HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. STAFF WAS NOT AS FRIENDLY AS WOULD HAVE LIKED, BUT IN ALL AN OK STAY.

This hotel is well maintained but beware you have to have your roon card key to get onto the elevator each time from the lobby. that is a real inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was your standard fare but tasty. My biggest complain was my roon didn't get clean over a three night stay. It should have been clean on two different days. One day I accidently […] left my do-not- disturb sign out, but would have been nice to just ask; the second time they just did't do it. Bed was comfortable; loved the bed pillows. Would have been nice to have had some additional bed cloverings as I like a cold room and warm covers. The wireless service is free but would never work with my Enterprise Security so I could get into my corporate email account. That was perhaps my biggest complaint was the strength and consistency of the sign as anyone knows OUTLOOK doesn't respond well with a fluctuating signal. All in all the location was perfect for my work there; clean and comfortable. It was also the best price in that area, so I would go again. Lees meer

We stayed in 4 hotels over the course of our TX vacation and this was the best for the price!

The bed felt like it was going to split in two and was extremely uncomfortable. I stayed a couple of nights and the trash was not emptied the eniter time nor were the toiletries restocked.

My overall experience at the hotel was great, It was a good location, it was nice and modern, service was fast and easy. Only thing that I have to speak up about is the cleanliness of my bathroom and the safe in my room that didn't work. The bathroom was fine except for the shower head and the shower curtain. The shower head looked like it was covered […] in hard water or lime stains, and the shower curtain was just the cloth that looked like it was covered in stains. Very good hotel. The only complain is the quality of the pillows, terrible. all of them. Excellent option of the complimentary breakfast and free internet.

This hotel was very nice externally clean and located near everything you would need I definitely! recommend this hotel.

WELL I HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS, FIRST ROOM SMELLED LIKE A PIPE THEN IN THE NEW ROOM, THE SINK BROKE I TRIED CALLING FRONT DESK AROUND 1;30 AM NO ONE EVER ANSWERED CALLED THE NEST DAY TO HAVE A WAKE CALL NEVER RECEIVED ONE

Stayed one night. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Security is good - you must have a room key to access elevators. One downside was the breakfast buffet. The continental part was good but the hot food left a lot to be desired. Additionally, front desk said breakfast was till 10am on Saturday and they closed it at 9am. This hotel was nice & clean. I would recommend and stay again. Also breakfast had BACON!!! A lot of other hotels don't even offer meat on their breakfast menu so that was a +!

The hotel room was great but had a funny smell when you first walked into the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and breakfast were a perk. The only thing I didn't like ....the obnoxious noise the toilet makes when you flush. It was almost scary!

The location was great, the hotel service excellent and the beds, so comfortable and cozy. Congratulations on a job well done.

I really enjoyed the hotel stay the room above me had kids running and playing which was noisy. I advised the hotel attendant and she was very nice. She did offer another room if the noise did not stop. The room was very nice and the breakfast was delicious. I would certainly stay their again, would probably request first or third floor.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Only surprise was that there was no maid service on Thanksgiving Day! No prior notice. Continental breakfast was prettty good; standard fare with some bacon/sausage and eggs. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Parking lot well lit. Convenient to Willowbrook Mall area.

pillows were too high and not comfortable

They need to create a smoking area for their patrons. There was about 8 guys standing outside the entrance of the hotel almost nonstop smoking. Everytime you walked in and out that is all you could breathe and smell which is pretty nasty!!

We had a good stay at this hotel in Houston. It is a great deal for the price. The indoor pool and whirlpool were amazing! The bed was very lumpy and too soft, it didn't support our backs much at all. The breakfast was okay, except for the microwaved eggs, sausage and bacon. This hotel had decent reviews from other Hotels.com users, which is why I chose it over another hotel closer to the event I was attending. I've traveled frequently this year and stayed in at least 4 other hotels in the last 2 months. Compared to other places I've stayed with similar star ratings this one left me very disappointed. There was mold on […] the shower curtain and the air conditioning unit. The door to my room had chunks of wood missing near the lock as though someone had attempted to break into it. The room description indicated that "all rooms included" a jetted tub. This was not true. Also, I reserved a room with a king bed and got a room with a queen. It was raining the day I checked in and the first room that I was given the roof leaks and it was raining on the bed. The clerk gave me another room and that room bathroom wasn't clean and a couple of the the towels were dirty. That's not the norm for the Wingate by Wyndham. Stayed just 1 night, didn't have high expectation, and as expected things were average, however one thing bothered us was the smell, as soon you entered the hotel you get a smell, may be there is not enough air circulation or not enough movement of the people, that gave us real odd feeling.

stayed two nights.breakfast is good,rooms are clean and comfortable.close to mall and places to eat.stayed here three times and the hot tub never worked right,pool temperature was warmer than the hot tub which both are inside.over all i would stay again.use hotel.com to get a great rate.

Like the place but definitively not close to the airport..

Hotel was a good price and was close to our event. Pool was closed, room was ok but bathroom was dirty, tub was moldy.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Except for the broken entrence it was wonderful.

This was my first time with wingate and I chose the hotel because of the pricing. I definitely got my money's worth. They had a full breakfast and security was awesome. The beds and room was clean. I will continue to use then as many as times as I can.

This is a wonderful hotel. I loved the friendly staff. They were very helpful. The room was great! It was large and very comfortable.

Excellent hotel for a great price. Beds extremely comfortable, spacious rooms, nice amenities, friendly staff. Definitely would stay there again!!

my wife and i have stayed at the wingate at wyndham in houston to visit family and would stay again .

The hotels was clean and service was great. The only thing I did not like was the hot tub closing at 10pm. I would have love to take a dip around 12am to relax

Hotel, was located in a great area, secure, friendly, CLEAN. Continental breakfast included in the price, was more than what was expected. The only issue noticed, a Heavy Walker in the room above, throughout the night. Otherwise, Very nice.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and exceptional breakfast. Better than expected.
