Hotel is looking dated and needs a re vamp.Tv was faulty as the green grass in some films ended up Blue...Beer at £4.00 was to much for the hotel.Travellodge is much better for less money.

hotel staff were friendsly and polite and helpful. rooms were comfortable and so wa the bed. Everyhting clean. Food very good. Parking is under the hotel and lots of places. Just be aware that the hotel takes coach tours.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel was let down by the high prices in the bar and restaurant. I was charged over £15.00 for 2 drinks! The cost of the wifi was also expensive.

Thought it was a pretty average hotel, great location though! The beds were very uncomfortable and would put me off staying again.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help with an issue which was really not their problem.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Had an enjoyable stay and the only disappointing thing was the cost of the WiFi.. They wanted £15 per day... Totally unrealistic. A great location too ... 5 minute walk into the heart of town, with some local restaurants close at hand.

Stayed at the Harrogate Holiday Inn for 2 nights and could not fault the service by the staff. They were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay a comfortable one. The general hotel areas are a little tired but the rooms are very clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend if you need to stay in Harrogate.

Staff on reception and bar very pleasant, paintwork in room a bit tired and also stains on fabric. But all in all it was clean and a pleasant stay.

Clean. Quiet. Dinner poor. jhad to obtain access to gym daily - stand in a long queue (desk service was very slow- inadequately staffed.)

Room was very dated,. Shower/bath not in great working condition.Did not have facilities one would expect for a 'business style hotel' particular one used for conferences. Other than that, staff were friendly although there was confusion regarding inclusive breakfasts.

The Holiday Inn Harrogate could not be more conveniently located for Trade Fair or Conference visitors. There are some annoying issues with the car-parking, underground & under-whelming. This is a fairly minor & easy problem that needs to be addressed - someone play the hapless visitor & the answers are obvious! Breakfast is a bit of a lottery when […] its busy..The manager tries very hard but there's a fundamental problem when a geriatric coach-load & a horde of exhibitors hit that area at the same time.. A little management of breakfast sessions & it goes away! Within walking distance of Harrogate town center, plenty of lovely restaurants close by. Just up the street from the wonderful royal baths. The hotel itself was clean and modern. They could have had another staff member on the front desk, but having said that the receptionist was very efficient when it got to your turn in the que. we stayed for two […] nights the first night I was very cold and didn't sleep well on the very hard beds! The second night I requested a blanket which helped enormously, but I do think the blankets should have been available in the room without having to request it. Breakfast was poor on the first morning, it's a buffet and the eggs were hard as was the bacon, the sausages were under cooked and the black pudding was dry and crispy! And the pastrys were not replenished. The second morning though was a different story, everything was fresh and quickly refilled the chef made several trips from the kitchen to ask if everything was ok and if anyone needed anything, a very nice young man. The underground car park was safe and secure and at a reduced rate for hotel customers, very reasonable and you were able to come and go when and as many times as you liked using the car park ticket which the hotel verifies. When I went to see a man about a dog it was too far away for an up and down on the same day so we stayed over at the Holiday Inn in Harrogate. Clean modern hotel, great breakfast, Hotel was smart and parking was easy. Internet connection was a rip off so I just used my phone as an access point. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and as we were on the 11th floor we had a great view over the church and Harrogate itself. Hotel generally good standard and comfortable. Some signs of age (wear) in the room, but not a big problem. Staff very helpful, particularly welcoming at reception. Convenient car parking, which does not always appear to be the case at other Harrogate hotels.

For the amount of money paid for 2 nights would expect higher standard. The lifts were slow and frustrating with the secuity key.

Nesten vegg i vegg med HHEB, så vi kunne bare gå ned trappene og inn døren. Veldig fornøyd med alt fra service til hotell!
