The staff was lovely and kind. The bistro had great options for any meal and had great hours. My room was beautiful and perfect.!

The room was great. But I had asked for extra towels that never came. The TV kept going in and out. The front desk did offer to send someone to look into the problem, but the timing wasn't good. I found the bed very comfortable and the pillows very plush.

The kids were anxious all week to use the pool but we arrived to find the hotel being remodeled and pool closed for that. This should have been made known to us so I could have made other arrangements.

I stayed there for four nights for business. Pros: friendly staff, hotel and room were clean, free wireless internet. Cons: no wired internet (I like to have a cable available just in case there's a problem with the wireless), beds are too soft, and the water has an odd smell to it. There's a decent breakfast buffet for about ten bucks, which is very […] convenient but for the room rates they're charging out in the middle of nowhere the breakfast should be included with the room. One additional odd issue - when I got arrived at my room, the time on clock radio was 12 hours off, ie, it was 7pm but the clock was showing 7am. I also heard a couple other guests complaining about this, making me wonder if a disgruntled member of their staff was going around screwing up the clocks in all the rooms. Lees meer

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room conditions were excellent, very friendly staff when we checked in and out. Super clean and welcoming.

Everything was nice. Not too many people having breakfast. and we ate late in the serving time, but FYI,the buffet many items were cool or cold.Overall all was nice!

I enjoy staying at Courtyards. This particular stay had my room on the expressway side and abating business side. So there was a lot of noise. I could not log onto the internet either. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I had a pleasant stay , the staff was very helpful and knowledgable when I had questions, resturants, entertainment, etc. the room was comfortable and very clean.The only problem I had was the sink and counter area was to small.

While the hotel desk staff were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful for some reason the cleaning staff skipped our room each of the 3 nights we stayed at this hotel. We didn't have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. It was so strange that in this beautifully appointed place: clean pool, nice lounge area, quiet in the room--the maids didn't […] do our room while we were out during the day. When we called, the front desk staff quickly came with towels and took out the trash. The apologized profusely, but this became the routine. I would expect a central heating and cooling control with a real thermostat. It had a Motel like window unit. We had to get up several times to change the heat to keep from alternative freezing and heating.

Friendly staff! Clean rooms. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Location provides easy train ride into Chicago. Ideal for my needs.

The room was very nice, with a comfy king size bed. Location was right by the interstate, easy to get in and out of. One thing, though, every Marriott that I have stayed at, you have to pay a premium to get internet access in your room, free wi-fi in the lobby though.
