Wij verbleven in de nabij gelegen 'bungalow' kamers waar het zeer fijn vertoeven was. Elk met balkon of terras. Deze kamers zijn wel wat aan vernieuwing toe. Groot nadeel, zeer gehorige kamers! In het hotel kan je heerlijk eten, ook het ontbijt is super lekker met héél veel keuze. Een heerlijk zwembad. Kortom, een aanrader!

Erg naar ons zin gehad, gratis gebruik van de sauna was erg fijn. Alles zag er heel mooi uit en was netjes voor elkaar. Het meisje dat ons hielp bij het in- en uitchecken was echter niet heel open/vriendelijk, ze heeft maar een paar zinnen tegen ons gezegd, waarvan er geeneen bedoeld was om ons te verwelkomen/fijne dag te wensen/vragen of wij nog vragen hadden/etc. Voor de rest was alles goed.

Leuke buurt, vlak bij het centrum met veel goede restaurants. Wij hadden de suite die heel smaakvol was aangekleed met originele oriëntaalse meubels en details. Vriendelijk personeel. Aanrader.
Ligging.
NH Atlanta Brussels ligt in het centrum van Brussel, op loopafstand van Winkelcentrum City 2 en Belgisch centrum voor striptekeningen. In de buurt liggen ook Kathedraal St. Michel en La Grande Place.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
NH Atlanta Brussels heeft een healthclub, een turks stoombad en een sauna. In alle openbare ruimtes kan je tegen betaling de draadloze internetverbinding gebruiken. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en secretariële diensten. Dit hotel met een groen/duurzaam beleid heeft een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Het personeel kan op verzoek hulp bij excursies/tickets, een huwelijksservice en zakelijke diensten regelen. Extra voorzieningen in deze accommodatie in art-decostijl zijn onder andere een dakterras, een fitnesscentrum en meertalig personeel. Parkeerruimte is tegen betaling beschikbaar, maar beperkt. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie. De volledige renovatie van deze accommodatie werd in 2001 voltooid.
Hotelkamers.
Bij NH Atlanta Brussels zijn kamers met airconditioning voorzien van onder andere een minibar en een kluis. Een kussenkeuzemenu is beschikbaar. Gasten kunnen tegen betaling gebruikmaken van de draadloze internetverbinding op de kamer. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via de kabel en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, make-up/scheerspiegels, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en openslaande ramen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een strijkplank/strijkijzer, hypoallergeen beddengoed en een telefonische wekdienst. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar. Op de kamers van NH Atlanta Brussels mag niet worden gerookt.

Rondom de stadskern van Brussel en de meeste toeristische attracties loopt een hartvormige rondweg. Het centrum binnen deze rondweg bestaat uit twee aparte helften. In het westen bevindt zich de laagstad, een wirwar van middeleeuwse straten rondom de Grote Markt, een enorm, met kinderkopjes bestraat plein omringd door rijk versierde Vlaamse gebouwen. In het oosten vind je de nieuwere en meer aristocratische hoogstad, een gebied met paleizen en parken, indrukwekkende museums en gotische kerken.

"Klimaat in kamer viel tegen"
Het NH Atlanta ligt op een mooie locatie en de service is goed. Ontbijt is erg duur, maar dat is dus optioneel. De kamer die uitkeek op de binnenplaats was erg benauwd en daar bleek niets aan te doen, dus we hebben beide nachten niet erg goed geslapen.

Mooi hotel, ligt lekker centraal, ideaal voor een weekendje weg. De kamers zijn redelijk ruim, schoon en mooi, alleen het behang in de kamers is aan vervanging toe. Ook mooie nieuwe badkamers. Aanrader!
"NH Atlanta, Brussel"
Prima hotel, zoals alle NH hotels. Keurige kamers, prima bedden, netjes en grote badkamer. Het enige minpunt was dat het erg warm was in de kamers (en dat eind september). De airco deed het helaas niet. Al geklaagd bij de receptie en daar gaf men aan dat er geen airco was, maar alleen een koel systeem. Prima, maar ook dat werkte dus niet. De enige optie […] was om de balkondeur open te zetten. Helaas had je dan te maken met kabaal van een aantal ventilators van de benedenliggende keuken. Het was dus kiezen tussen twee kwaden: warm en stil, of koeler en lawaai. Een hotelkamer moet net als een slaapkamer zo'n 18 graden zijn. Het hotel moet gewoon zorgen dat de airco/koeling actief is zodat het behaagelijk is in de kamer. "Indifferent reception staff"
The reception staff was not very interested in helping to find me a room with a double bed (instead of twion beds). No hotel manager was available to talk to in the evening.
"WiFi problems"
This is a hotel which is meant to cater for business people. The WiFi service and signal is unacceptably slow for a business hotel ( 20 minutes to connect on their WiFi network is not a way to do business).The front desk staff were very unhelpful in this regard. "Ok hotell - but nothing special"
Nice room, good bed and large bathub on request. Therefore big disappointment due to cold water also for shower while warm water available for handwash! Breakfast ended early. I have otherwise experienced more forthcoming receptions than this one.

I selected this hotel based on past experiences of staying at NH hotels and the good gym. However, the hotel was let down by excessive heating in both the room and the gym. For similar prices you can find better hotels with in-room temperature control, better selection of breakfast and more up-to-date rooms.

Great hotel, great location, great staff but I will never stay here again due to their super expensive in-room wifi - how can you justify internet service costing 25% of a night's stay???????
"Poor service and high extra charges"
The hotel has a very limited free service and claims very high extra charges: I arrived at 11:30 - Access to my room was only possible against a charge of 10€ per hour before 14.00. (I would have accepted an rejection because of non availibility before 14:00 Internet in room was exorbitant expensive - almost 11€ for 24 hours and the connection could […] not be logged of for later use. Internet in noisy lobby is free but you must use log-ins of a limited period of 30 minutes, i.e. with interruptions City tax was not included in the hotel price even though the "full price" was prepaid with Master card. No information about this in the receipt. A reservation for "other things" of 50 € was claimed in spite of the "full payment" with Master card. By check-out 4€ was charged for use of minibar in spite of a clear "NO" to the question as to the use of the minibar. - It was quite time consuming to correct this mistake on the spot. Lees meer
My experience with hotel was very positive. The staff was polite and friendly, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Would definately stay there again.
"Unacceptable service from NH Atlanta"
I was looking forward to returning to the Atlanta since my last visit several years' ago. Now I wish I had stayed elsewhere. The receptionist checked me into the hotel adding another name before my surname. It wasn't an innocent mistake, because this extra name changed my name to something that I consider a mockery. The hotel reception confirmed that […] I had been incorrectly checked in and did remove the joke name, but they blamed the computer for adding it in the first place. I told them that this was just childish. The room I stayed it looked worn. The ceiling was badly cracked and the toilet had a bad limescale stain. The breakfast which was not included in the room price, was an overpriced 23 euros. The saugage and scrambled eggs were lukewarm even though I arrived for breakfast at 7.30am. The location is fantastic - but if you travel during winter months, there's no control of the room temperature....stiffling hot during my visit and no means to open the window to reduce the temperature in the room. Hot water was non-existent between 10 am and noon on the weekends - so be prepared!

This Hotel is in the room part of town, unless your lookingfor sex shops and its a short walk to the red light district. Date, in need of modernistion, no for me..

"NH Atlanta Hotel"
Nice Hotel.Very spacious room, and bathroom (bathroom needs Regrouting) considering european standars. Very convenient to La Grande Placen, and La Gare du Nord. Meaning walking distane between 7 to 10 minutes. Restaurants, cinemas , stores all around the Hotel. I would definetly stay there again, and recomend as well.

High quality 4 star hotel in great location. Very clean room, very quiet at night. Good gym! Even better breakfast offering. Def. recommended.
"Good location rude staff"
The staff had a bad attitude in general. I had to get a new key for my room 6 times in 2 days. Seems they can't code a key properly. I was told by one manager I was having problems because I was supposed to check out and I didn't. Funny thing was that happened on the day I checked in. We were only in this hotel for 1 night enroute to Paris, but would have loved to have this same hotel room throughout our stay in Europe. The room is quite large and has a big bathroom. Service was great at the front desk and it is not far from some of the sights in the city. Breakfast expensive, but they always are the hotels. Very accomodating and great to deal with!
Nice seized rooms. Close to the center and especially shopping, although can be a bit noisy. Staff was friendly, but could improve. Room was not ready until 4pm and getting in and out the parking garage was a real challenge (28 Euro/ night). We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10. The Hotel Staff had already set up our room when we arrived with the extra beds for the kids. The hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and is walking distance from the Grand Platz and the Manneken Pis. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. "Nice stay"
A nice hotel, very close to downtown. Clean. 2 adults and 2 small children in a 4 person room that I'd call somewhat cramped; 2 cots and a double bed. No view. Fantastic gym. Good breakfast buffet included in the rate. Responsive staff. Parking is 28 Euro / day. All and all, its a place I'd stay again with my family.

Great hotel. Excellently located by major metro stop, commercial/tourist center, restaurants. Loved being on the inside courtyard. Altho, airconditioning unit and room ducts were noisey. I liked that the light bulb in the lamp by the bed was a compact florescent. But the hotel could go further with being eco friendly by putting signs in rooms saying […] "If you want your towels changed put them on the floor". and "If you want your sheets changed, place this sign on your pillow". "Excellent hôtel à recommander."
Hôtel très bien situé, bon accueil, chambre très propre et calme. Petit déjeuner très varié et à volonté. Profiter des promotions week-end, c'est très intéressant. Je ne connaissais pas cette chaîne hôtelière mais je reviendrai. A recommander +++

"NH Atlanta Brussel"
Vi bodde på NH Atlanta Brussel under en helg och var till stor del nöjda med det. Bra rum, välstädat, stor och god frukostbuffé. Dock var personalen inte särskilt bra på engelska och när vi checkade in fick jag uppge kreditkortnummer för deposition. Inget konstigt med det egentligen,många hotell som gör på samma sätt. Men det jag är besviken på är att […] jag, 4 dagar efter utcheckningen inte har fått tillbaka pengarna, även om de sa att de skulle ske omgående. Något annat som var en besvikelse var tilläggsavgiften som skulle betalas vid utcheckning, "citytaxes" fick vi veta, men mer än så kunde de inte förklara. Inte för att avgiften var särskilt dyr, men det var mer en principsak. Ingen sa någonting om det vid incheckning och ingen kunde förklara varför den skulle betalas vid utcheckning. Ett annat minus var att minibaren var tom och kylskåpet inte fungerade. Visserligen hade jag inte tänkt ta någonting ur minibaren ändå, men står det att det ska finnas så bör det ju göra det också.
