Nice place to stay, attentive staff, clean rooms and nice ammenities. I would definitly stay again.

The only compliant I have with the hotel stay is that the indoor pool area reeked of chlorine. I mean my eyes were burning as soon as we entered and would not stop. My children only got to swim for about 20 mins due to that fact. If the door was opened I believe it would not have been as bad. This hotel is beautiful. Everything you need is rich there. My husband and I come to this hotel as a quick get away. The room is clean and quiet. In the morning free coffee and a healthy breakfast is the best way to start your day. Definitely try this hip little hotel.

Close to the facility for Winthrop University Baseball events for the weekend. A little tricky getting into the hotel. Clean, courteous staff and quiet. Older building but well maintained. Good parking.

We were very pleased with our accomodations. The only suggestion I think you need more visable signage on the highway. We finally found the hotel behind Outback steack house, after we had driven past it in very heavy traffic.

The staff are friendly and helpful. They are most efficient and willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed.

This hotel was nice, all staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room did come with breakfast, but at first staff said no. Once I showed my email confirmation they fixed it, but they did have to take it off my bill at check out. Amazing staff- I was checked in by the time I ran back to my car to get my suitcase. Attentive, courteous, thorough....one of the best hotel staffs I've ever encountered. Every member of the staff earns 5 stars in my book

Excellent experience, hotel staff understands customer service.

I got a good deal on hotels.com for this hotel and was extremely pleased with the Mariottt brand. Check in was quick and welcoming. The decor of the hotel is refreshing and up to date. We had a king room which was spacious, besides the bed there was a sofa , cocktail table, desk with chair, a long dresser with flat screen tv on top and room to put […] luggage on it, also. There was a microwave, coffeemaker, and a counter height refrigerator with freezer. The sink was separate from the toilet/tub . It was a small area but had a ledge built around the back of the sink which gave plenty of room for toiletries. Toiletries which were provided were shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bodywash, and make-up remover towelette. A fan in the bathroom ran all the time with no switch to turn it off, which I found odd. The room has a fresh smell because of air freshener sticks they put in the a/c vents. I thought it was nice but my husband did not like them so he wrapped them in tissue and put them in the closet until we were ready to check out , he then returned them back to the a/c vent. The room had a full sized mirror , drinking glasses and coffeee mugs(not paper, plastic or styrofoam) There was a sliding glass door leading to a small balcony which contained two chairs and a short table. The hotel lobby was a nice place to relax, the coffee was good and always available. There were 3 computers with large monitors for complimentary use plus a dedicated unit to print boarding passes. We did see the fitness room, on the small side, with a bike, eliptical, treadmill, and free weights. Next to the fitness room was an indoor pool. We did not use either of these facilities but assume they were adequate. There was only one negative and that is the doors slam when they are closing. I know people do not think about that when they leave their room. There was a family next to us with rooms across from each other that began visiting each other very often in the morning which made it hard Lees meer

Very friendly and hospitable staff, bar downstairs VERY clean and inviting. An all around fantastic hotel for any occasion. I just wanted a place to get away for a little while, some peace and quiet and it was no problem getting it here! Would definitely stay here again.

family had a good time, service was awesome, very pleasant. Technology is on point!! The kids enjoyed the computers to the large screen in the lobby. I would visit again.

The evening Front Clerk was very rude and unfriendly, and did not offer assistance when approached. When we asked if they carried any benedryl, he snoblishly commented "is it in there" ? "then no". When ready to pay he just stared at us with the gesture of "what". We had to ask how much and request for a receipt since he was not bothering to ring up […] the purchase. We found that this Marriott Rock Hill at the last minute and it was more than we had expected, the price was perfect for us and the accomadations were perfect. Beautiful hotel and very pleasent employees, even as late as we had arrived. Well kept hotel and beautifully decorated and very clean. this was close for us, but the hotel seems to miss several important thing. It looks good on the web; but there was obvious problems with plumbing, bathroom fixtures, no working fan in bathroom. I would also like to say that the bed had to be the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in, we ended up checking out early. We did not eat breakfast […] or try the bistro. It looked nice, but was expensive. The pool was very small and not very clean. The hot tub was very dated. I think the hotel had painted and updated, but left some things off. Lees meer

Not sure what more you'd want in a hotel to be honest. If you are looking for a very comfortable, clean and friendly place to stay on the edge of town then this is it.

I will certainly be going back to this hotel. I highly recommend it.

This is our favorite hotel by far. Love it.

This hotel was wonderful. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. My children enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was exceptionally nice.

Well we've been home a week now since leaving Courtyard Marriot Rockhill, great location by the exit of I-77, so handy for our visiting a family member in Rockhill, no shortage of dining places within walking distance if you so wish. Board was on a bed and breakfast basis which is quite unusual in the states however as the bistro bar in the Marriot […] was a Starbucks this was an added bonus, with options of cold or hot breakfast freshly cooked whilst you waited. The ladies on the counter were so helpful and obliging and we will certainly be staying there again. We did not use the pool facility but this was available. The only possible negative point i could make is the huge ice machine on the 1st floor, it was rather noisy and was just glad that our room was located further down the corridor away from it, however this did not spoil our stay at all. I would perhaps suggest that it could be located in the lobby where guest would still be able to access the ice facility at no real inconvenience whatsoever. Overall though as stated I think you would be hard pushed to find somewhere better to stay, at a reasonable cost, which booked through Hotels.com was hassle free and with a voucher discount being an added bonus. cleanliness was outstanding

Very Nice hotel. The room was in excellent condition with up-to-date decor. Defintely will book again.

Convenient to I-77 with the quality you expect from Marriott and within walking distance of four different restaurants. The indoor pool and exercise area are good. A restful overnight for the weary traveler.

This is our second stay in this hotel. We are intriqued with the set-up of the room. We like the idea of having the sink outside of the bathroom. We were pleased with the reception for the TV. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a non-smoking king suite. We will stay again.

The employees at the hotel were very nice, and the room was very clean. However, the people above us were very loud and noisy. They woke us up several times during the night jumping around. We went to the front desk and complained, but to no avail. It was a horrible experience as we were travelling a long distance, and needed our rest.

We spent two nights here and overall were very happy. We were pleasantly surprised with both the number of towels and the size of them. They were actually functional bath towels! The room was clean, but basic. We were a tad disappointed with the food. Well, more the hours and availability than the food itself. They offer a window for breakfast (which […] was yummy) then they are closed completely until dinner time. Which also sadly meant no room service. That was a bit of an inconvenience since we chose this hotel partly because the listing said it had a restaurant. The indoor pool was very nice. The front desk clerks were very nice, and those who worked at the restaurant were wonderful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. You definitely get your money's worth. Lees meer

I truly enjoyed being away with a friendly, warm, smiling staff and all major amenities. It was a little vacation even though we were in town for a funeral. Thank you for all your hospitality and kindness.

I would stay there again.... BUT.... There were several sports teams staying at the hotel and we were awakend by noise in the hallway twice (at 1 AM and 3 AM). We called the front desk and they could not or did not do much. Also since we booked on-line the hotel the manager could not negotiate a price reduction! Decent stay - bad timing.
