Castle Rock Days Inn & Suites in Castle Rock

Loved the view of Castle Rock out the window. would like to have had a microwave and fridge.

The room was clean when we arrived. Our breakfast the next morning was good but very limited for gluten free and/or dairy free diets, we opted out the second day. Pool was nice, clean and warm with the hot tub in reach of the pool. Perfect for family, the pool isn't very deep. Because the rates were very competitive we plan to stay here again.

The hotel itself was great - good location, staff was very nice and accomodating, room was comfortable. The pool was not as nice. It was very small, the pool area wasn't maintained very well and was dirty, the pool towels were on their last life, the "rescue bouey" was coming apart and discolored/moldy and taped up. The hot tub had unplugged holes above […] the jets, and the bottom of the pool was so undermaintained that it cut up my kids' toes from just walking across it. A business center, or even a copier would have been nice. The room itself was certainly adequate for the price.

The hotel was nicely kept and the staff friendly - we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was continental - and what was expected. I was allowed my pet and she loved the attention and friendliness!!

This a nice hotel and although a bit difficult to find in a congested area, it is conveniently located to an outlet mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and room clean. We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been satisfied.

i stayed 5 nights, was clean, quiet, nice staff. my tv remote didn't work well even after they replaced it. the breakfast is good, i would only ask that they expand to add eggs, they had waffles, cereals, muffins,bagels,danish, apples and milk,juice and coffee,tea. they have htd pool,hot tub. when you book room make sure you ask for one w/frig and micro, […] not all have these. i would recommend this espec. for the price Lees meer

This room was over priced, used to a lot more for the $

The light fixture covers were laying on the floor of the bathroom. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and beeping every minute to change the battery.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, just cereal, muffins and waffles. Location can be tricky to find, its back behind another hotel. Pool had extremely strong chlorine.

Not clean very dirty do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

This hotel proved to be a great location for us to venture out daily to shop, visit Denver, Cheyenne, Wyoming & Breckenridge. We particularly like the nearby restaurants & amenities.

If it wasn't for our gps unit it would have been hard to find it. Other than that it was a great stay

I was very impressed with our room and the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is in the perfect position for a visit to the Castle Rock Outlet Center and at a reasonable cost. It has a nice swimming pool and hot tub with friendly staff with an adequate free breakfast . Its perfect for our needs as we stop here to go shopping on our way to Taos after flying into Denver. We will stay here again.

Good while passing through and needing a semi-cheap hotel. However... we stayed here two nights at the start of our trip and one on the way back, the first stay-the sheets on one bed were stained with coffee or urine??? it was not clean and absolutely disgusting. So check your sheets. They did change them immediately. You will get no more than 3 towels, […] during any stay for any number of people. Only 3. one of our towels was soiled with black stains, makeup or something. But overall, beds are ok comfy, breakfast is VERY light, (some bagels, oatmeal, and muffins, sticky buns, and bananans) hotel staff very nice. But overpriced for the inconsistant cleanlieness and towel shortage. Also, the gym is never open or working, and it is misleading to advertise a gym at all! Not great but not horrible. Lees meer

no smoking is really important to me and this room was pervict smelling. Many places say they room is non smoking, but I can still smell it. Super clean and confortable.

Overall positive stay with two exceptions. We could not get the wi-fi working and the much needed hot tub was cloudy and therefore unusable.

Clean and quiet. Just the basics. Very light continental breakfast.

Convienient location, Clean room, Helpful staff, Nice indoor pool and hot spa. Would definatley stay there again !

We arrived at this hotel to find our room in an unclean state. There was urine around the toilet and the bed looked like it had been used. The room smelled of cigarettes. Although they moved us into a new room we has to ask for towels and toilet paper. We were he at all pleased with our stay.

it took 3 different rooms before they were able to get us on the right one each time had to go up and down on elevator with all our belongings , and still after that no double beds on room, very disappointed , towels on bath stain some look like blood, still a smoking hotel so stinks on every hallway

My family and I stayed here both on our way to SD and on our way back home several days later. Both stays were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a nice, comfortable, clean hotel. Not the Hilton, but for what I paid per night this was a real bargain. Room was older but comfortable. Free Internet was a definite plus. Breakfast was marginal, but edible (lots of places to eat nearby, tho, if you want a really good meal). I liked the fact that this was a dog-friendly place and it also backed […] up to the State Patrol's office, so I felt safe taking my dog out in the middle of the night with lots of cops down below in the parking lot! rented 7 rooms for 2 nites for family reunion, would not have been too bad but there was a kids football team there as well and they over ran the hotel and staff did nothing about it nor did any of their parents. They took the pool all night friday night and all day sat. my daughter had waited all day sat to go swimming, (they were bigger boys did not […] want her to get hurt), finally at 8:30pm i realized if we didnt go she wasnt going to get to go, so we went down, parents out on the patio, drinking and drunk kids way outta control, we were there 5 mins and left. The boys also played in the elevator, only one, and you couldnt use it my mom can hardly walk and we were on the 3rd floor!! Also there was no breakfast either morning by 8:00am! supposed to serves until 9:30am! We had to go out both days and spend extra money. We also had to clean the filters on the ac in all the rooms, the dirt was so think it clogged the tub drain in my room. the coffee pot was nice, I made my mom a pot and when she went to turn over the cup to pour, it was a used cup with dried coffee in the bottom! YUCK the beds are horrible and the flat sheets they use for fitted dont even cover their ruff matress pads, itched and bugged my legs and feet all nite long. when asked the front desk for towels we were given bath mats saying that was all they had due to the kids in the pool. i can keep going, but this gives you an idea! The overall service at this hotel was good. It is located off the main street up on a hill. Parking was limited. It is located near plenty of eatery places and stores. It wasn't too far from sightseeing places. They had a lot of info in the lobby of things to do.

The hotel was a little older but still clean and well maintained. The beds allowed us a decent night's sleep but were definitely not luxury beds or bedding. However, I slept and never felt like there were springs poking me and since I'm the picky one in my family when it comes to how soft I need a bed to be, then I guess it was just what I needed. The […] overall facility was fairly quiet even though I knew by looking at the guests at the pool there were other families with children staying in the hotel. Breakfast selection wasn't great but there is an IHOP very close to provide people with other options. This was a stop-over point for us. It had access to major restaurant and food chains and a Wal-Mart nearby. The outlet mall was also very close-by!! As a stop-over point for a night this budget friendly hotel and Castle Rock are a good choice of places for families to choose. Lees meer

I did not want to walk in barefeet on the carpet. The sheets were threadbare. The towels were threadbare and stained. The nonsmoking room smelled of smoke. it was noisy. Horrible, but I had no choice as there were no other accomodations and I had to be there since my father was ill.

The room was very clean. But walls were very thin. I woke up at 4 am to hotel staff banging on room next to me. I was up for an hour listening to them yell at him to go to back to his pregnant wife. The next two nights weren't bad I got to go to bed after about 12 am. One word of warning is if your on the side of the pool it can be very loud all the […] way till closing. One problem I did have I had no towls the first night and no cups and such the first night. Also the hotel is next to the state patrol so and CDOT so it can be kind of loud. Lees meer

We stayed at this location for one night on our way to Pikes Peak. It was wonderful for the night! Very comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was great. A very friendly female was waiting at the door with a smile to greet us. We slept great!

Every morning we got up (and that turned out to be 5 mornings we stayed) there either was no coffee, or cold coffee, the fruit was gone, no milk for cereal and the breakfast rolls (that weren't that good) were almost gone. There was no one at the front desk to ask about it. Otherwise, the rooms were ok and clean. Our air conditioner would only work […] half the night. It seemed to stop running somewhere in the middle of the night. Don't know why! Lees meer

Although I was towing a car dolly, which meant I was unable to back up, and the hotel is in a rather confusing place, meaning it wasn't easy to find how to drive there without backing up, once there, it was a very nice place, comfortable, quiet, and just what the weary traveller needed.

Room was pretty nice, but it was really hot, and the A/C would turn off after being on for 10 minutes and would never turn back on. I had a bike race the next day that I needed to wake up at 6 for. I went to bed at 11, and woke up at 3 due to the heat, and couldn't get back to bed. Also, the remote control for the TV would only work sometimes.
