Everything great but rather disappointed that it has no WiFi connection!

room 119 bathtub ran slow,.......dirty socks under the chair footrest., mattresses HORRIBLE, pillows horrible, rooms on first floor noisy due to location,

I'm not one to complain and have stayed in dozens of hotels without a problem. This hotel is in a great location for a tourist but my problem was with the lousy beds. The mattresses were so worn out that none of us could get a decent night's sleep. Both my wife and I awoke with sore backs every morning. The 2 kids ended up mushed together in the center […] of the bed because the lack of mattress support made them slide into the depression in the middle. I've only seen beds like this in $39 a night cheapo hotels. Surprising a Hilton would let things get this bad. Lees meer

Had a wonderful visit. Close to everything we needed and we were very happy with the quality of our stay at this Hilton. When you walk into the lobby, it was like a breath of fresh air. They use Pure air purifiers throughout the hotel and it is delightful.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the beds. They are very very comfortable.

The room was exceptional and the hotel from the lobby, room and the courtyard was excellent. Our room faced the courtyard, the quietness was great and the room was very clean and updated. The location was great, it was just a little ways away from the main shopping, but enough to keep you away from the noise and traffic, but also everything within walking […] distance. The only (slight) drawback for me was the distance to/from the BART station. I thought it was closer, but it's about 2 miles. Other than that though, the stay was great, staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfy. I will stay here again!

This hotel was in an excellent location, hotel was very clean. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Only down side, no free Wi-Fi.

Great Location and confortable Hotel. Weakness: There's no wireless internet.

overall stay was great. Had a few problems with the TV in the room though. other than that it was cool.

the staff was friendly. located near the marina, we didn't take our car during our stay. breakfast buffet really good.

Near all restaurants & shops. Close to transportation. The staff was very helpful & nice. Good breakfast.

Overall the hotel was a good choice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the windows was pleasant. The location was excellent and made it easy to see the tourist areas of SF. However, the staff wasn't very helpful and often times seemed clueless. I had a problem getting the breakfast buffet that I had already paid for and then […] when I left my bags after checking out, I was handed the wrong claim tickets Luckily there were ID tags on the bags that could be matched to a driver's license. It was still an unnecessary hassle. If you stay here, I recommend skipping the breakfast option and walking down the street to Denny's. Lees meer

Close to wharf, very noisy. The windows did not completely shut so we heard outside noise all night long. And was woken up before 6am on a Sunday morning hearing trucks and cars honking and unloading below our hotel room window. Very noisy area

Overpriced for a very average hotel.the air condition unit was very dated.

hotel was great. not a huge fan of the area, enjoyed around union street better. Really loved the Italian district. very nice and lots of great food

I stayed at superior room with breakfast buffet, the food was great, the room was also very clean. The location is the best part, only two blocks away from Fisherman's wharf and pier 39, and a few more blocks to 33 for Alcatraz cruise. I rented a car but didnt get to use it very often and mostly walked.

Great location, very clean and new, nice employees.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The Chief Concierge named Debbie Sharabi was fabulous.

This was a beautiful hotel and the staff was very helpful. It was a perfect location close to the wharf and restaurants shops and tours. We totally enjoyed our five night stay.

3 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf; but the room was too noisy at night.

Excellent, Clean Room. Staff Brilliant

We chose this hotel due to it's location and convenience. We arrived starving, needing food and information. JoAnna, the concierge gave us SO much more! She was more than helpful in recomending, calling, and booking reservations for us. Not your usual concierge. Extremely friendly and made our stay there so much nicer. Hilton has a GEM in her!!! Good location but the street noise from our room was terrible, every car, bus, truck and occasional car alarm was audible in the room. Even with the air conditioner going all night didnt muffle the noise. I had to go to Walgreens and get ear plugs. I asked for another room but was told none was availble. So if you are going to stay at this hotel ask […] for an inside room it would be alot quieter. Stay away from the outside rooms facing the street. Lees meer

During my stay, the hotel was going through a renovation. They did an excellent job of isolating the construction but there was a certain amount of inconvenience caused by the construction. I was somewhat surprised by the fact that the hotel restaurant only served breakfast - no lunch or dinner. That certainly added to the inconvenience.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the restaurants and public transport. The only thing to com plain about would be that the rooms were not very sound proof so at night it was quite noisy.

We arrived to San Francisco on an exceptionally beautiful day and found the Hilton at FW to be a pleasant suprise. It was extremely close to everything we wanted to do from hiking at Muir Wods, riding bikes over the Golden gate, visiting the Painted Ladies and the Golden Gate park. Scoma's restraunt was wonderful and very close to the hotel. We did […] so much because the Hilton was so close and because the staff at the Hilton were very friendly and helpful making suggestions. My wife and I would not hesitate to spend another 3-4 days there if and when we return to San Francisco. Lees meer

This was a nice hotel, a little pricey, but a great location. Convienently located close to North Beach and Pier 39.

Wonderful hotel... great location... but best of all was the friendliness of the staff. From desk workers to cleaning staff, couldn't have been nicer. If we go back, no question where we stay!
