Net hotel, goede ligging t.o.v. de stad (vlakbij metro en buslijnen), net personeel, nette kamer en geweldig ontbijt. Enige minpuntje is dat de bedden aan de korte kant zijn als je langer bent dan 1m90, maar dat geldt voor vrijwel elk hotel.

Het verblijf van mezelf en 5 vriendinnen in het hotel was zeer geslaagd! Pluspunten: centrale ligging, knappe inrichting, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel. Minpunten: geen echte lobby, dus wat onhandig bij in en uitchecken, straatlawaai 's nachts op 2de verdieping erg hoorbaar, weinig opbergplaats in kamer.

Mornington Hotel Stockholm Bromma ligt heel handig vlak bij de luchthaven in Bromma, dicht bij Bromma Blocks, Solna Business Park en Solvalla.

Mornington Hotel Stockholm Bromma heeft een healthclub en een sauna. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 3-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum en vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant, een koffiebar/café en een bar/lounge. Gasten krjjgen gratis ontbijt. Door familiebezoek wil ik een hotel in de buurt van Bromma. Ik weet in die omgeving geen hotel wat beter is. Het is niet duur, vooral in het weekend. Het ontbijt is goed en nog gezond ook. "Prima ontbijt."
Ben voor de derde keer in ditzelfde hotel geweest, dus ben er zeer tevreden over. Het ontbijt is al de moeite waard om de volgende keer weer voor dit hotel te kiezen. Ik wil dan wel een kamer met raam, want dat viel mij tegen, maar dat kwam door mijn eigen zuinigheid.
"Sportief hotel"
Het hotel was in orde. Er worden veel lezingen gegeven en ook is dit een zeer goed hotel voor sportievelingen. Fietsen, boulderen, kanoën en meerdere begeleide sporten zijn hier heel goed te doen. Op de 6de verdieping is een behoorlijke fitnes afdeling. De kamers zijn in orde. Maar een kamer zonder raam wil ik niet aanbevelen. De ontvangst/receptie […] vond ik heel goed. Ze spreken perfect de Engelse taal. Goede uitleg over alles wat je vraagt en ze nemen de tijd voor je. Het restaurant wat betreft het ontbijt is zeer voldoende. Een zeer uitgebreid buffet. De netheid en het restaurant personeel is prima in orde. De kamer was schoon en er werd goede aandacht besteed aan kleine dingen. Het wisselen van lakens en handdoeken was prima. De douche was schoon. In de busen is geen kaartverkoop. Aan de balie zijn bus/metro kaarten te verkrijgen voor als je op openbaar vervoer bent aangewezen. Prijs is 36 Kronar enkel naar het centrale treinstation. Met buslijn 176 en 177 (blauwe bussen) die schuin tegenover het hotel stoppen kun je in 10 minuten naar een van de terminals rijden. Deze terminal heet Brommaplan. Hier neem je de groene metrolijn (treinstel is blauw) naar het centrale treinstation. Met hetzelfde vervoersbewijs.In 20 minuten ben je in centraal Stockholm. Zeer de moeite waard. Met dezelfde lijnen kun je ook weer terug naar het hotel. Kaartjes voor metro en bus zijn overal verkrijgbaar. bij de terminals. Als je met Ryanair naar Stockholm Skavsta gevlogen bent, kun je vanaf Skavsta met de Flygbussarna die vanaf perron 1 naar de "Cityterminalen" vertekt. Reistijd ca. 80 minuten en een enkeltje kost 149 Kronar. Vanaf hier kun je dan de metro en bussen pakken die ik al beschreven had. Behalve als je zeer laat bent. Dan moet de taxi uitkomst bieden. Ze willen al snel 300 tot 350 Kronar voor een ritje naar het hotel. Ik heb afgedongen naar 250 Kronar en dat lukte. Het hotel is mij goed bevallen en zal er zeker terugkomen naar deze plek. "Je kunt er slapen..."
Het was ECHT geen bijzonderheid, het miste ook onderhoud en alles was eigenlijk aan de goedkope kant, maar de ontbijt was heel compleet en lekker, de locatie was tussen 2 bushaltes dus heel makkelijk bereikbaar en verder netjes schoon. Niets om over te klagen eigenlijk.

"Afstand naar het centrum."
Op zich was er niets mis mee, dat de afstand naar het centrum alleen maar met een taxi kon worden overbrugt. Hier ligt nog een taak voor het hotel daar duidelijkheid over te verschaffen via een kaartje of betere mondelinge toelichting. "Prima kwaliteit prijs verhouding"
Prima hotel. Zal dit hotel altijd aanbevelen aan vrienden en kennissen. Hotel ligt ver uit het centrum, vandaar de gunstige prijs, maar dit euvel wordt teniet gedaan door de gunstige bus / metro verbinding.

Far from the city but still easy to reach by bus from central Stockholm. Hotels in Sweden are mostly on the high side when it comes to cost. Mornington is situated roughly half an hour by train + 5-10 mins by bus. Directions to get there are pretty straighforward. The front desk staff were rather dry and dare I say a bit cold. I've stayed at many a hotel in Stockholm so I try to distinguish what is rather typical Stockholm behavior from personality types. This is a decently priced hotel in an overpriced Stockholm. The distance to the city center has been of no concern, since we had a car. Mornington hotel is a bit far away from the centre, but local buses go quite frequently between the hotel and nearest tube stations such as Alvik and Brommaplan. Our room was very clean with plenty of light coming throuh half-wall size window. Breakfast buffet is good.

The Hotel Mornington is a good value for the price in the overpriced Stockholm area. Facilities and comfort of the rooms are excellent. There is adequate Wi-Fi Internet access and international cable TV. The staff are excellent and very helpful. "Not What We Expected For The Price"
Here it goes... The hotel itself was a quality place but the service was often terrible. I say often but not always. Some staff members were amazing but the ones who were rude made the stay undesirable. A particular staff member comes to mind in fact! The location was quite a ways from city centre and the public transit was a little hectic to understand […] first off. Construction and low flying aircraft made for some noisy mornings as well. Another off the wall experience was our bathroom sink falling to the floor and smashing on a return from the city centre one day. The staff were very helpful and upgraded our room and provided a free dinner at no charge. Though I would have to say my hotel experience was all over the place in positive and negatives the amazing scenery of Stockholm made my overall experience a positive one. "Excellent basic accomodation"
I just spent 8 nights in the single windowless room at the Mornington Bromma, and was quite impressed. The staff, room, common areas, breakfast bar, and meal I had in the restaurant were all excellent! If you are traveling via Arlanda, it's a bit of a trek to get there (Flygbussarna, commuter train, and blue bus totaled about an hour), BUT, there are […] blue and red bus stops right on the corner. These will easily connect you to the t-bana (metro) or commuter trains to be at Stockholm University or the central city area in an easy 30-40 minutes. There's also a grocery and Wal-Mart department-type store close by; however no other meal choices/restaurants. Their own restaurant was decently priced for Stockholm. While the room was windowless, it was an excellent price, was otherwise well-lit, quiet, spacious, very comfortable and clean–excellent for sleeping, which is all I needed it for. I was surprised that this budget priced hotel was so good! The atmosphere is something between a hotel and a ski-lodge. The location proved no problem as it has the 176/177 bus stop which uses the same pass-card as the tube, and takes you directly to a choice of 2 tube lines (Simply choose the line that minimises subsequent tube changes).

Although it is a little out of the way, it is easily accessible by the green line commuter train and a 10 minute bus ride from Alvik to the hotel.Staff was wonderful, answering every questions and helping to solve any problems we had. The location is terrible - not only is it far from downtown (bus and then metro, in total ~20 min.) but theres nothing around it as far as food or shopping. Youre sort of on an island out there. That being said, it is a cheap place and theres a good gym upstairs.

The hotel was not the same as in past. The atmosphere was not friendly. I did not feel welcome as before. The hotel seems to be on a health club type of arrangement. They should make their mind up--do they wish to be a hotel ,or cater to health club persons? The elevator was also in a state of repair, unfinished. Looked ugly.

I would highly recommend this hotel if one is looking to stay in stockholm and have access to a rental car. Firstly, it atleast half the price of other hotels in city centre, secondly, the rooms are very spacious, thirdly, there is no charge for car park and even for internet access and finally for the price we gave, we also got a sumptious buffet breakfast. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights only, for leisure.The hotel looks old from outside but is really nice inside. Breakfast was great, the room clean, quite small but I'd say that European standard. Hotel excellent value for money (particularily at weekends) and best breakfast buffet I´ve come across in Sweden as it includes hot choice and not just usual cold spread. Location is "out of centre" but buy a SL travel pass and it is no problem. Very helpful staff. "Comfortable hotel - service not great though"
It's a comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast included although the staff aren't very friendly or welcoming. Maid service was erratic with various items being removed and not replaced each day I stayed. Depending on connections it is about 30-45 minutes by public transport to the centre of Stockholm.
