Locatie is prima vwb strand, uitgaan, winkels, parkeergarages, alles op South Beach, verouderd hotel, minimaal ingericht, vies zwembad

Goede kamers. Goede badkamer, goed bed, tv goed, koelkast in keuken en leuk tafeltje om aan te zitten. Alles wat je nodig heb dus. Elke dag goed schoongemaakt. Uit het raam kon je het strand zien. Zwembad is goed en zit bijna niemand.

Kamers zijn netjes alles is ietwat ouder voornamelijk de badkamer maar is wel goed hotel en netjes en schoon. Net zwembad er ook bij. Zeker goed hotel om te blijven. Ligging is zeer goed heel centraal op Miami beach, dichtbij winkels (lincoln & washington), strand en kroegen (Ocean boulevard).

Persoon was alles behalve vriendelijk. Telkens als ik iets vroeg dat mij geld ging kosten zeiden ze dit maar al te graag. Ook naar eerlijkheid toe zijn ze niet te vertrouwen. Als ik vroeg wat de parking rondom het hotel kostte, zeiden ze mij dat dit hetzelfde was als bij hen. Later bleek dat dit de helft goedkoper zou zijn geweest. De kamer die ik had […] was allesbehalve die van de foto's van op deze website. De lakens op mijn bed waren kapot. Over stof op TV, brandalarm. De airco was precies een werkplaats naast mijn oor wat het heel moeilijk maakte om te slapen. Daar kwam dan nog eens bij dat deze eigenlijk weinig tot niets hielp tegen de warmte. De badkamervloer was gewoon afschuwelijk vuil. Ik wou daar niet met mijn blote voeten oplopen. De douche lekte ook constant. In principe had ik het moeten weten van zodra ik mijn kamer zocht. Zeer goede ligging, dicht bij miami beach en ocean drive. Is zeker een aanrader als het enkel voor te overnachten is en als je een niet te duur hotel zoekt.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We actually cancelled our stay there it was so bad. Late check in. Worst service ever. Zero amenities. No staff at hotel. Never. Again.

I found the room clean and comfortable. Great location! Good value.

Miami Beach is a place to skip, nothing like the travel chanels make it out to be. Beach cover in trash, No parking at hotel and if they did have one of their parking spots available you had to pay for it even though you were already paying to stay at the hotel. woke to leave and a homeless person is getting a drink from the hotel fountain.

The only thing nastier than these rooms was the attitude of the owners. Zero customer service. I had to go out and buy sweat pants and a blanket to sleep on top of the covers. I ended up getting bit by bed bugs and had an infection in my leg two days later. It may seem like a great deal, but do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay in a sanitary […] environment. The room was very old looking, I understand its historical and has been there for a long time, but I'm sure they could do some updates here and there. The room had a very unpleasant odor and we had to buy an air freshener to plug in as the lady refused to change our room (said they were booked) and only gave us a spray air freshener. we did not spend too much time in the room since it is Miami after all. But I will say the place is very clean. They even had a small kitchenette in the room

We found this hotel at a good price but by time we left Miami, we regret that we should have paid little more and stayed at a little better place. Location of this hotel is great since is very close to Ocean Dr but thats the only good thing about this hotel. This is an old hotel nearly 70 yrs old building and run by not so professional people. First […] day when we walked in to our room, my bed had hair and safety pins on it, clearly they didnt change the bed sheets & the blankets. When you call the front desk for anything, they will tell you to find a maid on your floor somewhere and talk to her directly for anything you need & when you finally find a maid, she cant speak a word of English. Biggest problem was that i had to beg them multiple times a day for house cleaning. Everyday they left ONLY 2 towels in the room for 2 people. So you used those towels that day and wait till they come for cleaning and give you new towels for the next day. or you just don’t shower that day...HATED IT..even asked for extra towels many times and they will tell you to get it from the maid that doesnt understand what i am asking for. Also, glasses in our room were never washed, when i asked them to hve someone wash them,they said it was my own responsibility. Told them i dont bring dishwasher with me on my vacation and then maid came by and washed them for us. Staying at this hotel for 4 nights was a complete mistake I DO NOT recommend this place especially if you are with your spouse or kids. Lees meer

Very convenient to all attractions . Nice pool and lobby area.

Good location. Facilities reasonable. Hot plate there but no cooking utensils. Coffee maker but no coffee bags. A micro wave would have helped. Has walk in closet.

carpet very dirty and the room very noisy at night especially not able to sleep street lights and noise for traffic and the people out around town until very late so we where very disapointed the staff did even ask about our stay did find the service very poor will not recommend this hotel at all.

5min walk to lummus park, no regret staying there, paid parking 20 a day,,

Wonderful location and overall decent hotel, nothing fancy. If you can deal with the paper thin walls and past the front desk attitude then you should stay here.Also the pool is lovely and the rooms are clean.

The hotel is in the middle of everything great in South Beach. The room itself smelled like a dog stayed there for many months before we stayed. For the price you cant go wrong because of its location....

The hotel can use a major interior upgrade. It's a 1930s' art deco building that has not had a change in its interior since it was built. The room smelled of trapped moisture and I could feel it on the floor and sheets. Water pressure was so low (to conserve water) it was like trying to shower with a lawn sprinker. It's a budget motel, not a hotel.

The hotel has a great location right on South Beach, but that's the only thing going for it. If you don't care about quality of the actual place you're sleeping, then that's the only way it will work for you.

I have stayed at many hotels in South Beach at many different price ranges. This is a value hotel at a great location, a block from the beach, a block from Lincoln, and a block from Espanola way! The room was maintained very well everyday and all the the hotels staff was very nice and helpful

Haddon Hall was everything I expected. Even though the rooms are old they are still well maintained and clean. The pool was beautiful, the hotel location was perfect. It's your typical art deco south beach hotel. Great Place to enjoy the sights of south beach.

Great hotel, friendly service, 5 minute walk to Lincoln rd and even less time to get to ocean drive/ the beach! Clubs are a quick few blocks away! They will store your luggage for you If you get there early and will help you with taxis if need be! A gem!

Location is absolutely perfect. Steps away from Ocean Dr. Hotel staff is horrible. Not helpful whatsoever and the hotel is kind of gross. The weather is so perfect on South beach though, that it doesn't really matter. If you're looking to save a buck while visiting go for it. You will barely be in the hotel anyways.

This hotel proved to have poor customer service with a staff that struggles to speak English. The rooms may not have been renovated since 1968. Perhaps college kids with low exspecations and no travel experience would find this hotel average.

This hotel is very "dated", meaning, it is probably one of the original 1920-1935 deco hotels. But, that is the charm of South Beach. It is an excellent location, close to beach, Lincoln Road, Espanola Way, and all the action on Ocean Ave. Bathrooms are remodeled and pool is lovely. I will never say do not book at the Haddon. What I will say is that you must first ask yourself 'Do I care if my room looks dirty, has an odd odor, and the bed has more holes in it than a slice of swiss cheese? Do I care as long as I am in the middle of all the action? If you do not care, then the Haddon is the place for you. I thought I didn't care […] until I stayed there and was too embarrassed to bring one of Miami's back to my hotel room for some sizzling socialization. I was too embarassed to subject them to that place. I have no problem with being in an old hotel, but a dirty one? Yeah, I have a problem. I will say this - besides the carpet looking shifty, the housekeeping ladies made sure the tub was stain free. It was rustier than the pistons on a Chevy Chevette, but there were no stains. Im not one to have to stay in a 5 star hotel. One thing that I can say about the Haddon is that the location is awesome, now to the bad parts. No parking. I had to park 10 blocks away, but this was probably due to Wrestlemania 28 being in town and the parking was sparse. The room was very small. It had a stove but no fridge. If you wanted to cook, you […] would have to bring your own pots, pans, utensils, etc. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. The sink kept getting clogged up. I shaved and then went to brush my teeth, but couldn't because the sink was so clogged up and still filled with water. I had to wait until I was outside of Miami to stop at a gas station bathroom to brush my teeth. If you are looking for location but not comfort the Haddon is for you, but if you are looking for both then stay somewhere else. Lees meer

Simply put this hotel is centrally located but this place needs a major upgrade. Everything in the place is from the early 80s!!! Never again.

Good location, close to everything in South Beach. Noise from the street, but loveloy pool area and ok for the price.

Worst Hotel Ive stayed in SoBe , really bad conditions & HORRIBLE water pressure !!! wouldnt ever stay there again

was in a pretty good location and the pool was very nice. Overall I would say I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

Few blocks away from the beach and Lincoln Rd! This hotel is beautifully located in my favorite part of South Beach! The window unit AC froze up on the first night but other than that, it was a good stay for WMC!
