Iedereen weet het te vinden. Prima hotelbus van af het vliegveld en voor de vaste prijs van 29 dollar ben je in het centrum (25 minuten in een taxi). Perfecte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Had a nice and comfortable stay at this hotel during my time in Philadelphia nov. 2011. There could be some better explanation about how to arrange the airport shuttle when you are not familiar with it, couldn't recall it on their (local) website and never got answered my question request long before I planned my stay there. Shuttle drivers themselfs were really helpfull and friendly, like most frontdesk personell, except for one man being rude and not hospital for me as his guest. Most of all I enjoyed my stay at Days Inn Springfield ;-) Room was oke!

Dit was echt een goed hotel. De service van het personeel was fantastisch. De dames bij de Balie en het ontbijt waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zo vind je ze niet vaak. Ontbijt kon iets beter bagel en koffie. In de buurt heb je een winkelcentrum en veel eetgelegenheden. In 20 minuten ben je in het centrum van Philadelphia dus dat is zeker te doen. Hotel is 2 jaar oud dus alles is nog nieuw, kamer is groot en de bedden zijn prima. Zeker een aanrader.

Dit hotel is vrij luxe, grote kamers, grote badkamer, goede douche, heel comfortabel king size bed, lege koelkast (dus je kunt bij de supermarkt je eigen drankjes kopen, geen dure minibar). Uitstekend parkeren, het ligt aan het vliegveld, maar binnen hoor je absoluut niets! Met de auto kun je prima binnen een kwartiertje naar het centrum van Philadelphia, waar je ook prima kunt parkeren. dus in die zin is dit hotel goed gelegen. Het hotel zelf ligt niet in een leuke buurt, maar dat is in dit geval niet erg. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk! Wij vonden het een prima ervaring, en een aanrader.
Ligging.
Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia City Center ligt in het centrum van Philadelphia, op een paar meter afstand van Congrescentrum van Pennsylvania en Reading Terminal Market. In de buurt liggen ook Liberty Bell Center en Independence Hall.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia City Center heeft een binnenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. Een draadloze internetverbinding (via kabel) is gratis in openbare ruimtes. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes en audiovisuele apparatuur. Dit hotel voor zaken biedt diverse eetgelegenheden, zoals een restaurant en een bar/lounge. Dit gebied in het stadscentrum is perfect voor wandelaars en kent kenmerkende wijken. Op de Reading Terminal Market in het Convention Center worden bij door families gerunde kraampjes gerechten uit de internationale keuken geserveerd. De beroemde traptreden uit de film Rocky leiden naar het Kunstmuseum van Philadelphia in het Museum District. Rond Rittenhouse Square zijn vele chique winkels en restaurants gevestigd. Hippe boetiekjes, restaurants en bars trekken een breed publiek naar South Street.

"close to maggianos restaurant"
It was great. Good service and nice employees
It was a comfortable stay i was just mislead by the rep that my point of destiantion was a 2min walk away form the property which was clearly not true and it threw me off as i kept having have to take a cab until my other hlaf came and also in advertising clients need to be aware of the $33.00 per day parking as it wasnt told to me henceforth i was […] surprised when we had to park our own car in a lonely garadge and then pay $33.00 at least my friends were stayign at the Crowne Plaza and even though they paid the same cost for parking as i did they got valet that was a disappointment but ovearll i beleive it was ok i probably wouldnt consider the property for a week stay as i did most time as ur daily parking would have been a crazy hit.......... "Nice, clean, but noisy"
The staff was very competent and courteous. The room (Jr King Suite) was good sized and clean. You could hear everything that's going on in the street (from the 7th fl) and the parking lot, and especially the hallway and the room next door, and I mean everything.

The front desk, cleaning staff, and service staff in the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful and hospitable. Paper thin walls in the rooms, so you hear some interesting encounters pretty easily in the night. "Great Deal for the Location"
Compared to other hotels in the immediate area, the Hilton Garden was a great deal. The parking was normal price for Philly but the garage was a little tight for a full size vehicle. The location was very simple to get to once you are within the city limits. The elevators for the parking garage and hotel were very very slow and with full capacity really […] created a struggle. The hotel security was very helpful with local area activities and places. The Reading Terminal was within 2 blocks and the Rocky Steps were within a 1.5 mile run. "Convenient location"
The service was excellent! The beds were so comfortable. This hotel is right near Chinatown where you had an abundance of restaurants, shops and Center City was only a few blocks away.

"Hilton Garden in Philly"
Rooms were so-so...trouble connecting to wifi, small beds and very uncomfortable. Bar not open til 5pm and closed early. Garage was convenient.

"Hilton Convention Center - Philly"
Be careful,where you park in the garage! Can you believe there is more than one location identified as "level 4, aisle D"! That was a source of great stress for my 10 year old and me! We generally believed our car was stollen. Otherwise, the experience was good and the staff were very nice.

"Hilton Garden Inn Philly City Center"
Centrally located near Chinatown and the Convention Center. Easy walk to the Reading Terminal Market, Independence Hall, and all the most popular sites. On site parking was ample but pricey at $33 per day. Rooms were equipped with two flatscreen TVs, a sofa, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker. Access to mass transit was excellent.
"Not at all up to par with Hilton standards"
This hotel was located in a very odd place and the service was bad. We booked a junior suite so we had an extra sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken and we waited for somebody to bring us a lumpy roll away for a hour. The bathtub had hair in it (not clean) and overall the hotel had a bad smell. Would not stay there again.

"Great for a conference"
This was a perfect location for conference attendance. I visited Philly by myself, and this was a perfect for me. Price was competitive with other hotels and I loved that fact that parking was adjacent. I was thrilled to find that the Reading Terminal Market was next door!!! I will stay at this location again.

The Hotel was very close to the convention center, so it made our trip very enjoyable.

Customers were supposedly able to adjust the firmness of the mattress, but this was not the case inr eality. The mattress was EXTREMEMLY uncomfortable.

The hotel is located conveniently across from the Convention Center where we were visiting the 2012 Flower Show. The staff was very courteous. After staying there previously for 3 years straight and skipping staying there last year, it is obvious that the hotel is in need of a makeover. The bathroom had a mildewy smell and wallpaper was peeling. It […] could probably benefit from an installation of an exhaust fan. The bed even though it was an adjustable bed was not very comfortable and saggy in the middle. "Good but not great stay"
Th hotel location is excellent for the convention center. It is right next door to Reading markey which sells everything you need for food. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My bed had a large dip in it and I had requested to be near the elevator and was WAY down the hall. Nice TVs in the room and sitting area and desk to do my work. Room service […] one night and it took almost an hour to arrive, she had said it woould be a long while, 30 mins. I was not in a rush , but she ended up saying no charge....WOW. Bell hop on the departure date took 40 mins......that was tougher, I needed to get over to the Conv. center. All in all it was a good stay. Thanks. Lees meer
"Front desk unable to handle stress!"
We were not expecting much after reading a lot of reviews and were pleasantly surprised with level of service in the hotel with everybody except the front desk. An assistant manager was totally off the wall. She got angry at a guest and simply could not control or hide her anger. At one point she turned around and flung her yellow pony tail from side […] to side. Not sure what was up with that, but she turned back around, glared at the guest and then did it again. "Horrible service at the front desk!"
Housekeeping was excellent. Evening cook was the best! Anthony the bartender was awesome! Rooms were very comfortable, but not much light. The biggest problem we ran into was an assistant manager at the front desk when we arrived. Ms Ware was unbelievably rude and full of anger. We were there for the BMAC show at the Convention Center. We arrived around […] 3 and had been told that if there were rooms cleaned , we would be allowed to check in early. We had to be back at the Convention Center for a preview at 4 pm. The first person behind the desk told us we were early. We explained our situation and she said she had to get the manager. That's when Ms Ware stepped in and informed us in no uncertain terms that there were no rooms available and that we had to wait until at least 4. We again explained our circumstances and then asked if we could at least find a room with an outlet so we could iron our outfit. For some reason that infuriated her. She became very loud. I noticed that she had some sort of badge on indicating "We love BMAC 2012". I Said "so much for loving BMAC." She became enraged and said ' WHAT DID YOU SAY? WHAT DID YOU SAY?" Of course, I backed off and said nothing. The other young lady behind the desk tried to diffuse the situation and kept showing Ms Ware the computer trying to get her to okay letting us get into a room. Finally, after I refused to budge until I either got a place where we could get ready or an actual room, she told me that because of me, she would have to move someone else, blah, blah, blah,--basically a nice lecture. She then relented and gave us keys. We went to our room. From the way she talked, I expected to see someone else's luggage sitting in the room since she said she had to move someone. Obviously , she had promised the room to someone and did not want to give it to us. What a lot of drama over nothing! Thoroughly disgusted with this woman. From the moment the front desk checked me into the hotel they were the best I have ever met at any hotel. They continued to greet and try to please me every time I came down to the lobby. Every one at the hotel from housekeeping, maintainance and room service was friendly, quickly came and did their jobs, in a very nice way. Normally out of my price range, but got a great deal on a suite. Convenient parking, located near all my favorite places in Philly. You have to visit the Reasing Terminal Market when you stay, it's right next door to the hotel. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.

This HGI exceeded expectations! Not only is it located super conveniently to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and Chinatown, but it was very nice-- the rooms were big and very well-appointed...my room had a fridge and microwave and plenty of drawer and closet space. "Great new Years Eve!"
We were going to a show at the Trocadero Theater on New Years Eve, and this hotel was perfect. There were no pillows on one bed, which was weird, but that was solved with a call to the front desk. Overall, nice hotel.

This place is everything a hotel should be...so much so that I can even get passed the semi-seedy neighborhood. Honestly, it could have just been that the crazies were out because it was New Year's Eve. Wonderful room, wonderful customer service (especially).
