"Knights Inn Close To Edmond North OKC What A Dump!"
This was the second worse experience that I have ever had in a hotel. Just so that you understand what that means. The last time I stayed in something that I was this disgusted with it turned out to be a by the hour establishment. Room had not been cleaned, the chairs were stained a wet rag and some soap would have helped. When I pulled the bed out […] to access the outlet it was filthy and I found someones shirt that had been there for months considering the amount of dust on it. The air vents where disgusting and the grill on what used to be a vent in the restroom was removed with exposed wires. The wash cloths looked like that had been used to clean the room I had to go out and purchase my own wash rag and towel after looking at how the condition of the the hotels towels and wash cloths I did not trust that they would be in any better condition. The shower had not been washed and disinfected as there was brown residue all around the edges of the shower. I figured I got what I paid for I was looking for a bargain and they made sure that I didn't get quality for my bargain. I really believe they need to be reviewed by corporate the condition of the rooms and cleanliness is poor poor poor. I believe this review meets the required guidelines Lees meer
"Knights Inn - You Get What You Pay For...I Guess"
I chose this hotel because it was inexpensive. And for the price, I really wasn't expecting much. But...I would never stay here again, and I don't recommend anyone else stay here either. First, the walls in the bathroom had stains in them. I don't think they fully cleaned the toilets. They did not replace the toilet paper, they just kept the same roll […] there that the prior person used. The sheets had stains on them. The box spring had lots of stains on it. Worst of all, the heater didn't work, and it was freezing in Oklahoma City that day. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this place. Lees meer

"STAY AWAY"
We walked into our rooms to see the wall splattered with pop or some kind of liquid all over the walls. You walk by the bed and the walls there have food splattered on the wall so push the beds away from it. The floor is sticky and nasty and the bathroom isn't the cleanest. Our stay started out with no continental breakfast as promissed unless you call three day old ant ridden muffins a breakfast. The OJ was sour as well. The only good thing was the coffee. The air conditioner worked only the first night it was a battle to be moved to another room or get it fixed. The pool was always being filled or repaired daily so we […] only got two good days of swimming. Maid service and towels were very problematic. The manager was always missing in action when needed, and their voice mail was always full so we could not leave a message. I would never return to this hotel or even send my worst enemy there. There were too microscopic bars of soap in the bathroom. There was no shampoo. The bath towel covered about 1% of the human body. the tv's channel changer buttons actually served as a "power" button, and there was no remote control. the lamp was unplugged (not a big deal, but i still had to move the bed around to try to plug in the lamp). For the price, this was a poor hotel. Only a smoking room was available, but the smoke alarm was missing. The tile in the bathroom was in terrible condition, barely up to code. The TV remote did not work, batteries were fresh but it wasn't programmed correctly. The temp control knob was run down and took much guesswork to decipher. After we figured […] it out, it took about half an hour for the heat to kick on, and when it did it was terribly loud. There were disgusting stains on the floor, the carpet looked very dirty. The motel was inexpensive but appeared all the fixtures were from the early 60s and hadn't seen any maintenance since that time. The commode in my room had a flapper valve that had worn out probably at least 6 months prior. Upon my request, they did repair it. Got a cold front and only space heaters were available as the air conditioning was turned on but not heating. One of the lights in my room didn't work because it did not have a light bulb. The hotel was about what I expected. I didn't pay much, and I got a little more than I paid for. The room was worn, but clean, and the staff were helpful. I'd stay with them again.

no pillow cases, the bed wasn't made, the phone didn't work. the website said it had been remodeled but i dont know where because they offtered to put me in another room and that one's A/C didn't work, no fridge or micro and the carpet was covered in burns. there were a bunch of thugs hanging out in the stairs and by the pool gate. "Really, really awful!"
Start with positive - the staff was pleasant. The room smelled terribly of mold and urine. Carpet musty. Paint peeling. Inside and out in poor repair. Wi-Fi did not reach into rooms. When we tried to go outside to escape odor, the smell of stock yards/manure was overwhelming - although it did smell better after the sun went down. Was very nervous about […] sleeping in bed, but at least no bedbugs were evident. Just seedy, seedy place. To top it off, when we went out to look for a bottle of wine or something to dull the grossness- it turned out that we were in a dry county or something, 3.2 beer only. Not happy campers! Lees meer

I dont expect too much from Budget Motel as long as basics are provided for free. I liked the free wifi and speed was great too.

Very friendly staff. I had some problem with first room I checked in. They immediately move me to another room next door. They were very helpful in printing the direction from the computer in the front desk. Free wifi I appreciated very much.

This hotel is definitely in need of some serious renovation and actually think it has started, but was not priviledged to stay in one of those rooms. Looked like an old Motel 6 that was just bought, but in disrepair.Very much appreciated the staff checking us in early, so we could attend the opening softball game of the series - after traveling from […] Seattle all night, it was a nice treat. Rooms small and dimly lit. Had to pay extra for a fridge, but was available and clean. Housekeeping staff did well with what they had to work with. Seemed like some folks were using hotel as a residence also, but was quiet. Convenient to some eating establishments and close to needed softball stadium. Internet was so-so as we were pretty far from office. Stayed across the highway on our last visit to the World Series and probably should have stayed over there this trip. Was alittle disappointed since we have stayed at other Wydam properties and had much nicer stay. Lees meer

I was looking for a reasonable rate on a room and this one fit the bill, you get what you pay for though. The swimming pool looked much much bigger in the pictures than in real life. The only real problem I had was that we could not get any towels when we needed them, we had to go to the store and buy towels for showers.
