Strange place. Our room had wierd light switches. You could not turn on the bathroom light unless all the lights were lit. Not real convenient for that late night bathroom trip. The staff was friendly; but you have to trade in your towels each day at the front desk. At least they were making progress on their mold mitigation on the lower level.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and affordable. Close to everything. 15-20mins outside of the city. Cons: was told my room wasn't going to be cleaned daily, but if I needed anything to visit the front desk. Bottom line: I would stay here again.

Overall nice and clean for the weekly rate. However, other similar hotels provide a breakfast. I was disappointed that there was not even a continental breakfast.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and I've been completely satisfied every time. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.

The staff were all really friendly and helpful but the quality of the rooms and the bedding were terrible. The towels were rough and I did not realize before hand that we would not get the room serviced.

No extra roll of toilet tissue. Would not give more towels w/out returning dirty towels from room. No hair dryer. Dirty tile floor. Fitted sheets do not stay on mattress. Coffee in entry for a fee. Bath vent did not work. Witness marks from massive flood upstairs.

It was fine. We had a good time. The room itself was clean and nice, but trhe bathroom wasn't as clean. The shower had a ring around the drain. Yuck!

Although we were grateful to find a room on a very busy weekend in Charlotte, this hotel was like PARTY CENTRAL! Loud music was heard throughout the hotel until almost 3AM. There was not a hair dryer or iron or ironing board in our room.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Metrolina Expo. I chose it for its location and the fact that all of the other more familiar hotels in the area were sold out. A cab was waiting for us outside which was a plus. The hotel rooms are outdated, could use maintenance and a face lift, no hair dryers, no coffee for the coffee maker, no fitted […] sheets for the bed (just a standard sheet that kept pulling up from matress), no mirror outside the bathroom, poor water pressure from the shower, etc. These were items I was not accustomed too. Of course there is no continental breakfast, but that is getting more common these days. There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I arrived and another two couples were waiting as well. No bell to ring. Just a sign that said be back in 10 minutes, although it was much longer than that. I've never experienced a wait before like that. None of the service was cheery or with a smile (whether on the phone or at the front desk.) It wasn't rude at all, just not the quality that most hotels have. Overall: Okay in a pinch if you need a hotel close to the Metrolina and just need a place to lay your head and shower. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are looking for a romantic, relaxing, or more pleasurable experience. Lees meer

Extremely OVER PRICED for CIAA weekend. Also hotel guest next door were having a party in the hallway with loud music most of the night.

Due to a basketball tournament, most hotels were booked, along with our normal hotel for this area. Having stayed at extended stay type hotels in the past for less money than I paid for this one, I was quite disappointed. The room was small and cramped. The queen mattress set is obviously on a full size frame. During the night, if you moved much in […] the bed, the mattress set would fall through the frame to the floor. The mattress was way too soft. Stayed 2 horribly uncomfortable nights. Hotel has a little kitchenette with coffee maker, but offers no coffee packs (either complimentary or for purchase at the desk). The closest grocery store was more than 8 miles away for purchasing anything. We attend trade shows in Charlotte 4 times a year. We will not use this location ever again. Lees meer

The room was in need of some attention. The electricity is wired a funky way. If you want the bed side lights to work, you have to turn on the main light in the kitchen area. If you want the bathroom light on, you have to turn on the main switch at the front door which also turns all the rest of the lights on. Toilet showed signs of leaking for a while […] as did the shower. overall, a bad impression but nothing terrible happened. Lees meer
