Great Hotel! Only trouble I had, was that there was no TV channel guide, lol.

Very convenient to the airport, but that wasn't a factor for us. Very clean with very courteous staff. Ice machinesoften broken, and waffle machine also has problems. Breakfast caretaker, Charlene, offered superior service. Even with the inconveniences, I would stay again.

OUr room had 2 queen beds which were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The ac was good and not too loud. The room was clean and bright. Breakfast was good enough for our needs. We appreciated the in-room wi-fi, but missed the Disney channel. The kids reported the bed were bouncy. The pool was clean, but unmemorable.

Room could have been cleaner. A/C was not cold. We will not stay there again.

Overall a very nice Hotel for the price. The only thing the A/C seemed like it wasn't working as good as it should be. But it was a very hot weekend so could have had trouble keeping up. My husband & I were there for a Reds baseball game & had a great weekend. Fairly close to lots of shopping & Restaurants. Only a few miles away. The comp breakfast […] wasn't too bad. Needed a few more Healthy items but overall a B+. Would stay again if in the area. It had an outdoor pool which I was happy about since we had time to relax on Saturday before heading to Cincinnati to the ballgame and I wanted to sunbathe. Exercise room does need some upgrading of equipment. It was noisy so I reccomend if you want a workout while on your stay that you look for somewhere else or run/walk outdoors. Lees meer

The hotel did not match the picture that was shown. The grass needed to be cut. The room was dirty, the bathroom door had holes in it, the airconditioner needed to be repaired(very loud), the linen had burned marks, holes and just dirty. If you are going to be renovating a hotel, you should close for renovations. It was a nightmare......

Despite being near the airport, there was no noise from aircraft. The fitness center was equipped with good-quality Nordic Track machines. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel actually ended up being a little further than we wanted to be but overall it was fine. We were only there long enough each day to get a few hrs sleep, shower and sight see all over again.....

One night stay, but was very surprised at the poor condition. Hallways weren't air-conditioned, room AC was poor. The king bed was a rock. The TV was from the 90's. I even went for a candy bar out of the machine and because of hot it was in the building the candy bar was soft and hard to get the wrapper off. The pop machine, though cold was out of 4 […] of the 6 selections. Tried to take a bath in the micro-tub, but ran out of hot water. Even the bathroom light switch was about 3 feet away from the door. We would recommend this hotel to everyone, Very clean, quiet and a great breakfast. Great service and good vaue!

we had a nice stay here, clean hotel with smooth check in

The desk clerk was surley and unhelpful. The room should have been cleaner. The room did not have the microwave and mini-fridge in the listing. The staff refused to resolve the issue. While the room did not smell of smoke the hallways reeked. The only good thing about the hotel was that there was plenty of room in the parking lot.

Not at all worth the money. What initially appeared to be clean was actually filthy. Of course, by the time we noticed we were already preparing for bed. Food was found on the floor behind the trash basket, soap wrappers were in the shower stall, there was used soap in the soap dish. The lamps had plastic wrapping on them that were clearly marked as […] a fire hazard with instructions to remove them before installation. The sheets were clean, but the bedspread on top was heavily stained. None of the vending machines seemed to have been recently stocked, but the hotel didn't seem all that busy. Continental breakfast seemed a bright spot in the overall stay, hover we opted for the biscuits and gravy. Gravy wasn't bad, but the biscuits were so stale that my daughter got ill on the way home. I know, it's a 2 star hotel, I wasn't expecting concierge service, a mint on my pillow, room service. But I do expect value for money. I think, for half the money I could have gotten what I paid for here. I can't recommend unless it's under new management and heavily overhauled. Lees meer

Close to airport and fine for close proximity to the airport.

My boyfriend and I checked in to the hotel to spend our last night together before he flew in the morning back to Turkey. The location was very conveniently located to the airport (only 5 minutes) and a gas station with 2 different eateries was less than 1 minute away. The room was spacious and very clean and simply a lovely place to stay the night. […] His flight was cancelled the next day and when we found out we'd be staying an extra night we went straight back to the Quality Inn since we loved it so much. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, even when the internet stopped working, and made us feel like real guests, not customers. We stayed one night room was clean breakfast was stocked with good variety, Has a fitness room was not there long enough to use. great price and value.Located near airport right off the highway not walking distance to any eating establishments if that is your need.

No hot water available in the entire hotel after 10:00 am on New Years Day. Could not shower.

Close to the Cincinnati-Kentucky airport. Picked me up from airport. Prompt and friendly. Spotless room. Breakfast good. Excellent value for money.

The hotel was fairly worn, but mostly clean. My biggest complaint, which is why I'd never recommend this hotel, is that there was no hot water all morning so we couldn't take showers. They weren't helpful with giving us other options or at least giving us a discount. It was not enough just to tell us why the water was cold (the hot water heater was […] broken); we wanted showers! It wa veryclean and had a great breakfast buffet. It was a little further from our destinattion, but all considered we would stay again.

This is our usual hotel when we travel to the area...close enough to the casino and allows our dog. It has gone through some (much needed) personnel changes, and is a great place to stay now!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The shuttle service was prompt and accomodating to where I needed to go (both to and from the airport and to the rental car place) and considering my physical state (I was pregnant) the concierge was nice enough to give me an unexpected upgrade to a larger room. The breakfast was abundant, and though the waffle […] machine broke, they were prompt to fix the problem. The room was cleaned thoroughly and overall the experience was very pleasant. This hotel was extremely clean from the lobby to the room. The room had a fresh smell - not artificial. Just fresh air. And all the personnel at the front desk were very well dressed, professional, helpful and friendly. Just a very pleasant stay. Nice job by all.

Great value within minutes of Creation Museum. Smokey lobby but room was not. Clean and quiet, But had to drive to the next exit to any resturaunts.

Showers sqealed the whole time you were taking a shower, that was very annoying. Light made a clicking sound when it was turned on. No fan in the bath room. Toilet seemed to be leaning foward. also my son was disappointed that there was not any childrens tv stations. Will not return to this hotel.

The staff was good, but not "out of their way" friendly. However, I thoroughly enjoyed my room. It was comfortable and clean and I had no noise problems with any of the neighboring rooms around me.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. A great value!

This hotel was great if you just needed a bed to sleep in. The window was cracked in our room and the the screen was half way out of the window, and the window was open upon our arrival. The hotel was clean enough, but the food on the breakfast bar was lukewarm at best. The front desk provided excellent service and I would recommend others to stay for […] an overnight visit, This would NOT my pic for a hotel for a lengthy stay. Lees meer

The only thing I want to complain about was the fact that when I checked in I advised the clerk that I needed a wake up call at 6:30 am, and did not receive one.

Our room was nice, the breakfast was sufficient, and the staff was more then friendly and accommodating. We spent an entire day in the pool area, which was clean and well kept. I was most impressed with the manager's willingness to make sure our stay was comfortable. Reasonable price, overall a good stay. We would stay again.
