People are very very helpful breakfast is.ok but everyday the same in need of some innovation the rooms in need of some update as you pay only for the location really but the people are fantastic and location that is what you pay for would I come back yes but one condition update the rooms please

degelijk en goed hotel in het centrum van brugge spijtig van het nachtlawaai (cafés in de buurt)

Goed hotel, goed ontbijt maar pas op dat je een kamer aan de achterkant krijgt. In de kamers aan de voorkant heb je erg veel last van het uitgaansvolk en muziek van de cafe's. Mzuiek tot 03:30 uur en kabaal tot zo;n 06:00 uur. Weinig geslapen.....

Spent 2 nights at the Hans Memling. Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room very comfortable, clean and cosy (which was good as Bruges was experiencing some very cold weather when we visited). Location of hotel is brilliant - a 2-minute from Markt. Will certainly return to both Bruges and the Hans Memling!

Second time I've stayed here. Staff friendly, rooms clean and a good breakfast. You can't beat the location right in the centre of Buges!

My fiance and I stayed here during the holiday season. The hotel was very centrally located, you could walk right out the door into the main part of the city and everything was very well-lit, always good in a tourist town. The hotel itself was very minimal- almost like an upscale hostel. The front desk staff was very nice however, there was NOWHERE […] to park and they couldn't tell us where to park, etc. etc. It was a mess. We finally found a parking garage a few blocks from the hotel that cost us some $$, but our car was safe and we didn't need to use it at all during the entire trip. Overall, the hotel was decent in the off season, but I can't imagine paying the high season (summer) price for this place- way to expensive. Lees meer

Were put into a small double up in the roof which was disgusting and dangerous. Toilet and bathroom in an awful state, water freezing and the room had dangerous beams blocking the toilet. You could not move in the room. Horrible night.

We only stayed for 2 nights so were not too bothered about the amenities. Although saying that we were a bit disappointed with the bar. No lemonade or orange juice and when they say they lock up at 11pm they mean it! The bed was very soft. The shower was a hoot! They put a shower screen up over the bath and then installed the shower so it sprayed no […] where near it. The room was clean enough though, no complaints there. We were at the front on the 3rd floor but were not disturbed by any noise at night at all. The hotel was so central it was worth putting up with the small issues. The staff were brilliant, spoke perfect English and were very helpful. The car park was just around the corner and cost us 14 euros for 48 hours which I thought was a bargain. Lees meer

Just 5 minutes walk from the main square we went mid week and heard nothing of the noise mentioned in other reviews.The walls were thin but as an extended hotel this may be an issue and you get what you pay for. Great value for money, more than adequate breakfast and great service with a smile.

This Hotel was fine, clean rooms, comfy bed, not a bad breakfast but even better was its location and all for a good price. Perfect.

Group of 4, inc 2 teenage daughters had a great stay, felt very comfortable and extremley safe

This hotel was fine -- good location, very clean, pleasant staff. Only complaint was the unusually noisy floors -- we could hear the people upstairs just walking around, and our floors were creaky also (even with carpeting throughout).

This was a great location, close to everything and within walking distance to all the sights. The rooms do not have AC, so with the window open to sleep it was very loud until about 3am. The room was cozy & clean - the bathroom was large & clean. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Would stay here again

this was a very nice hotel and with easy reach of the main attractions would use it again and recomend it to other people

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff were all very nice and very helpful. Only slight let-down was a couple of cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. Good breakfast.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast included. Close to all the sights and bus to central station.

The Hans Memling Hotel is in a great location just off the Makt in central Bruges. The staff are all extremely helpfull andcan't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided is good. The main Makt is about 5 minutes slow walk away and there is a bus stop about 2 minutes walk away (No. 12 from the Station!) The only grumbles really are […] the nightime noise which considering its central location should be expected to a cerain extent and a lack of Wi-Fi. The noise problem was very easily fixed with a pair of earplugs though! I would definately reccomend the Hotel and will return myself. Lees meer

We stayed in Bruges for one night at the Hans Memling Hotel. The hotel was in a great location - not more than a two minute walk from the city center and a handful of great attractions in Bruges. The room we booked had a great view of the city, which was a nice bonus. As backpackers, we weren't really too picky with hotels on our trip, but this one […] was a great find for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quite on-the-ball about everything we needed to know about our visit. My one complaint would be that our breakfast (that was included with the price) could have been warmer. All of the food was quite cold. We arrived at breakfast about half way through the service... so that could have been the problem, but if it is offered for an extended period of time in the morning, the warm food should be kept warm for that period of time as well. But in the grand scheme of things, not exactly a major issue and overall it was we had a nice stay in Bruges. Lees meer

Hotel is in a good location however the rooms are quiet basic and do not have good sound proofing as we could hear conversations and movement in the room above.

Good hotel but room very hot and very noisy from other rooms

This was the perfect location. The rooms were very clean, just a little older. Bathroom was spotless. The floors are just a little creaky and the walls are thin. So if you are sensitive to noise as for the top floor, facing the courtyard.

This is clean hotel located in the city center. The breakfast was above our expectations. The staff was very friendly. From other side the elevator was very strange - jumped 5-10 cm down when somebody step in into it. The sound isolation was also very bad. Pasamos una noche en el hotel , la ubicacion es buena , el acceso es muy incomodo ya que tiene unas esacleras muy angostas e incomodas para subir y bajar con maletas, el precio muy alto para lo que brinda

Très bien situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville et d'un parking souterrain d'un prix correct (15 euros pour 2 jours), mais attention le week end car une boite de nuit est voisine d'en face.

Hotel proche de la place du Market, avec un parking publique à 500 m. Personnel agréable et très bon petit déjeuner. En revanche, confort de la chambre équivalent à un 2 étoiles. Nous avions 1 studio en duplex avec un chauffage soufflant pour la partie chambre donc très désagréable et difficile à chauffer. Hôtel très bien situé avec parking à proximité à un prix abordable. Petit déjeuner varié et personnel d'accueil très aimable. Confort et propreté des chambres corrects. Idéal pour une nuit au centre de Bruges.

Trés bon accueuil du personnel charmant Assez mal insonorisé mais trés bonne situation géographique , rapport qualité/prix honnéte pour Bruges.

Nous avions une chambre dans le toit avec 2 vélux... Même ces vélux fermés, nous entendions TOUT dehors...Quelques bars dans la rue de l'hôtel...résultat : impossible de dormir avant 5h30 du matin, heure à laquelle les bruits, cris et chants de jeunes festifs se sont arrêtés. Bref, n'allez pas là si vous voulez passer une bonne nuit de sommeil !!!!!!! […] Un hotel dans le centre de Bruges c'est bien pour la proximité d'être dans le centre mais vraiment peu confortable question calme... Très bien placé ,très propre ,super petit déjeuner buffet . Mal insonorisé ,bruyant le weekend car cafés en face .Chambre ss grd charme ms avec tt confort ,plancher grinçant ss cesse sous la moquette . A conseiller pr une nuit à Bruges ms pas pr un séjour plus long .

El hotel está muy bien situado en el mismo centro, se puede ir a pié a todos lados. Si váis en coche se puede aparcar medianamente bien cerca del hotel sin zona azul. Las habitaciones están bien, pero las del último piso con abuardilladas y un poco claustrofóbicas. El desayuno buffet sin lujos pero completo. La atención perfecta. Recomendable.

Hôtel très correct.Rapport qualité prix excellent. Accueil sympathique et parlant français.Plain centre ville, cela est très appréciable compte tenu des monuments et du circuit touristique à faire. Un parking public est à disposition à 200 m à un prix très raisonnable.
