Het is een prima hotel, maar de weg er naar toe is erg moelijk te vinden. Het hotel ligt aan een "soort" dood lopende weg die ook nog gedeeltelijk eenrichtingsverkeer is.

Dit hotel ligt vlak bij de luchthaven en dus ideaal wanneer je vlucht de volgende ochtend vroeg vertrekt. De kamers zijn comfortabel en proper, de mensen van de receptie zeer behulpzaam. Er is een shuttle van en naar de luchthaven en van daaruit kan je de light rail naar het centrum nemen. Je bent dan wel bijna een uur onderweg...

Het hotel zag er mooi uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Eigenlijk zijn wij niet anders gewend van dit hotelketen. De badkamer met wastafel in één kamer (hadden wij niet in de vorige hotels) beviel goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor niet-rokers, maar er hing een vage rokerslucht in de kamer. Met het schaamrood op de kaken probeerde de receptie dit te herstellen. Opgelost middels citroen verfrisser: wellicht toch ontstaan door de kleding van een zware roker vóór ons. De bedden waren perfect en wifi en de beschikbare parkeerruimte waren goed. We hebben door een technische storing een dag zonder wifi gezeten: erg vervelend maar éénmalig. Het raam kon open voor frisse lucht en geluiden uit de natuur: prettig. Het ontbijt was basic (continental breakfast), maar goed genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Wij zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven. Al met al was het een plezierig verblijf in een rustige omgeving: ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. De kamer en de badkamer waren klein, maar OK. De overige zaken, zoals wifi en parkeerruimte waren goed. De airco was echter luidruchtig en met het raam open was er veel overlast van het verkeer. Het ontbijt was basic, maar goed verzorgd met dagelijks vers fruit. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de Alderwood mall. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven. Ondanks de kleine kamer en kleine minpunten zou ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Exactly what you'd expect of the hotel. Basic, but clean. Free basic breakfast and a shuttle to the airport every half hour. If you want to watch TV, there are enough channels. In a nuttshell: a good place to stay a few days or just overnight if you have a flight the next day.

"Grand Hyatt Seattle"
Disappointed that the 24 hours spa shut down at 10pm. I arrived at 10 after a long travel and was looking forward to a steam, whirlpool, and shower, but it closes at 10pm.

The hotel was within walking distance of Pike Market, Pioneer Square and water front as well as many other attractions. And has the most comfortable bed I've ever sleep in.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, a huge room with a brilliant bathroom... this was a great place to stay. The only thing that could have been improved was the view out the window (a parking lot), but that's not the hotel's fault. I recommend it.

My family and I stayed here prior to our cruise, the location is great for exploring downtown and is close to restaurants and last minute shopping. the hotel staff was very efficient, although there was a problem with one of the rooms. Two of our party were checked into one room and several hours later their key card didn't work. When they went to the […] desk they were told their original room was the wrong one and had to pack up and move to another room. While the rooms were equal, it was a hassle for them having to change. "Wonderful Experience"
Excellent customer service (yes it's really out there!!!). Hotel was clean and quite. I will be staying at the Hyatt many more times in the future.

Great Hotel! Centrally located. We took the light rail from the airport which dropped us off downtown approx 3 blks from hotel. Also the rail to the Seattle center was only a few blocks away. We had a great view of the water...clean rooms, comfy beds, will stay again!

I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle for business and it was perfect! The price was great and especially for what I got. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. "Great Hotel and location"
We came here for the weekend to celebrate my husband's b-day and it was great beginning with leaving the car with the valet, until we checked out!! No complaints... and the restaurant was terrific. You can walk almost anywhere downtown to eat, shop and play or sightsee... if you want, a cab ride isn't expensive and the bus is free in downtown.

"Outstanding location, Small bedroom area,"
Hotel is in downtown Seattle, It is perfectly located close to eateries, and attractions. We got there for three nights before a cruise. We got a corner standard room. It included a living-room space, a separate full bathroom, and the "bedroom" area. The bedroom are is too small and crammedz. We brought three suitcases and two bags, and we had a hard […] time being able to walk in the room. The bathroom had a separate all-glass shower stall, really nice. The shower head was fixed, making hard to showre without getting your hair wet. Bath tub has no shower head, only a waterfall-type spout. View was to the roof of the meeting areas, and other hotels, nothing panoramic. Motorized Window Shades a plus!. Otherwise, outstanding. Lees meer

"Very Comfortable, Would Stay There Again"
The room was a bit small and the safe was on the shelf in the closet, which was not easily assessible to someone short in stature (Im 5'2"). Otherwise, I was very happy with the hotel and the room. Very nice bathroom with separate shower.

I had no complaints about the Grand Hyatt in Seattle. Fabulous location, great room -- bigger than I expected -- plus I used the workout room a couple times and enjoyed it plus the whirlpool. Sweet all around.

"Great service, lovely room"
The room was really nice, huge closet, bathroom with large tub & separate shower (marble floors & granite counters made it feel luxurious). The staff was always courteous & helpful. I was having trouble sleeping due to a snoring room mate. The front desk provided me with earplugs. At checkout, they said I had used a water & were going to charge me. […] My puzzled expression and genuine bafflement as to when that might have occurred prompted an immediate adjustment (removal) from my tab. The location of the hotel is excellent -- can walk to anything downtown. You are literally two minutes away from the convention center (why I was there). I even walked to Volunteer Park, although it is a bit of a hike. Great place -- I recommend it & would go back again in a hearbeat! Lees meer

"Great room and location"
We got a corner suite which had awesome views of the Space needle, downtown and the water. Great location, walking distance to Pikes Place Market and most downtown attractions. Good service and very friendly staff. Rooms are well maintained, the cleaning crew could have done a better job - there were a couple of coffee stains that they didnt clean […] out. "Hyatt Seattle immer wieder"
Das Grand Hyatt Seattle ragt aus allen Spitzenhotels in der Umgebung sehr, sehr angenehm hervor. Es liegt sehr zentral, das gesamte Zentrum ist fussläufig zu erkunden, aber ebend wie alle US-amerinanische Hotels könnte auch hier einmal wieder renoviert werden. 今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番広いバスルームかもしらない。壁一面がガラス張りのため、尚更広く感じる。ベッドは高めで、気持ちいい弾力性になっている。他は普通です。困ったことは、スリッパがない、シャワーヘッドが固定式、ドアの閉まる音がうるさい。
"グランド ハイアット シアトル"
ダウンタウンの中心にあり、ホテルのすぐ前にPacific Placeという高級ショッピングモールがあるので夕方歩いて廻るだけでも十分楽しめる。 ホテルの１階にスターバックスが入っているから、とても便利。部屋もきれいで清潔。風呂の大理石のタイルやたっぷりと入れるバスタブにも満足した。 高層階を希望したから窓からスペースニードルがよく見えた。全体的にシアトルの街を楽しむことができるよく出来たホテル。
