Het hotel ziet er goed uit. Binnen is alles ook van goed materiaal, banken zijn wel een keer aan vervanging toe. Minpunt is de overal zeer duidelijk hoorbare luchtverversing van het hotel. Zeker 's nachts kan dat hinderlijk zijn. Er zijn ook veel muggen, zorg dat je Deet bij je hebt!

We hadden een goede en duidelijke ontvangst het personeel was vriendelijk en kundig hotelkamer werd goed schoongehouden ontbijt was minimaal maar wel goed verzorgt uitzicht was minder maar we waren overdag toch de hele dag op pad afstand naar het centrum was goed te doen rustige en veilige omgeving
Ligging.
Banff International Hotel ligt in Banff dicht bij Informatiecentrum Nationaal park Banff, Mount Norquay en Upper Hot Springs, en biedt allerlei opties om te skiën en andere wintersportactiviteiten te doen. In de buurt vind je ook Cave and Basin National Historic Site en Banff Lake Louise Touristenbureau.
Resortvoorzieningen.
Kom na een lange dag op de piste helemaal tot rust in het spabad of maak gebruik van de andere voorzieningen, zoals een sauna en een turks stoombad. Als het skiën gedaan is en de zon onder gaat, kan je in de bar van dit resort gezellig après-skiën.
Gasten kunnen in het plaatselijke restaurant van een heerlijk diner genieten. In openbare ruimtes is een draadloze snelle internetverbinding gratis beschikbaar, terwijl de accommodatie over een werkstation beschikt. Gasten kunnen gratis parkeren.

"Great Location"
It was beautiful and right on Banff Ave for convenience. The rooms were very clean and nice. The Jacuzzi hot tub was very relaxing. Great place to stay!

"Banff International Hotel - Mediocre"
My husband & I picked this hotel to stay at for our third anniversary, we are students, it was affordable. I have to say our stay was just satisfactory. The room was clean, nothing really to complain about, expect the loud noises from the pipes throughout the night. Location was good, loved that there was a parkade, affordable; was nice to wake up and […] go down to a nice breakfast @ the Ricky's in the Hotel Lobby. Check-in & check-out was fast, although there was staff @ the Ricky's & the front desk that were not rude, but seemed as though they could have cared less to be there. The one HUGE downfall was the hot tub. It was gross. There was some sort of gunk in the water, the floors seemed kind of dirty while we were there. Wouldn't recommend using it if you do stay here. "nice location but small room"
The hotel has very nice location but the room we stayed in is a small room.
"Great location but a little tired"
The Banff International was located on the main street of Banff, perfect for walking to any restaurant, shopping or downtown point of interest. The mattresses were very comfortable, but the overall appearance of the hotel was due for an updating. We did enjoy the use of the indoor hot tub, dry and steam sauna. Good value.

"Banff International Hotel was awesome"
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel in a lovely room at a great price. We used the on site restuarant and bar which was good food and service. The location is great and meant we could walk easily into the town. My one issue was on the desk they had a sign telling me the car park height was 6'1. I didnt see this on my booking anywhere or actually on the […] hotel site and it meant my car didnt fit. They did however park me right out the front of the hotel but this could get a little busy in summer and mean you could have parking issues. Other than that we woud stay there again. All the hotels on Banff Ave are very similar both in décor service and cost the advantage of the Banff international is its location near the main shopping and restaurants. Good hotel for exploring Banff and skiing

This Hotel has a great location right downtown. it has great in room options like a fridge, ipod dock for TV, good beds with quality linens... It has a bad hot tub area and very little parking. "Nice experience at Banff International Hotel"
We stayed only night ( 4 persons ) at this very centric hotel in Banff but it was a pleasant experience. No complaints at all, very clean, staff was kind and supportive. It´s right off the main street and has a working underground parkade.

AWFUL! the walls are serisously paper thin, you can hear everything from oustide and for an hour in the early mornin on the saturday the cleaning staff were oustide the room yelling to one another and rustling all of their supplies around. i told the front desk and they could have cared less. wil never stay there again. "Nice location"
Hotel location very good you can walk to restaurants and stores. The hotel could use a bit of an update though, the outside is quite modern, where as the rooms are a bit worn (very clean though). Ricky's is waisting their good food in poor organization and service, very disappointed and will not be eating there again.

The street is easy access to any hotel on the street, but this hotel is literally right beside the Banff downtown. If you'd like to take an evening walk downtown to a restaurant, shopping, and snack (as I did) this spot is tough to beat. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean. decent, clean and comfortable room. staff are friendly. location is just right, walking distance to downtown banff. the only problem is the parking space for big cars!!! went around the area for minutes looking for a parking area and was finally assisted to park in front of the hotel!

"Banff International Hotel - close to all must see"
We stayed for one night over the Banff Christmas Light Parade. Overall our stay was very nice our neighbors was very noisy and after a phone call to front desk at 3 AM in the morning (where nobody answered) I walked down to front desk to just get somebody to talk to our neighbors. After which we had a pleasant nights rest afterwards. Just need to mention […] it was an adequate hotel, nothing wow. Our loo in the room needs some attention though.
