Ok. Hotel needs to clarify airport pickup times. I waited a long time and another passenger had to phone to request a pickup.

The hotel was clean and a resonable. The problem we had was when we called for the hotel van to pick us up from the airport to transport us to the hotel, we waited 40 minutes for the van to arrive, The driver was friendly and apologized. However, we felt the wait was unreasonable.

The beds and pillows were good, and I didn't hear planes all night long. This is nothing fancy but the suite room is nice as I could work while my kids slept. Breakfast is decent for this class of place, they had eggs, bacon and waffles in addition to cold cereal and bagles.

It took 3 calls to the hotel before they finally sent the shuttle to the airport.. We had to wait over 45 minutes.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the hotel to others.

The rooms are very nice. A little sitting area with TV and then bedroom with TV. Nice and Clean. Would stay here again. They shuttle you back and forth to airport. Parking fee is very cheap.

I am very disappointed as there is no food service near this hotel so we had to order for delivery and it was 40.00 for two of us. Also the pool was closed and it was plenty nice out to have it open! In the morning we went to check out and they didnt say thank you can I help you nothing just a stare. Very disappointed and would not stay here again.

Everything about this place was just perfect. It has a free breakfast, nice and helpful staff, free wifi and a computer to use. This is easily the best place to stay if you want the best bang for your buck. Rooms were great and I slept wonderfully. My only complaint is that if you want to go out and eat, it's either at the Shell down the street, Denny's, […] or at the Westin or Sheraton hotel restaraunts. The nice place to stay close to the DFW Airport. Nice complimentary full breakfast and cheap price for a good quality room and comfort to stay.

nice rooms with couches and tv's in both rooms. downside is our room was on the freeway side of the hotel.

After many hours of delays at the airport, i had to book a room in Dallas because i missed my connection. This hotel offered a free shuttle and was only 2 miles away. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle, I said to the hotel manager I was taking a taxi. The taxi cost me $25 for a 2 mile drive and the hotel would not refund my taxi fare. I have […] never lived in a place or visited a place that cost me $25 for a 2 mile drive. I was told incorrect information where to pick up the shuttle. Hotel Management- TELL your staff explicitly what to tell guests and where to meet the shuttle. After the fifth call to the hotel, the shuttle driver arrived at the door I was finally told to meet him and refused to take us because he was too far from the curb. He opened the van door and then shut it and drove off. This is when we had to take a taxi. The hotel was very clean, but after many hours delay at the airport and waiting again for a shuttle, I will go to great lengths never to recommend this place. Management.... manage your employees ! Will definitely stay at this hotel again, everything was perfect....big room, lots of facilities, excellent staff.....however, i am confused...i have stayed at this hotel many times, when you call them directly you get a room price that is 20-30% higher than what you can find on the internet..(check several for the best deal)

A little confusing since there is a Comfort Inn & Suites on the same block. Not a lot of choices for meals in the area but it is very convenient to DFW.

I stayed here when my flight was cancelled and had no transportation. The hotel's airport shuttle service was great. With no restaurants nearby, the lobby sells prepared food for the in-room microwaves and provides menus for 2 restaurants and 1 pizza place that deliver. We were attending a seminar/convention nearby. This hotel was recommended by a friend. Then I looked at all the reviews posted by previous guests, which were largely positive and glowing. So we decided to "risk it" and we were not disappointed! It was great. Beds soft, rooms clean and spacious. I was not very happy with my stay at the Comfort Suites Hotel DFW. A few things: -The front desk person when we checked in was very rude. I told here I thought Hotels.com said they had free parking and she said she didn't care what that site said, parking was $5 / day. -The room temp was set at 85 degrees when we got to our room, was like walking into […] a sauna. -The Airport shuttle was 15 mins late on our day of departure getting to the hotel. On our return, we waited for 1 hour at the terminal for the shuttle to pick us up. This was at 10:00pm on a Tuesday so it was not a heavy traffic time. After speaking with the driver he said that he came to our terminal as soon as the hotel called him. So apparently the first 3 times we called, the front desk person didn't relay to the driver! -Will not stay at any Comfort Suites again and don't recommend it to anyone. Lees meer

We asked for a 4AM wake up call. it never happened. The alarm clock in the room was broken. They advertise an airport shuttle. They did not inform us that is a shuttle that stops at multiple hotels on the way to the airport and it showed up late. This combined with the lack of wake up call could have made it very easy to miss a 6:15 AM flight.

My only problem with the Comfort Suites DFW was that the bedroom walls were very thin. The room next to ours played their tv all night long and I could hear every word. Every thing else was great. The shuttle service to the airport was perfect and was a lot easier than trying to find our own parking.

This was a clean, comfortable hotel. My niece joined me for 2 of my 4 days. She is a 21 college student. The suite was wonderful to give us both privacy for the generation gap! The living room area was also her bedroom and we could shut the door between, so she could listen to her music and text and talk all night. Great Hotel. Would recommend to friends. I have only one complaint, we never received enough wash cloth or bath towels. We had a total of 5 in the room, two adults, and 3 children. We received 3 wash cloths, 3 large bath towels. Whenever I went down stairs to the service desk, to request correct amount, they will always tell me that they didn't have […] any more. The Room was very spacious,and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shuttle to the airport was so nice. The breakfast was also very good.

Earliest free shuttle at 4:10am made it easy to have breakfast at DFW b4 my 6am flight! Two large flatscreen TVs in my suite made the World Series great to watch in my room from the bed or couch. Plenty of electric outlets for re-charging.... Very clean room!

The room was very nice and modern. The bed & pillows were so comfortable, I wish I had them in my home. Thanks to Hotels.com for choosing this hotel.

Nice hotel clean good for an in and out business trip. No pay per view or restaurant in the hotel.

Okay, but really a bummer when you arrive at your door with a lot of pkgs. and food and your door won`t open. Happen to us twice....once we were lucky enough to have a cleaning lady open for us....the other we had to go downstairs....other than this....we found a penny in our bed which made us wonder about if the beds had been changed???????

Time intervals for the Shuttle Bus were excessive long. Normally one waits about 15 minutes for a pickup, but in my case, even after several calls to the hotel Reception it took more than 45 minutes for the shuttle to show up at Terminal C. Registered with 5 people but could only get 4 sets of towels. Television signal was poor on both televisions. Shower head poured like a water hose and couldn't be changed. And requested a room with a balcony, but was given a room with no balcony facing a car rental lot.
