Dit hotel ligt vlak bij de luchthaven en dus ideaal wanneer je vlucht de volgende ochtend vroeg vertrekt. De kamers zijn comfortabel en proper, de mensen van de receptie zeer behulpzaam. Er is een shuttle van en naar de luchthaven en van daaruit kan je de light rail naar het centrum nemen. Je bent dan wel bijna een uur onderweg...

Het hotel zag er mooi uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. Eigenlijk zijn wij niet anders gewend van dit hotelketen. De badkamer met wastafel in één kamer (hadden wij niet in de vorige hotels) beviel goed. Wij hadden een kamer voor niet-rokers, maar er hing een vage rokerslucht in de kamer. Met het schaamrood op de kaken probeerde de receptie dit te herstellen. Opgelost middels citroen verfrisser: wellicht toch ontstaan door de kleding van een zware roker vóór ons. De bedden waren perfect en wifi en de beschikbare parkeerruimte waren goed. We hebben door een technische storing een dag zonder wifi gezeten: erg vervelend maar éénmalig. Het raam kon open voor frisse lucht en geluiden uit de natuur: prettig. Het ontbijt was basic (continental breakfast), maar goed genoeg om de dag te beginnen. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Wij zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven. Al met al was het een plezierig verblijf in een rustige omgeving: ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Het hotel zag er netjes uit, zowel van buiten als van binnen. De kamer en de badkamer waren klein, maar OK. De overige zaken, zoals wifi en parkeerruimte waren goed. De airco was echter luidruchtig en met het raam open was er veel overlast van het verkeer. Het ontbijt was basic, maar goed verzorgd met dagelijks vers fruit. Het personeel was echter steeds vriendelijk en gaf je een goed thuisgevoel. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de Alderwood mall. Wij zijn hier 3 nachten gebleven. Ondanks de kleine kamer en kleine minpunten zou ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Exactly what you'd expect of the hotel. Basic, but clean. Free basic breakfast and a shuttle to the airport every half hour. If you want to watch TV, there are enough channels. In a nuttshell: a good place to stay a few days or just overnight if you have a flight the next day.

Ligging.
Best Western Plus Executive Inn is een gezinsvriendelijke accommodatie in het hart van Seattle. dit hotel ligt op loopafstand van Science-Fiction Museum & Hall of Fame, Denny Park en Experience Music Project Museum. In de buurt vind je ook Pacific Northwest Ballet en Myrtle Edwards-park.

Dit hotel voor zaken heeft een restaurant. Een draadloze internetverbinding is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Dit hotel met 3 sterren beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen waaronder een businesscentrum met 24/7 toegang, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Het personeel kan op verzoek een conciërgeservice, een huwelijksservice en een cateringdienst voor evenementen regelen. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, make-up/scheerspiegels, een föhn en gratis toiletartikelen.

De beeldende Space Needle staat in Seattle Center, twee minuten rijden met de monorail vanuit het centrum. Zowel de trein als de toren zijn in 1962 gebouwd voor de World's Fair. Het Seattle Center biedt opera, ballet en theater, en je vindt er de Key Arena, het Pacific Science Center en het Experience Music Project. Het naburige negen are grote Olympic Sculpture Park zorgt voor een onderbreking. Je hebt er bij de waterkant uitzicht op de Olympic Mountains.

"thought i was geting view"
the rooms are ok, but you can hear everything from the next room. Couldn't sleep cause of that. i thought i was getting a space needle view room...got an alley view room instead.

"best western"
Everything was roomy except the bathroom. The door opened in right on the toilet and close to the wall. Breakfast buffet was over priced and not many selections for the price. Everthing else was great.

"The view!! Spectacular!"
The staff was very polite. Room very clean. This is the perfect place to stay if you are seeing all the sites around the Space Needle. We were able to see the Space Needle from our room. Hint-ask for a room above the 2nd Floor and you can see even more. Just a block from Experience Music Project, Pacific Science Center and, of course, the Space Needle. […] We parked and left our vehicle behind for three days. The monorail can be taken from the Space Needle to the downtown area. From there it is not too far of a walk to Farmer's (Pike Place Market) and just behind that is the Seattle Aquarium. I highly suggest this Hotel for kids. The price is super reasonable especially for the location and their breakfast is delish as well. My 12 year old said it was his second best vacation ever! Hard to beat Hawaii. I suggest also buying a City Pass. Saved us a bundle! Lees meer

"Best Western - Extra Close to Space Needle"
The whole family stayed at this hotel on our vacation. The location could not be beat for proximity to the Space Needle and surrounding attractions (1 block!). With the Monorail on the same site at the Space Needle, it was a two minute ride to downtown. Once downtown, it was a quick walk to shopping, Pike's Market and the waterfront. "Our Stay"
Our stay at the hotel was excellent, only downfall I could see is not allot of close by restaurants. The breakfast bar in the hotel could have been much better and also the food for dinner for us was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it at all. The Town car service was excellent and a great added value to anyone staying at this particular hotel. If […] the hotel decides to get rid of current cook and put one in that won't smother a steak which is highly priced and actually make real mashed potatoes (as the mashed potatoes i had really were bad too boot). and in my own opinion its really hard to mess up mashed potatoes the dinner was just awful. The 2 blocks to the space needle, and emp, along with the science museum was just about 2 blocks away, and yes there is a Starbucks there too. and being that the monorail goes from the EMP to westlake mall made it very easy even with someone like my wife who is handicapped to make the trip to the waterfront in order to go to the aquarium, agosy harbor rides, and be able to enjoy pike place market. along with the shops along the water front. There is a trick since I did push my wife everywhere in a wheelchair in order to get from the underground tours back to the monorail without having to climb the big hill back to the top which I was dreading. Again the downhill was easy but getting back is a trick and its very simple. Once you leave from the Underground tour area go back to the waterfront down where the aquarium is and walk along and see what you can there the push again to waterfront is down hill but it is level from that point on. Once you are ready to leave the waterfront then just past the aquarium there is the parking garage where right above there sits pike place market and its a small incline to the elevator but once there you ride to the 7th floor which puts you on the main street of pike place market from there you just head east? i believe it was about 2 blocks and go one block to the west where you are back at we Lees meer

"It was OK"
It is what it is, nothing special. There was no blanket on the bed, only sheets and the room smelled of cleaning chemicals. Nice short walk to the space needle though.

We were told we were gonna have conjoining rooms and we didnt get them. We were also told we would have a space needle view. Also didn't get one. The guy on the phone told us there was a free breakfast and there wasn't. I did not like that the published rate was $82 - NOT including parking, felt a bit "played" by that. The beds were quite comfortable except for the fact they had a slip of a bedspread - more like a table runner at the foot of the bed. Restaurant was good, people were friendly. I would stay again.
Rooms are spacious, clean. Location is right next to the space needle and monorail, so you can have easy access to the downtown area. The light rail station is closely adjacent to the monorail Westlake Mall station, so you can connect easily and cheaply to the airport.
Nice size room. Elevators a bit slow. Sink faucet was temperamental. Good value for money.

The hotel needs updating on the exterior but was nicely decorated and clean inside. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location is great but the area being close to downtown wasn't the best at night. Pool was nice but too cold to really enjoy it so we would not recommend for small children.
"In the Needle's Shadow"
Great location near the Space Needle, plus The Funhouse nearby is a fantastic venue for local music with great acts passing through regularly. The staff was super friendly (hey, it's Seattle man) and the room was both spacious and affordable. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a no frills stop in the Emerald City.

It was great. Two blocks from the Seattle Needle and Monorail. We got lost driving in to Seattle. We called the Best Western and Chris answered the phone. I'm so glad an employee that knows the city and all the streets was able to talk me right up to your driveway. So many young people don't know directions. "Close to downtown"
Good value and close to downtown. Short walk to the Spaceneedle.Restaurant on site and the staff is very friendly and helpful
"Improved over last stay"
We stayed at this hotel bout 18 months ago and was adequate. This visit was much improved. Very close to the events we were in town for, and hotel has upgraded the rooms to be much more modern. The staff is very helpful and professional and the area seems to be in the midst of an urban renewal. Bonus is on site parking, small fee but worth it.

"This Best Western was the worst"
I've stayed at a lot of them. I really like the one in Salem called the Mill Creek Inn. I stay at Best Western because you tend to know what you are getting. This one was terrible. Dirty towels left in our room. Noise from the street and the party up and down stairs. Windows were so drafty, you could here people talking from the street at 2:30 from […] the 4th floor. The heater didn't work. The thermostat on 70 ran the temp in the room to about 85. We'd have to shut it off and then the room was so drafty, we'd freeze in 10 minutes. The beds were like slabs of rock and the pillows were 12 inches high and was like laying your head on cement. This place was terrible. The staff was great. I will say they were very nice. The room was terrible and the hotel just seemed run down. I paid more for this room than I did at any others and ALL the others were far better. I wouldn't recommend this unless you are desperate. We were very pleased with our stay at the Best Western Plus Exec. Inn. It was nice having a microwave and frig which we used. There are no freebies such as parking or breakfast, but the view was spectacular.

Pretty much the only thing this hotel has going for it is location. It is really close to nice restaurants, the Seattle Center, Key Arena, EMP, and a host of other play areas. At around 3:45 am we wakeup to a big bang and then the loud noice of talking and screaming began. Then the sex act started and we could hear almost everything. Other than that everything was OK.

The only down side is there are no restaurants close by. There is a McDonalds and food court by the Space Needle within walking distance, maybe 20. The location is great near the Space Needle and Unirail. The staff is outstanding and compassionate. I had food poisening and had to check out late. Decent hotel. Old but clean. One block from Space Needle. Hotel charges parking but we were able to leave car in hotel parking lot, see all the sights and not pay for parking everywhere.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise departure and one night after our cruise docked in Seattle. We arrived at the hotel early on both days and left late on our final night. The staff happily stowed our suitcases and had a good system to insure we got our bags back. While the hotel really needs an update to it's exterior, […] it's hard to find anything wrong with this hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was basic but very clean and comfortable and our room had an amazing view of the Space Needle. The only problem was the cost for breakfast at the hotel but there are several places for breakfast at or near the hotel. They have a deal with car service so it's always available to take you into Pioneer Square or Pike's Place Market to tour or for dinner. I recommend Cutter's at Pike's Place Market for dinner and they have a free shuttle to take you back to your hotel. The bus stop is close to the hotel and Seattle transit will take you where you want to go. I highly recommend this hotel. Lees meer
"Great location, good value"
This hotel is just a couple of blocks from the Space Needle which worked out great for us. From there you can catch the monorail downtown. The rooms were huge & came equipped with a mini-fridge & microwave, mine had a great view of the Needle.
