Dirty washcloth in bathroom, no bath mat or soap, hard to open closet - needed assistance. Second day, bath mat and soap on hand. Obviously, housekeeper got distracted when cleaning bathroom.

We had a good stay but we ask for our hotel safe to be checked and have a new battery put in because it didn't work. It took a couple of times asking before it was taken care of. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so overall had a good stay. The one thing I would say is that if you are planning a lot of activities in the city and you planning […] on using your car it is a little too far out when you consider the traffic. No shuttle service from hotel and if you are going to use the Septa be sure to pay attention to the schedule. They didn't seem to run late enough to this side of town. The hotel was FINE. A little disappointing though. I figured "ooh we are staying in a Hilton, its gonna be fancy" NOPE. Its just like every other hotel. I dont stay in hotels often, but I would compare this hotel to the same quality of one of those "suites" hotels. You know, the ones THAT ARE MUCH CHEAPER!

Our stay was great. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. It was only 2 miles from where we needed to be and we liked that there was plently of parking in the lot across the street. My one wish would be that checkout time was later than 11:00AM!!! We slept until 10:50 and then had to rush out!

Staff was very nice. My brother's room lacked soap or a tub mat at check-in but these were promptly supplied upon request. Decor of the rooms seems a bit "tired," and in need of updating. However, the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the large, flat screen TV.

I was not happy with check-in. The person was very unfriendly during check in.. When I checked out, it would had been nice if I was asked, if I had enjoyed my stay. That person was not cordial working in a prestigious hotel as the Hilton and is not friendly.( THE SAME PERSON FOR CHECK IN AND OUT. Very displeased with attitude.

Very old room. There was a coach in the room that was probably 30 years old. I have to ledt the hotel after the first night and moved to another hotel.

Our room was exceptional for the price, the service was phenominal! Next time we travel to Philadelphia we will be staying there again!

Nice breakfase for $15 for huge buffet with cooked to order items, ($10 for just cooked to oder without fruit and pastries) Room was very nice. Hilton needs to offer free wifi and catch up to the rest of the world.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Outstanding breakfast offered, but at a fairly high price. Street parking is good if a spot can be found, but the parking lot down the street may be a bit far to walk to avoid the $20/day valet parking charge.

Only problem was the valet. It's much better to pay 10 dollars for valet to go in and out as much as you want instead of paying 5 dollars to park a block away. It's 5 dollars every time you go in/out during that day. My only concern was that nobody was able to give me any info on valet or parking myself, but I would definitely stay again. The hotel was conveniently located and clean. The bed was on the lumpy side. Free Wi-Fi would have been a nice amenity, but not available.

The hotel was very nice and I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff. However, Hotels.com told me it was close to attractions and it wasn't. Every excursion involved pricey and lengthy cab trips.

My room was very small and I was given a handicap room without my consent. I hate that because of the showers - they should have at least told me when I checked in. Also, I wanted room service but there was no menu in my room. Finally I parked in their non-valet lot and they were pretty rude when I gave them my ticket to pay for it on my credit card. […] They claimed it was not from their lot (it was) and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about (I did). Our stay as far as the staff, cleanliness, etc. was fine. However, the hotel needs updating - furniture looked like out of an 80s government office and the airconditioning/heating unit was so noisy we had to turn it off completely in order to sleep. This a great location for a quick easy trip into central Philadelphia.

Hotel was great, clean and well located for needs. The only problem was the parking. We had the options of valet parking @$10/day, self parking in a public lot down the street for $5/entrance, or on the street parking for free. We chose the street parking, and lucked out on spaces each time.

I was disappointed in the view of a huge water retention pond/sewer looking plant outside the window. The bellman was absolutely great and it was a convenient location. It is an older hotel in need of some cosmetic touch ups and repairs. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Everyone was so friendly. I was there for a concert in the area and were very helpful for directions. Room was immaculate. I was super impressed.

While the overall room was nice and basically clean, the experience left much to be desired. The front desk receptionist was cool and aloof, not friendly at all. What was most disappointing was the lack of convenience offered, and the fact that everything cost extra. No parking included, no internet included, no meals included - exorbitant rates for […] everything! $10 per day for internet - that's insane! I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was very courteous, from the doormen to housekeeping. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the cleanest and most well ran hotel I have ever been in. The atmosphere was very quiet and I slept soundly every night. I was really impressed with this hotel.

Only there one day, but found the hotel to be a friendly, warm, comfortable place. Good restaurants, good food, reasonable prices, helpful staff. Exactly what you want in a hotel experience.

The hotel is fantastic! However, location is important for keeping costs down. The staff was great, very clean, but it was a $35 taxi ride to see the Phillies, and a $25 taxi ride to downtown. If you want a good hotel AND you have taken your own car to the city then have a great stay at this hotel.
