Days Inn & Suites KCI Airport in Kansas City

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. We used the park and fly convenience, and the shuttle was very prompt.

Very good, basic accommodation with a good location convenient to the airport and a friendly staff. Throw in a nice little continental breakfast and it's a good deal for the price.

This hotel is a joke! It is smashed between two large hotels, so it's easy to miss with very few parking spaces. It is 15mins from the airport, but the "on-site" airport parking is ridiculous. You must call the hotel when you reserve, to pre-pay for this parking. This is not on the website, so you need to be psychic. ~Also, the clerk was directing us, […] to park anywhere you could fit, including the narrow driveway, in the FIRE LANE, in a Very unsafe manner. I literally, almost hit a Jeep pulling in. The driver was as leery as I, about leaving his Jeep in harms way. We were instructed by the clerk, to either park behind said Jeep, or trespass on the next door hotel's lot and pray they didn't tow our car away.~ *Once checked in, we attempted to use the luggage cart and the elevator. This was a whole new level of nuts. The elevator wouldn't return to the first floor. The clerk walked up the stairs to send it down, and it wasn't even powered up? I'm not sure how that works, but we loaded in. Once the doors closed, we rose up to the third floor and then the doors wouldn't open... Don't ask how we got that resolved.~ *Then to NO surprise, the key cards wouldn't work in the door. Needless to say, I WALKED down the stairs to avoid the Twilight Zone elevator. This place is a short distance away from Fisherman's Wharf without all the hubbub and noise. Clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that there were no stairs to take pressure off the over worked elevators.

The motel met our needs, clean room, office and breakfast area. Kids also enjoyed the pool!!

Good for your quick overnight stay.

We needed a motel for one night near KCI. Didn't need to be fancy. I did some checking on line and found this one. It was in the area we wanted. We had an early flight out at the Kansas City airport. Our sister recommended this hotel because of the location. Our room was adequate. The girl who checked us in was extremely nice and friendly. She set up the shuttle time and wake up calls for us. We will probably stay there again the next time we are flying in or out of Kansas City airport.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

There is almost no parking here. And then they sell the spots to others. Crazy stupid. Would not use again.

This was a good hotel the desk clerk was very friendly and everything was clean. Would stay here every time we go to the city!

We were at Days Inn for a kids sporting event. We stayed one night with no problems. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I was worried about the airplanes keeping me awake. Couldn't even hear them. Great place

The Days Inn was a good value....Very convenient in proximity to the airport. Our beds were very comfortable.Very courteous staff who promptly shuttled me to the airport. you get what you pay for. had stayed in this hotel before and was a nice find, conditions have declined and it offers the bare minimum-1 soap, 1 kleenex (literally before box was empty), stained washcloth, dim lighting, etc.

My family was satisfied with our overnight stay at Days Inn and the convenience with leaving our car parked in the lot while we were away. My only comment would be the lack of friendliness of the person who greeted us the evening of our arrival and who picked us up at the airport upon our returen (same person) Friendliness and courtesy should be paramount […] in employee training. The pool had a closed for maintenance sign posted by the Kansas City Health Deptartment, but the manager told us just to ignore it. Breakfast was poor. The waffle iron should have had a sign from the health deptartment on it.

The hotel stay was great and close to the airport. The room was cleaned and this is my second time staying in this hotel and I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a great place to stop and sleep if you have a super early (or late) flight out of KC. Not a 5 start hotel to begin with, but met our needs, was clean, and staff were courteous. Will stay there again, I'm sure.

Loved the convenience to the airport, however when the staff was taking someone to the airport there was no one available at the desk to help with check-in or out. Room was very adequate but nothing fancy.

This is, by far, the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I arrived late at night and was checking out early the next morning so I only needed a place to sleep for about 6 hours. The room was so dirtly and in such dis-repair that I slept in my clothes and refused to open my suitcase. Do not stay here, it is awful!

Very nice for the price and the breakfast was alot better than many of the ones I've stayed in for this price. Thanks.

I found the room that I stayed in to be comfortable and relatively clean. However, the employees were not friendly at all! They came across very rude and seemed irritated that they had to help customers. I would never stay in this hotel again because the people who work there obviously don't want customers!

Very frendly personnel, everything went smoothly and the stay was very enjoyable.

Great place to stay and be near the airport. A free shuttle bus takes you to and from the concourse. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is a good selection. Coffee is tasty and real. Staff are friendly. We've used this place twice now.

The hotel was pretty good, but when we arrived they had accidentally given our room to someone else who they thought was me. I couldn't figure out how that happened, so in the end they had to give us a room with only one bed and a roll-away bed. My room smelled of smoke so bad it made me sick and I was worried my clothes would stink! I won't ever stay here again.

The room was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. The price was very good and the location was minutes from the airport.

Hotel was old but up dated and clean. The front desk was no where to be found at 8:00 on Sat morning when we were ready to leave, the free breakfast was pretty much gone at 8:00 am on Sat also. other than that close to shopping and airport, price was right.

The hotel was an older hotel, but was in decent condition. No real complaints. The price and location met my travel needs this time.
