. Cups were also not replaced.

The lights are not in working condition, only two mugs are available, and there are no glasses. The carpet looks dirty and the paint looks dated and started to peel.

decent airport hotel. only one complaint: the shuttle to the airport runs only once an hour. that's crazy for an airport hotel.

Excellent experience. This was the perfect place for us to relax after a long flight from Venice. We were obviously upgraded to a large view room. The transfers from/to the airport were prompt and courteous. Thank you
"Very convenient location, close to restaurants"
This hotel is in a very good location - close to many restaurants, shopping malls and markets. It is near the major highways and close to Vancouver airport. Service is excellent. We had a few minor problems, which were all corrected immediately. Would stay at this hotel again.
"Alarm goes off at midnight!"
Solution - move the guests! No reason why the alarm went off in our room. Hair on the floor in the bathroom everywhere!

Only one minor issue arose with advertised meals discounts at the restaurant. Upon check out it was not removed from my bill. It was resolved quickly by the front desk clerk. Satisfied customer.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were very late getting in, and got upgraded to a suite. A lovely surpirse for weary travellers. Staff were very accommodating and respectful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is in the middle of Richmond right next to Yohan Asian shopping plaza. The Vancouver Skytrain station is just half a block away, so it is convenient if you are not planning to have a car. If you are driving, please note that this hotel is about 15 miles from the Vancouver city center, and it takes 30 minutes driving to get to downtown Vancouver […] since there is no highspeed freeway that goes all the way to Vancouver. If you like Chinese food, you are in heaven. Richmond some of the best Chinese restaurants in North America. There are hundreds on excellent Chinese (especially Cantonese) restaurants within 1-4 blocks distance. Some of the Chinese restaurants have fresh seafood specials for $8.99 a lb lobsters and $14.99/pound king crabs. Wonton noodles are excellent Hong Kong style as well. The hotel service is good. The hotel description advertised that they have the "Number bed", but our room didn't have it. The front desk was able to switch us to a room with the "Number bed", but I am not impressed with the Number bed though. The service personnel was always friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are not that good. The hotel needs serious upgrade to maintain its 3 star rating. The bathroom has the damp smell, and our bed had either dust or hair. The carpet was dirty. Some of the door and window hardware were falling apart. Overall, if you are a single traveler or business traveler and don't stay in the hotel room much, then this is a convenient location with a reasonable price (half of the prices of hotels in downtown Vancouver). If you are a family traveling with a picky spouse and small children, this is not the place to book. Lees meer

A great place to stay for an overnight in Vancouver before flying off to your next desitnation. It was easy to get to in our rental car and a quick trip to the airport for our early morning flight. The staff was pleasant and the restaurant on the main level off the lobby was serving food until 9:00 so we could get a meal that proved to be very enjoyable. "Light Rail"
The hotel is in a very convenient location however if you get a room on the side of the hotel next to the light rail be sure to bring ear plugs (we did) otherwise it will be difficult to sleep.

"Radisson King Bed"
We booked only one night and the location was great. The King bed was adjustable but uncomfortable. We did not have time to check the breakfast or the pool. We'll try again next time however that bed was not great at all.

Although the room was fine - clean, big, quiet, the restaurant was not as good as it could be. The hotel details say there are a number of eating places in the local neighbourhood, but unless you like vietnamese food, there was no where else to eat but in the hotel. The menu was limited and my friend, who is gluten intolerant, was charged extra for […] additional vegetables instead of the ravioli. We had problems explaining htis to the wiatress who made us feel as if we were being unreasonable. Having said that, the hotel served its purpose which was a good night's sleep before my return to the UK. Not sure I would stay there again.. Lees meer
