The room was clean but it had a musty smell. Bathroom small. Had to use the lock in order to ensure the door was closed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast selection adequate. The eating room was nice and clean.

I have stayed here at least a dozen times. Never for more than one night. I come to visit friends nearby. Though not fancy, they are very polite, and everytime I stay, it is very quiet. On this trip, my cool air didn't work. Now, I never did ask for any help, and since I was going to only be in the room for around 6 hours, I felt that I could be alright. […] Which I was. I'm one of these travelers that wants the sun, stars, earth, and moon when they travel for under a $100. I received it and more at this Best Western. It was clean but it needs updating. It was like having a shower at home and someone flushes toilet. When another room used the water you felt the water temp and pressure change. It was cheap good for a night, staff were friendly

I travel to Wash State often and this was another quality Best Western property. Professional staff and super attention to cleanliness. Excellent cable TV and wifi service. Solid breakfast. Great location, close to downtown Mt. Vernon (go there!). Don't let the somewhat dated looks of the facility deceive you. It's a great place.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. T 4pm when we arrived the temperature in the room was 59. We turned up the thermostat to 70. Fifteen minutes later, nothing appeared to have happened so I called the front desk and was told that the room would slowly warm up. Well yes. By 10 PM it was 66 degrees in the room. Well maintained and conveniently located for highway travel in NW WA. The pool area was inviting, but did not intrude on our privacy. We found the room very clean and the bathroom spacious - good value.

The hotel was very old, the locks on the doors were not very secure. When I was parking a woman in a white mini van pulled up and asked me who I was. I refused to tell her then she became upset and yelled to me that she was hotel security. The continental breakfast was very poor and it felt like management was skimping on everything to save money. This was the worst experience with a hotels.com hotel I have ever had. Not only was the hotell staff uncooperative but the condition of the hotel was terrible. We will not be staying in this hotel again and will be moving past this negative experience hopefully to better times

We needed only a one night stay and found that the motel met all our needs. The location was perfect for the first night of our trip from Vancouver, Canada to the Oregon coast. We would not hesitate to use the motel services again in the future.

The room was clean, staff friendly and helpful but, the walls are thin, we could hear the gal in the next room coughing all night. So, we weren't able to sleep all that well, the location was convenient and for the price, it was as expected.

The hotel was full of refinery shift workers who were hanging out in the parking lot. Was a bit intimidated by them and was awakened at 6 am when the change of shift happened. Was not impressed, thought they should have been put in one wing of the hotel so as not to disturb others instead of having rooms all over the complex

Good safe clean hotel, it is a little older and it shows in the construction etc. But overall had a great stay, felt safe, and was well rested. Thanks Best Western College Way! Would stay again if I need an economical hotel when in town again!

Rooms were clean. The cleaning service was great and brought me clean linens and towels when I asked. Check in and out was easy.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable. The trip to the ferry is about 40 minutes (not the 20 that they thought), but still close and easy driving. Breakfast was terrific, lots to choose from and not just white carbs! Small complaint - we had requested a pet room, and they […] do charge a per night rate, ostensibly for cleaning. My dogs had their noses to the floor all over the room suggesting that lots of dog/pet smells were "speaking" to them, and that the carpet could have been cleaner. We love the close location to the freeway, yet the farmland near by gives a sense of not being immersed in the city, while shopping is an exit away. Being an older hotel, it is priced well. This was the most convenient Hotel for me in Mt Vernon. It had easy access to many of the sights I wanted to see while there. The main reason I chose this hotel was that it advertised T.V. with HBO. I wanted to relax and watch good movies through the evening. I had no intention of spending time trying to solve problems with the office. The remote was absolutely impossible to work with or there was a problem with the T.V. Boa localização para quem quer um local na beira da estrada ou para quem quer ver as tulipas em abril (em maio elas já se foram, ok). O café de manhã é ok, mas não conte com a piscina. Quando fui, ela estava suja.
