Jammer dat er voor diverse extra attracties ook weer extra betaald moest worden. Veel bewaking bij het zwembad. Hebben genoten. In de kamers verder alleen magnetron en koelkast in het keukenblokje. Geen serviesgoed o.i.d.

Rustige locatie, niet te ver van Disney, Legoland ed. maar wel ver genoeg om veel rust en ruimte voor je geld te krijgen. Er moet nog wel een bedrag betaald worden voor eind-schoonmaak en de mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van het zwembad, fitness ed.

My boyfriend and I left NYC in the madness of Hurricane Sandy and decided to take a weekend trip to Orlando to relax and have some electricity and water for the week. The Ritz was the perfect escape from it all. I thought the service in the hotel was great overall. This was a trip for my wife and I and some friends visiting us. While I found most aspects of the hotel to be very pleasant there were a few shocks. I knew there was a fee to park but $18 per day plus tax is a bit steep. $40 for a piece of steak and then a further $11 for mashed potatoes and the […] same for a salad was shocking. $7 for Jello and $4 for a snickers bar, c'mon now that's just rediculous. I never checked out the prices for the mini-bar in the in room refrigerator but I know it would have been shocking. At checkout we received a bill for room service (which we never used) for a pot of coffee delivered to the room, $16.97, call it $17.00 for coffee, really? We questioned it with the lady at checkout who got us a copy of the receipt and it was evident that the signature was not mine. On further checking it appeared that it had been misfiled as the numbers on the ticket was the same number as our room but in different order. "Good for relaxing romantic short trip"
Had a nice stay for 4 nights. Rooms are very very comfortable. Great place for a long weekiend for a romantic getaway. Service is top notch. I felt the prices in the restaurants and gift shops were way too high. "Very average experience"
Hotel itself was fine. The quality of service was very average as for such a renown brand. The restaurant was not available (very small and always fully booked). Some of our belongings disappeared by the pool as we left for a short time to have some lunch. All in all not a Ritz level experience.Gecontroleerde Hotels.com gastenbeoordeling

After a week in a Disney Resort, we decided a change of scenery would be nice. The kids loved the pool and the Ritz Kids programs.
