Breezes Resort Bahamas All Inclusive in Nassau (en omgeving)

If you are expecting luxury this is not the place. The food was gross cafeteria style. Breakfast was the best meal and they would frequently run out of things. I arrived and was checked in about as far from the room as possible and had to drag my luggage what felt like a mile to the correct tower. I was also slapped with a $35 resort fee that, from everything I could tell, offered me absolutely zero. The rooms were mediocre at best. A little dingy. Food is too expensive. Had a great time, great staff, friendly... good food, tons of food. Not a crazy party place but had a relaxing, wonderful stay.

The worse thing was the room 1st floor - leaking toilet, rusty, dirty old floor safe had to get lock from front desk, closet doors would not stay shut, smell of smoke even though told non-smoking room rest of floor was smoking??? and musty smell, too much noise from kitchen staff prep in the morning BUT got moved to top floor (8th) late next day after […] the check-outs this was much better. Everything else was great from the: Super friendly, helpful staff - that I have ever met on any trip we have taken. Positive, relaxed, and happy environment. Food - lots and great selection and available all the time , entertainment with dance floor did not have to leave the hotel everything was well laid out for convenience. Pool Bar - Good food could expand menu - say a chicken wrap! Pool - Could use better cleaning looked dirty especially at night by the water fall otherwise large with swim up bar. Cable beach - had clear green spots to swim in and water warm. Cabbage Beach on PI is the best!! though for swimming. Lots of free water sports paddle boats, kayaking, etc. Also for $$ Johnson's Water Sports see "Nardo" he is located on the side of the beach offers Jet Skiing - this was fun!! Free safe - to place items in - electronic on 8th floor. Bus stop - just outside to go into Nassau #10 pay when you get off exact change needed, then ferry ride to PI (Paradise Island). Clean towels - in room and for pool/beach - free no money/cards needed, lots of daily activities win tokens for free prizes and can trade in daily, is really ALL inclusive and no one looking for tips or tip jars everywhere, service was great, fast and the same for all. Housekeeping refilled and cleaned everything -Everyday. Free shuttle - to and from the airport, no surprise charges when checking out. If they can get their rooms upgraded this is a great place to go and I would go again and I'm not one to go anywhere twice. Lees meer

Upon arrival we had to wait about an hour to check into our room even though it was 3:00 p.m. The front desk was very apologetic. However after that everything was great. Everyone in the Bahamas is so polite. They will do anything to please you. The only complaint we had was that the 2 double beds were very narrow and a bit uncomfortable by the end […] of our 2 weeks. We enjoyed the pool, the food was great. The entertainment was always a bit too late for us but what we saw, we really enjoyed. Taking the bus downtown was easy and we always felt safe. This resort is good for young customers who like to drink all day and all night long. it is free with cheap liquor. the buffet food is good but the restaurant food is less than 2 star. The location is great for water sport activities because it is right off the large swimming pool. it was too bad that we did not have a chance to try any of the water […] activities (red flag: close) the main reason for me to book this resort is to ba able to use the water sport. we are dissapointed. at least the staffs are wonderful. The rooms, hallways, night club, and other areas have a strong odor if mildew/mold. The smell is so strong that it made it difficult to hang out at the hotel, and sleep at night. There are are also other gross problems like dirty public restrooms, old mattresses, stains on the towels, stains on the linens, and rust all over all metal in the room - including […] the lamp shades. I felt terrible staying in such a dirty place, and could not wait to leave. The hotel is also very noisy due to the tile guest hallways (echos the sound), and rusty doors. I was woken up every night and morning from rusty doors opening, and doors slamming. There are other less expensive options in the area. I recommend staying at a nicer place even if you have to buy your own food, drinks, and entertainment. It is worth a little extra money to feel comfortable on vacation. Not what I expected at all. All inclusive indeed but not the romantic getaway sold to us. Food: Breakfast offerings was fine but lunch & dinner was horrible. Soggy food, food covered in sauces. Both Restaurant were as bad as each other - cold, tasteless food. Had to eat out for a nice meal. Watersports: Went to waterski but the boots were too big as […] they only had one pair which were men sizes. No boots for small female feet. Went to windsurf instead & had no sail for the board. Pool was dirty & rediculous amount of seagulls swarming the pool. i read most of the review before making the reservation, now i want to give my experience. The clerk at the front desk 'Denise' was marvelous, she tried real hard to accomodate us. The food was okay. My problem was with the house-keeping dept, low supplies on supplies. We had to keep calling for washcloth everytime we took showers, the house keepers […] clean your room, however had to return later with 'things' that had not arrive at the hotel. i got a bit annoyed. My floor was a bit noisy; slamming of doors and screaming. i justified the behavior assuming they were from the wedding. not a bad hotel, however major improvement is needed in the house keeping dept. We have stayed at other inclusives before with the Super Clubs and were very surprised that this did not match up to others. THe rooms are very uncomfortable. THe beds are very cheap mattresses. we never had towels in our room. always had to go ask the maids and even then it would take a long time to get. THe food was pretty bad. Almost like a poorly […] run cafeteria. THe beach and outdoors was great. would not return back or recommend. you can find ten times better for the price. Lees meer

This was a last minute trip and we were delighted with this little hide-away. Good food and a nice variety. Entertainment was so-so but the beach activities and water activities that were all included were incredible! Very relaxing time for us and recommended to all.

My husband and I stayed at Breezes for our honeymoon. We LOVED it! The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Charles & Keno from Pastafari were awesome! So friendly and they always made the BEST drinks! The breakfast buffet in the main dining room was amazing! They offered anything and everything you could possibly want. The fresh omelettes […] were great! The pool grill was great too. I highly recommend trying the conch fritters and jerk chicken..yum!! We also loved the pina colada machine near the bar. The rooms were always clean and we were given fresh, clean towels every day. Our view was amazing..room 735. Also, the free watersports were so much fun! Paddleboats, kayaks and sailing. We bought goggles and snorkles and snorkled right on the beach..saw some starfish, crabs, angelfish and even a sting ray! I highly recommend Breezes!! We WILL be going back! Lees meer

All inclusiveen kuuluva italialainen Martino's ravintola oli hyvä/ok - sinne pitää tehdä varaus aina 24 h etukäteen; hankala järjestelmä. Hotellet ligger några kilometer från Nassau och de gör ingenting för själva Nassau är inget att se. Stranden som hotellet ligger på är bra och det är gott om utrymme. Matmässigt är det ok för att vara all inclusive och bokar man de a la cart restauranger som ingår så är det riktigt bra. Skönt också att barn under 14 år inte är tillåtna.

Lage schön mit Pool und Jacuzzi, schönem Strand. Wohl ein Partyhotel - hatten wir gehofft, aber nicht beachtet, dass wir in der Nebensaison (Nov) eher auf Amerikaner mittleren und höheren Alters und "behäbigen Typs" treffen würden.
