It was like staying home

This hotel has the best possible location in South Kensington. Good Value and Spacious Rooms.

Excellent location - 5 mins from Subway Station. Good service and spacious room.

I'm impressed with the hotel, the kitchen is well equipped with all that is required, even with dishwasher and detergents. It's ideal for a family that plans for a longer stay because you can cook the meals with a fully equipped kitchen and a Tesco store nearby. The lower floor is a living room with kitchen and the upper floor is a bedroom and bathroom. […] The studio unit and everything look brand new with free internet. It would be OK for staying a week or two but too expensive if staying a month or longer. The only complaint is the door to the reception was locked after 7pm for "security" reason , there was no bell and we could not check in until some other guest opened the door for us. Lees meer

I had a pleasent stay at Citadine prestige the neighbourhood was very nice and had a good selection of shops and cafes in the area to grab a bite in and a supermarket to meet all your needs. It is also walking distance to knitesbridge and kensington shopping area. Only thing i didnt like about the hotel was the lighting in the room, it was always a […] dark gloomy room , the essentials are not there such as bathrobe or slippers and they donot provide it upon request as it is not available. The stairs in between the coordior are annoying abit if you are carrying your luggage. Otherwise the staff are helpful and it is a clean decent accomidation. Very good free wifi service. Lees meer

The only thing you have to bare in mind is the mattress is very very soft...

It's very plain -- something one would expect from a two star hotel. I understand it is not a hotel but an apartment, but the impression walking into the room was far from comfort. Luckily I had a change of plans and only had to stay there one night...

Booking was moved to a 'neighbouring 5-star' apart-hotel, which was neither. As a result I was late for me evening meal. Should have been pre-warned of the hang in booking prior to arriving at the booked location.

We wanted somewhere central to visit the museums etc easily and the location was excellent. We also wanted more than just a hotel room, so with the good kitchen this was just what we wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and would recommend this place to others.

The service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The rooms were a great size and beautifully designed, including the little touchs which you do not get in chain hotels. The kitchen was great to use and convenient. Any problems we had, the staff bent over backwards to help and make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again!!

Good overall value, mostly for the cleanliness, the great location, and the amenities: in an over-priced/under-value hotel city like London, finding an "affordable" hotel that is not a youth hostel is key. The amenities that mattered most to us were the kitchenette (which regrettably we didn't use, but would have with more time), and the free in-room […] WiFi. The hotel service was OK - a little indifferent, but if you don't expect the Ritz you will be fine. This is also to say that without these amenities, the hotel, at our price point, would not probably have been recommended... Lees meer

This hotel fit my needs perfectly. It was reasonably priced and comfortable with a good sized room for a single person. I enoyed having a kichenette where I could make my breakfast. My only complaint was an unhelpful front desk clerk whose English ability was too limited for her job but this was rapidly compensated by her supervisor.

Was booking a hotel - got an apart'hotel. Great location in nice Kensington n'hood, near tubes. Good service and value. Rooms were not small but had minimal decor, I have seen cheerier prison cells.

We checked in on a Tuesday morning for a 2 day stay and found the accomodations at Citadines South Kensington fantastic. They even had a room ready for us when we arrived and gladly let us in! We were in a small suite with 2 floors and there were 3 of us. The space was very well arranged and everything seemed to be newly renovated. The location is really […] central to a lot of areas and there are great restaurants and coffee shops in walking disctance. The Picadilly, Circle and District Lines (Glouster Road) are great ways to get around the city. The heating in the room was average and it seemed to be very cold in the space with the small heaters. Jag och maken bokade hotellet för att priset var bra och det fanns möjlighet att hålla sin egen frukost. Pentryt var välutrustat och praktiskt, men vi saknade någonstans att äta... det fanns ingen matplats. Nästa minus var att sängen var obekväm, en svajig resårmadrass som gungade som hela havet! Mitt sista minus var att vårt rum tycktes ligga ovan […] ett restaurangkök och lukten av bränd ost förpestade rummet varje kväll. Ett stort plus för hotellpersonalen, särskilt killarna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Lees meer

Hotel très bien situé à proximité des magasins ,des restaurants et de Hyde Park . Les chambres sont bien insonorisées,d'une propreté irréprochable et la kitchenette très pratique.

Ett hotell med modern design, pentry och perfekt avstånd till Hyde Park, High Street Kensington och flera museum.

Toplage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer für englische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Müllkorbwechsel nicht täglich, das verwundert ein wenig. Boden leicht staubig. Sonst sehr zufrieden.... ;=)

Albergo molto carino in una posizione molto strategica, vicino alla metro, camere molto confortevoli e nuove, nelle vicinanze un buon ristorante dove mangiare la classica English Breakfast.

Cet hôtel à l'emplacement privilégié (près du métro, bus, commerces, restaurants et parc), apporte le confort et la tranquilité. Idéalement placé sur la Piccadilly line, vous êtes à 30 minutes de King's cross et de l'eurostar. Vous pouvez profiter des musées proches (V&A ou musée d'histoire naturelle), vous promener dans le parc, ou faire du shopping […] chez Harrod's non loin... Vi var 3 personer som bodde i en hyggelig leilighet med 4 soveplasser, hvorav 2 i sovesofa. Kjøkken og bad - nyoppusset og rent. Flere matbutikker i området, samt hyggelige spiseplasser. Gangavstand til parken og museene i Kensington, kort vei til nærmeste undergrunn. Anbefales!

Etablissement très confortable, très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien situé, très calme. Nous avons effectué un séjour formidable et nous recommanderons cet hôtel , comme il nous a été recommandé.

Alt på hotellet var super, dog skal lige bemærkes at der er ingen bar / restaurant. Morgenmaden er ikke inkluderet i prisen, den skal du rundt om hjørnet for at indtage. Værelset er supert og indrettet som en lille lejlighed. Der er køleskab, komfur, elkedel, brødrister, kaffe, the og service til 4 personer.
