Clean, comfortable, convenient, reasonably priced and near key local restaurants and businesses.

During our absence, room was entered and baggage touched/moved. Requested a quiet room. Was assigned one next to the elevator with noisy clientele passing by during the night. Carpet spotted/soiled, wall corners dirty. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was very clean and easily accessible. Autumn, the front desk clerk was extremely kind and helpful. She is a true star. You need more employees like her. We had a very pleasant stay.

Kids yelling in the halls. A woman crying so loud she woke up the whole floor. The internet was not easy to connect to. When I left I was not a happy person. I had a 10 hour drive that day and I was so tired from all the junk going on the night before. We had an extremely nice and relaxing stay. The staff was courteous, professional. We enjoiyed the indoor pool. The hot breakafst the next morning was very good. We will definately return. It was quiet and this was exactly what my wife was hoping for, Thanks

HAD A VERY NICE, BUT QUICK STAY ON A BUSY FRIDAY NIGHT. HOTEL WAS VERY WELL KEPT. WE HAD A KING BUSINESS SUITE, MINI KITCHEN, 2 TVS, SEPERATE SITTING AREA WITH DESK, SOFA AND COFFEE TABLE. GREAT BED WITH NICE LINENS, POOL AND WORKOUT ROOMS WERE CLOSED (LATE CHECK IN FOR US) BUT LOOKED VERY NICE. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. I had a king suite. The TV area was extremely small; it wouldn't even adequately accommodate the desk/chair, sofa and coffee table. Perhaps it was 10'x10' but that would be generous. The thermostat was on a side wall - making it difficult to view and determine the actual setting. When I turned on the heat (the a/c had been running), the unit smelled […] as if it were burning. After a few minutes, the burning smell dissipated so I assume it was dust in/on the unit. The floor in the main hallway felt as if it were about to fall through - even though the hotel didn't appear to be old enough to have major structural issues such as that. On a positive note, the front desk employee was extremely cheerful and outgoing. He was very informative and provided many details on the hotel's services (breakfast, vending, etc) during the check-in process. Lees meer

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again next year. The staff was superb!!!!!!

The hotel is clean and comfortable. However, the Living/Office area is a bit small with the desk, sofa and TV in about a 10X10 area. There is a small kitchen area w/sink, microwave and frig, but there are no utensils, dishes or cookware. What's the point of offering a kitchen without any of these? I had a nice stay at this hotel. Definitely better than what I expected!

The staff was friendly. Although the hotel was not brand new the rooms were nice and clean and roomy. The location was excellent for our activities, close enough to the interstate but not heavy traffic at the entrance of the hotel. My family loved the complimentary breakfast. If you don't like the heat like me the AC in the room was nice and cold.

I love the location down the street from the mall. the pool was kinda small and the work out area was very basic. breakfast was ok as well the usual sausage, eggs, toast, cereal , coffee. juice.but over all I would stay here again and again.

i was a little upset that i didnt get to book this room for the same rate i usually get it for, however it is the best hotel for the money, still....the breakfast is by and large the best free breakfast you could ever ask for, with more food options everyday than any hotel in the area...rooms are large, and beds are comfy....great location by the mall […] and many restaurants for dining...staff is always accomodating... Very polite and courteous staff. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was also very good. Convenient to highway and mall. Would recommend to others, and would stay there again.

I got a better rate last time I stayed here, but still a good deal for the price....the breakfast is THE BEST...i stayed in a non-smoking room on 3rd floor...the hallway smelled a little of smoke, but the room was fine...

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express next door and was just satisfied. The QUALITY INN had bigger rooms, an indoor pool...and a FAR SUPERIOR BREAKFAST...plpus it was cheaper...I wont stay anywhere else...
