Have stayed at this hotel before. Maintenance and cleaning is slipping. First room had a plugged toilet and was a nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke. Moved to another room. Lots of items on the carpet - didn't look vacuumed. Food stains on the ceiling (was someone bored and throwing pizza?) Grime around the edges in the bathroom. We stayed only one night but it felt like a whole weekend. The in-room full fridge and little cooking area worked in perfectly! Overall, the room was tidy though the carpet could have used better vacuuming. Nicely sized room. Hotel was busy and we had to listen to children running in the hallway above our heads early in the morning.

This hotel is one that we stayed in before. However, due to it being the last room for the night it was not that big. Hotel still has big boxed TVs and uncomfortable pillows. The room did consist of a small kitchen prep area which was nice. We also asked to check out at 1 instead of 12 noon and the best they did was 12:30 pm. But we got the hotel for […] a great price! we enjoyed our stay very much. the staff was very friendly. the room was clean and in great condition. loved the kitchen. the only thing that was unusual for me was that you had to buy coffee for the room. we will stay here again on future visits

No extra toilet paper in the room, but otherwise comfortable and clean.

this is not bad hotel. for 60ish a nt it will do but you wont get alot of the comfort extras. no flat screen, plush comforter, pillows. the bed was not that comfortable and had 3 pillows. when we asked for extra they told us 3 different times ask later or we will send them up and we never got them. but the person at the front wasnt bad, just not a good […] house keeper. end point-the hotel is clean, comfortable enough, has mini kitchen, little store inside with goodies,gym, laundry and tons of hbo channels. not horrible for a nt or 2. I am on a very specialized diet, I've found that staying at a "suite type" hotel when on business works well. I can prepare all of my meals and bring them with me during the day. The staff was especially friendly, courteous and pleasant. I would most definitely choose this hotel again if in the same area.

I've stayed here before and already have plans to stay again. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good condition and everything appeared as it should. The television had a bit of static on some of the stations, not a big deal. The only downside was that we were placed in a smoking room (no option was given on Hotels.com). […] Other than that, everything was great. The room was used. The sheets were dirty, paper bag left on counter, soap, towel and washcloth used. Room was not checked after prior guest changed rooms.

Be forwarned that the hotel does not appreciate Hotel.com reservations. We had requested a nonsmoking room with a King bed. When given our key, we were not told they gave us a smoking room. We went to the room and gagged - the smoke smell was so powerful. When we went back to the front desk the clerk said "You Hotel.com people are suppose to take what […] we have. We don't have to honor your requests." However, she did put us in a nonsmoking room - however it was not a King bed. More like a queen. Unfortunately it tainted the experience and would make me question whether we should make a reservation there again. Rooms were nice, with lots of amenities. Internet was VERY slow. Lees meer

I felt that this suite was very nice. Quiet, clean & very convient to stores around.

This hotel is great, esp for the price! The rooms are much bigger than regular hotel rooms and the kitchenette is real handy. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The fitness room is small and has limited equipment, and even though I was on a nonsmoking floor, I could occasionally smell cigarette smoke in the hallway. We have stayed at this property quite a number of times as we have family living nearby. It is always clean, has friendly staff and they have laundry facilities if you need them. They have the best coffe at no charge.

Great experience. TV was the only negative- older smaller model.

Roomy and comfy room. Decent size kitchen for cooking, but parking can be a hassle - off street but fills up quick. Personnel was very pleasant and friendly. Would go back again.

The convience of having a little mini kitchen in the suite & the price saves money - you do not have to go out to get a meal. The staff is excellecent and very polite ....

The hotel is great and we plan on staying again. I am most impressed with Brandon who worked the night shift. He was very professional and helpful. He made sure we were happy and was extremely friendly. Very courteous as well. The room was great, kitchen, stove and fridge were a plus. Being that my in laws live in Ct we plan on staying there each time […] we visit. We have stayed at plenty of hotels in that area but enjoyed our stay here much more. Enjoyed r stay. Very clean. Found the a/c noisy for sleeping

Overall the hotel was good for the price, I stayed on the 1st level and was noisy in the morning time especially with the vacuuming of the hallways at 9am and the pushing of the cleaning carts going past my room

for what you pay - you can not beat this hotel ... the only concern i have is on a friday night ... it's becoming a little obvious the "locals" - one nighters are enjoying the low prices also ... inother words .. 2 guys and one girl - no suitcases leaving a room in the morning !!!

Free dvds to borrow. Free laundry room. Big room. Kitchen with good supply of pots pans dishes silver etc. Lighting in room good. Helpful pleasant staff.

Nothing fancy, but clean and convenient. Stay there a couple of times a year when we visit family in the area. Have always had pleasant stays--hope it continues!

the stay was nice .. except for one thing .. there was a big ..loud noisy dog on the floor above us .. some barking and roaming around at night

property fine enough in a pinch hotels.com offered a room with two queen beds that didnt even exist at this property so my husband and i were squished in a queen bed room seemed very clean

I was kind of suprised that there was not maid service. Apparently you only get housekeeping services once a week during a 7 night stay, and anything less than seven night there is no housekeeping service. You can request extra towels. That being said it was a very clean facility and the room was comfortable. If you don't mind picking up after yourself […] its a great deal for the money Lees meer

The hotel was fantastic. The room was so much more than I expected, especially for the price we paid. Only suggestion would be to bring your own pillows!

We were very pleased with the hotel as a whole. We wish we have more time to enjoy the surrounding and the convenience of the hotel. Adding a continental breakfast to the package would also draw more guests.
