Comfort Inn Toronto Airport in Mississauga

Met een groep van 16 4 kamers gehuurd voor 1 overnachting. De bedden lagen lekker, mooi dicht bij het vliegveld (Loopafstand) Vanaf het hotel makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer het centrum te bereiken. Alles was ruim voldoende alleen van het ontbijt hadden we meer verwacht.

Second time staying at this hotel, again it was as good as the first time, friendly staff, great meals and service at the ZaZi's Restaurant and Pub. Clean room. We will be back.

Chose this hotel because it was close to airport and I thought I can book a room before and after my trip to Orlando and receive free parking for the days before and after my trip. When I checked in tge lady was rude in saying that I could not park my truck there during my trip, she didn't even offer any kind of parking besides park and fly. Not impress […] with the service. Front counter staff was very pleasant to talk to, especially since I believe that the were understaffed. When we came in the front door, there was a gentleman getting registered and then the receptionist told him that she would be just a moment, and ran off somewhere in the hotel. Then came back after 2-3 minutes and apoligized. So basically it took […] us 10-15 minutes to register and it wasn't even busy. Also, that bathroom needed a little more attention. While the hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was lovely, the walls were paper thin. Since many travellers come and go at all hours of the day and night, it can get very noisy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and were quick to answer questions and provide recommendations. From the ignorant driver of the shuttle bus, to the lousy attitude of the receptionist, to the bed bug powder smell in the hallway walking towards my room, which I was given no direction in how to get to by the one who checked me in, to the lack of menu from the pub in the room, to the ATM that didn't work, to the parking lot view from the room window, […] to the gang of hoodlums hanging out the front entrance, to the promise of breakfast and got nothing, Stay Away! Great price and location. Perfect for our overnight stay. Kiddo wished there was a pool and no elevators but otherwise very happy with this hotel. Food at restaurant downstairs great too!

Not impressed all at. We were using this hotel as a stop over hotel with the assumption that because they offered an airport shuttle that we would have parking for the week. Not the case. When we arrived there was very limited parking available and when I checked in and made inquires about the parking for the week, I was advised that their parking was […] sold out. Parking was a problem. It seemed liked the hotel is renting out spaces for guests to leave their cars at the hotel while they have gone to take the plane to another city. This Hotel was great for what I needed. The breakfast was also very good and had a good selection of hot and cold items. The only downside of the stay was the lack of good internet service where there was no signal in the rooms and staying for business made it difficult.

The hotel and the room were fine. We were only there for a short overnight stay before our 6:00am flight but enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and pub for dinner.

Shuttle bus to hotel was good. They were busy and the hotel was full. Fast registration. Hotel was clean and they were installing new carpeting. Have stayed there about 8 times and will go back. Good value and close to the airport.

When I arrived at the hotel, they said that in fact I had not been booked for park & fly, and that hotels.com regularly deceives customers about this in order to get the booking. It caused me a great deal of time and stress and extra money to resolve the problem late at night with an early flight waiting for me in the morning! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pub on site was nice, not the greatest service, but ok. I was totally amazed at the free breakfast in the morning!! Very good, very tasty and such a nice selection of dishes!! The location was so nice and close to the airport! Loved that and the shuttle included in the price!!

We were pleased at the location, close to Air Port, free shuttle, to and from. Great breakfast included. Staff friendly, and accommodating It was great and we will definitely use again. No elevator so if you are not on the main floor, you do have to get your bags up a flight. .

Close to terminal, great continental breakfast which speeds up the morning routine. Nice to have access to decent food in house when we arrrived. Be aware there is no elevator, which makes taking luggage to the second floor a large task when you have children. Good value for cost.

We used the Park,sleep and Fly option for our parking.
