Zodra je buiten de deur staat voel je de stad waar de Parijse aars zelf leven. Heerlijk devterrasjes en wette tjes waar ze zelf en niet primair de toeristen n in et 9de arr.

In een smal straatje tegenover parkeergarage voor ruim 30,= per 24 uur. Net om de hoek een leuk pleintje met diverse horeca, metro Saint Georges op 3 minuten lopen. Niet slecht voor (nagenoeg) centrum Parijs!

Very nice environment with excellent french restaurant literally next door. Metro is close and even for an extended walk the environment is beautiful and has a typical Parisian touch. Size of room was fine, bathroom was clean but would need a slight polishing. All in all very recommendable if one is interested is more intimate Paris.

Location was quiet and convenient. But...The room was too small and the lights were too dim. The shower was also too small - I couldn't turn around without hitting the walls. The toilet smelled with no vent. Wifi was at extra charge.

We had a great stay at Le Trois Poussins Hotel. Patrick at the front desk was very friendly and even helped me make restaurant reservations as my French is not very good. Our room was clean and spacious, although it was on the top floor which meant we had to duck to get to the bathroom due to the slant in the ceiling, but that wasn't a big deal for […] us. It is in a great location with cafes and bakeries just around the corner for breakfast and it is also walkable to Moulin Rouge & Sacre Coeur. This hotel is a good budget choice. Lees meer

Literally have nothing bad to say about the place. Great value for money, very centrally located. Bed was so comfortable, difficult to get out of it in the morning. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

beautifully friendly, homely and quiet hotel. friendly staff ...and cat ...little Tinkerbell warm and comfortable great value for money negatives ... just 2, no kettle /tea making equipment in your room , and only 2 english channels on the tv- both news , but we are there to tour and relax , so only minor issues , and certainly won t stop us staying […] there again .......... looking forward to our return thanks for EVERYTHING Lees meer

The hotel was great! Only thing I can complain about is a very hard bed and that there was no free wifi on the room.

Nice small hotel with the essential services for a comfortable stay. Well presented and clean in a quiet oasis in the Opera district of Paris. Lots of restaurants and cafe's in the neighbourhood.

The hotel is nice, the bedroom is confortable and the staff very hepful. The breakfast is also very good. The only way for improvement is the lack of equipment for the small kitchen (glass, spoons, etc.). I definitively recommand this hotel.

Great location, clean room, friendly staff. The room itself was rather small but I heard that is to be expected for Paris. We had an executive room, so if you go any with anything less you will be living out of your suit case. Not worth while to have breakfast in the hotel. It is a room with no windows and the price was rather steep....great cafe's […] and restaurants all around the area to enjoy. Make sure you bring a GPS-Garmin to help out with directions, otherwise you may find yourself walking in circles like we did a few times. Lees meer

We had a week's stay, and the hotel exceeded our expectations, given that it was in a converted 19th century building. Our room was relatively spacious, our bathroom was larger than a wardrobe, there was a lift, the breakfast was value for money, the staff were uniformly polite and helpful and, a bonus, all spoke adequate English. We're elderly and […] found it a great area, only a 2min walk from a Metro stop, and 100m from a main shopping area with lots of WONDERFUL food shops, among other things. Many cafes within a 15min walk radius. There were some minor quibbles, but if we'd wanted homogenised, bland and predictable we'd have gone to one of the international chains. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Very cute and comfortable place. We took advantage of the little patio in the back of the hotel and spent some late afternoons there reading and drinking wine. A nice way to relax after a day of walking around a beautiful city.

Hotel was iin decent location. Lots of cafes and stuff in area. Probably would stay closer to main attractions next time, Staff were friendly . Hard to be compare when never stayed in Paris before. Buildings are all so old, hate to be too picky.

An excellent hotel, highly recommended. The hotel was very clean and comfortable,with good service, the buffet breakfast was good value. We stayed for seven nights and found it to be an ideal base to explore the city. We have stayed at Les Trois Poussins before (three years ago) and had found it clean, comfortable and convenient. So we booked again for one night when we were passing through Paris on our way to Toulouse. I then read reviews on Trip Advisor which suggested that it was not as good as it had been previously - a cat in the reception area was mentioned. We spent three nights here in July 2011. It wasn't terrible, but I couldn't quite recommend it to others and I wouldn't stay there again. If we were in our 20's, it would be fine; Since we're in our 50's, it's just a tad too dingy for what we like. The location is pretty good (maybe 8-10 blocks down from the Moulin Rouge) and they have a very nice […] cat that sleeps in the lobby, both plusses. A couple of the staff were very nice; a couple weren't. Our main complaint was the shower was pretty bad. It really needed redoing, or at least a lot of Tilex. We didn't have the breakfast, but we did bring coffee up to our room. They charged us for each trip -- something I found rather annoying since I tried to ask and the breakfast attendant didn't speak English well enough to understand the question. The place fell pretty far short of the pictures here on the site. You kind of expect that, but this place more so than usual. There are a lot of cafes, bistros and restaurants nearby, which is nice. We ate at the restaurant (23 or 21 Clauzel) a few doors down and it was very good. Good food, good presentation and good service. It's a shame this place is a little too run down, because it has great potential. If they would spend a little money and refurbish it, it could really be something. I feel a little bad downgrading it because it had a few nice staff members and I really like the cat, but I just can't in good conscience give it the "thumbs up". It would put quite a damper on a Romantic Getaway. My overall impression is if you're young and carefree, this probably is a pretty good deal in a pretty good area for you. If you're a little older and/or looking for a nicer place, I'd go elsewhere. I know I will on my next trip to Paris. Lees meer

Les Trois Poussins is situated just a couple of blocks from the Saint-Georges stop on the number 12 Metro line. It's a nice place that is in an interesting neighborhood. Lots of artists used to live around here. Why do these nicer hotels have to nickel and dime us on the wi-fi when even cheap motels don't do it. The hotel is very close to the St George metro station and you can easily walk to Gallerie LaFayette, the Opera House and even the Louvre, if you want to stretch your legs a bit more. I was travelling on my own and found the hotel staff very helpful with advice. There are several restaurants nearby which made it very easy for me to go out in the evening […] and miss the hustle and bustle of the very centre of the city. The room was quite small, although it was enough for one. The bathroom was adequate but, unfortunately, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There was air conditioning, which was a bonus. I didn't try the breakfast room facilities so cannot comment on those. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this to anyone and would certainly consider going there again with my husband, although I would hope to get a larger room for two of us. For the price and its proximity to the metro I think it is unbelievable value for money. Just remember to buy your Paris Visite Travel Card before you go. Lees meer

The location was lovely and there was indeed an adorable cat in the lobby. The room was positively minuscule and poorly arranged into the bargain. Service was very efficient and crisp but lacked just the tiniest bit of warmth which would have made it lovely. Immaculately clean; quiet with double pane glass. Hotel staff friendly but won't go out of their way to help--just the basics. I asked for alternate ways to get to CDG because the RER was on strike, and the woman gritted her teeth and looked at the Metro map--didn't really want to figure it out. I found the hotel to be a little too far north of most places I wanted to visit. I would stay in the Opera area next time I visit Paris as it's a bit more central and I prefer to walk than catch trains all the time. The surrounding shops are great though, fantastic food. The staff at the hotel were polite, helpful and friendly, I didn't encounter any […] Parisian attitude from them, there were a few language difficulties at times though. The room was small, but very clean and was remodeled tastefully. It's on a quiet street and has double -paned windows. The streets nearby are filled with bakeries, cheese shops, fruit stands, cafes,banks, post office, chocolate shops. The metro has two stops close by. Very comfortable, exactly as described would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it. The only negative point was that the breakfast was a bit expensive for what it is.

I read all the comments about what a great neighborhood was around the hotel so I was surprised when we found ourselves surrounded by burlesque theaters (including the famous Moulin Rouge) and sex novelty shops only a few blocks away. I prefer to shop for cheese instead so it was a relief to find loads of small shops in the other direction. We found […] the hotel to be quiet and clean; there's a resident cat, who's very friendly - tho I wondered what guests with allergies would think. Our room had a fridge and microwave but no utensils and no corkscrew. Those things are available if you ask at reception. We stayed at this hotel for the weekend. The hotel is conveniently located. It is only 5 minutes walk from Pigalle high street and Pigalle Metro and bus stop. We used the hotel as base to go around paris and with the metro this proved very easy. The neighborhood has got nice restaurants and boulangeries but if you want to go for a nice walk I would […] suggest to go somewhere more central. The area feels reasonably safe with usual common sense precautions. The hotel is very clean, our room was quite big, with a kitchenette. Despite our window overlooked the main street, this was never noisy at night. The staff is very kind and helpful. We preferred to have breakfast in the village, to try different boulangeries. Hotel location is great just between teh Opera House and Moulin Rouge, (10 minutos walking to one of them) and very close to Sacre Coeur. The hotel has small rooms but newly fornitures and the staff is very friendly.

I'd done a lot of research on this hotel and really expected my stay to be just fine. In the end it was ok, but it got off to a really rough start. I was given the smallest room in the hotel, which included a single bed. When I inquired about this I was told that the special instructions which came from Hotels.com said Double bed, but that it's not […] guaranteed. After showing the hotel my confirmation which stated double bed - and even showing them that the website still offered such an option - they said I could have a double bed but I'd have to pay extra for it. I held my ground and was given a room with a double bed. However the room was a pit, there was a bug in the bathroom and the wireless internet, which I'd already paid for while I was waiting seven hours for check-in time to arrive, didn't work in that room. I accepted their single room so I could do the work I needed to do as well as use the web to look for things to keep me out in Paris instead of in my tiny Parisian room. The common areas of the hotel have been redone and are lovely. I'm under the impression that many of the rooms have also been renovated. However, neither of the rooms that I were offered appeared to have been redone. Upon my check out I learned that there are plans to demolish the room I was in and merge it with a neighboring room. I think this a wise move. Despite the smallness of my room it wound up being ok because I had access to a terrace which allowed me to greet the Paris mornings. The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the Metro and for those that like to walk it's also quite well situated. Just far enough to keep you on your toes. Very small rooms - which is to be expected from a European boutique type hotel. However the shower was impossibly small - and the shower curtain kept blowing onto you as you showered. Loved the neighborhood. Rose Bakery wonderful for breakfast - and LOVE Fuxia (Italian) for dinner.

Almost perfect. A bit of a squeeze in the bathroom, but that is a minor quibble. Not 5 star, but has character and charm. Neighbourhod is great, close to Pigalle but not too close.
