I thought that the price was rather high...but there are not that many motels in Marshall, MI...the room was sort of small ~ enuf space, but on the small side...and the shower was also small, not much room to turn around...

it was good but our whirlpool only worked for 10 minutes and had to wait till the next shift got there at 9 pm we were put in another room so we didn't have the use of the whirlpool for 4 hrs and wasn't offered any type of compensation not too happy about that!

Did not like that since I am a frequent patron of Holiday Inn I was offered by Hotel.com a suite upgrade that they did not honor. The breakfast was not good. I like the waffle maker but now they have frozen waffles.

This hotel is fine for an overnight stay while you're on the road. It includes amenities -- indoor pool, exercise room, excellent hot breakfast -- that are very nice. But the facility clearly needs to be renovated -- carpets, paint, upholstery are dingy and aging -- and the front desk is very understaffed. The front desk staff makes it clear it's a […] problem by complaining about it and letting you know that any request may take a while because there is no one available to help. However, of the choices in the area, this may be one of the better options. Do not eat at Denny's next door. Food made both of us feel ill, and we ate completely different dishes. Lees meer

Personnel was warmly welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with extra amenities (ie.coffee pot,microwave, refrigerator). We especially enjoyed the convenience of being able to have breakfast at the facility & there was a wide variety of foods available in a pleasant setting. Booked on-line, promised AARP discount, never received it. Disapointed.

Walls are too thin, had to listen to TV'S on both sides of us while trying to sleep.... Very annoying...... Will not return.....

Was supposed to be a king sz bed and was only a double. Very uncomfortable for two "not very small people"

everything was fine except for the housekeeping in both our room and that of our friends. No kleenex in the container, and both tubs looked dirty with hair in them The breakfast served was quite nice with plenty of variety. The chlorine from the swimming pool was strong and overwhelmed us while in the lobby for check in / out. We also needed a handicapped […] room but they had us assigned to the second floor, however the desk clerk did a quick fix for us and it was greatly appreciated. Lees meer

Nice place to stay, friendly staff. We did have an issue come up, it was resolved quickly and politely! Everything looked nice and clean. I would stay again.

This was a very clean and quiet hotel. It had a very nice breakfast buffet. All of the workers were very friendly. We would stay there again.

Check-in was great and friendly. The room needed some work; the whirlpool didn't work right and the toilet doesn't stop running without jiggling the handle. Worst would be the check-out staff had no interest in how the stay was and rushed me out.
