Suburban Extended Stay in Albuquerque

Price was great. Average room. Easy to get on/off the freeway and not far from anywhere we needed to go.

The room was very adequate. The bathroom was clean but the room had not been completely vacuumed. The coffee pot, refridgerator, tv, and mircowave worked as they should. I would return for another stay.

Our two nights were terrible due to the amazingly loud sounds from the building plumbing. We could even hear the water dripping down the pipes from other rooms. Every use of the plumbing from other rooms-- kitchen sinks, bathroom fixtures-- reverberated loudly through the room, causing loss of sleep. This was a life-saver! Visits to Albuquerque to visit family has usually caused my fibromyalgia to flare up in the past. I usually stay in my friend's home, but decided to see if a hotel would give me more rest time and avoid sickness. It definitely did. This place is a great value. Excellent hotel for the money. Dont hesitateto book.

Nice motel. Nothing fancy but I would stay there again. Doors are all on the outside of the building. I know some worry about security that way but we had no problems.

Great staff and price. You get what you pay for, however. I found myself washing coffee(?) stains off of the bathroom door and wall. The caulking needed replaced, grout in floor tile was poorly done and the carpet had stains. My room, 170, was marked as a no smoking room but it definitely smelled like smokers had used the room. the staff was rude, and the bedding and towels were old and had yellowed.....they were actually very gross to use. I will not stay at this hotel again.

outside room, the rooms in the middle of the complex have totally inadequate parking available, only half the number of spaces as rooms!, meaning you may well have to park on the far side of the complex and walk around the buildings carrying your bags, etc. to the room. A poorly laid out plan, but you can't do anything about it. So be prepared to walk […] a ways and not be able to see your car if you get a room in the middle of the complex. Lees meer

Checked in Sunday evening, checked out Monday morning. Bed OK, no noise from neighbors. Furnished coffee pot, but no coffee or filters. Old style TV. WIFI excellent. Plenty of electrical outlets. The bad experience: a $50 charge on credit card for Smoke smell after I was gone. I have been smokefree for 5 years; manager could care less since they have […] already charged my card. The location was great. The room was clean. The room had what we needed but it was so noisy! We were on the lower floor and it sounded like people were stomping above us. Enjoyed staying here. Clean. Not much else to say.

Bob at hotels. Com was great. Very safe, clean & friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe clean and great place.

Over all best bang for your buck. Staff is extremely friendly and most helpful. Rooms are cozy. Location is perfect for pretty much every convienence you need.

Stayed at this hotel because of its convenient location. It's an ok place to stay. Only complaint is that the mattress was uncomfortable.

New Mexico on our way across the country. The hotel was very close to rt 40 so it was convenient. Also we had our dog with us and he was in a kennel. The $10 charge was reasonable. The room was laid out well but could have used a better cleaning. Also the sheets looked like they were very worn but the bed was very comfortable. Everything was great with one exception, our neighbors where extremely loud, they kept arguing for hours and no security showed up. We had to call the Albuquerque police department to have them calm down. The location is great, and the price was worth the stay.

Upon checking into room, the concierge called to confirm that the room was ready and she said it was, but upon entering the room, I found the former tenants rubbish not emptied and used towels strewn around the kitchen. Stayed for 2 nights and the bed was never made. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable as I tossed and turned every 15 minutes. Very reasonable price for the reasonable place

We checked in and everything was great for 22 minutes, and than 2 large ( approx. 3 inch ) roaches came out into room from kitchen area. I killed them, my wife went and sat in car, I received a full refund and we found another hotel.

Loved the hotel and surroundings. Convient to walk to small area shops although we arrived after most of them closed. Room were very clean and comfortable, was surprised at the availability to be able to cook our own meals if we chose to do so, even the dishes and silverware were provided.

PARKING LOT WAS WAY TOO CRAMPED (WE HAVE AN F-150 4X4 EXTENDED CAB)...EVERYONE DOESN'T DRIVE A HONDA CIVIC OR SMALLER. ONLY HAD A 2 CUP COFFEE MAKER AND YOU HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN FILTERS (THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED). OTHER THAN THAT, IT WAS PRETTY COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN, GOOD LOCATION, SAFE AND SECURE. I'd read in another review that another guest's room reeked of smoke despite being a non-smoking room but didn't notice the same comment in other rooms. I guess we stayed in the same non-smoking room because our room reeked badly of smoke! The underside of the comforter on the bed even had a large cigarette burn on it that was clearly noticeable to […] anyone changing the linens. The floors felt dingy and the bathroom was poorly designed. There was no where to put your belongings except for a shelf above the toilet which is just an open oppurtunity for your items to fall into the toilet. The hotel is located behind a rather dingy looking apartment complex and did not appear to be the safest location, and it was also difficult to find. On a positive note the front desk clerk was very helpful during our check-in and provided us information for nearby gas stations etc that we were looking for. Lees meer

The hotel room smells of smoke, even though was non-smoking room. Front desk staff is rude. uncomfortable mattress, pillows.

The Place is dirty. The bathroom had soap on the floor and the tile in the bath. The carpet was filthy, We wore our socks at all times. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place if you have an auto- amune problem. When they say you get what you pay for..here youi get less.

Great kitchen and lots of space but the bed was so old that you sank into springs. Every time you turned the springs jabbed you and disturbed the other person also. Needs new beds then it would be great.

it was a good place to stay quite, good price, every clean and well maintained. it was like a little apartment, would stay there again

I had asked for a smoke free room – 2 asthmatics – The room I got #138 reeked of smoke. They changed us to another room#130 it was better but not smoke free. The front desk says the smell was that it was just painted. Dead flies on the tables.
