I loved the pillows and the down comforter on the bed. Sleep was easy to come by. Only dissatisfaction was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The tub was not real clean and the paint was stained at the top of the walls by the ceiling. The staff was very polite and helpful. One suggestion, you need more kitchen staff when you have a conference going on […] in your hotel. The one person dealing with the breakfast can not possibly also take care of the conference needs, We ran out of coffee in the dining room and the lobby and the cook was taking coffee upstairs to the conference and could not help us. Hotel is only about 10mins from downtown Portland. Very convenient to the I-5. Pool and hot tub were pretty nice. Room was nice and kept clean, with mini fridge and microwave. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby occasionally. Breakfast was not too exciting, but had everything you would expect including waffles, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Phoenix Inn. The service, the friendly and helpful employees, the exercise room, free continental breakfast and computer access were much appreciated and enjoyed by me and my family. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to Trader Joe's. I couldn't have asked for more.

When I checked in, your staff was very nice and helpful. Throughout the three days I was there, I came to the front desk twice and nobody was around? On my last day, I had to make my presence known at the front counter to be noticed. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I skipped the second day of cleaning, it wasn't needed. the room […] was cleaned on the third day, and it was done well. I didn't notify management of this problem, but he tub was slow to drain. I thought the room had a nice feel to it, but several items caught my eye for poor craftsmanship. Mainly it was the caulking in the tub and other trim details that looked cheap. I found the exercise equipment to be old and clunky. The continental breakfast had many things to eat, but I skipped it two of the three days because I didn't see anything appealing and not very much fresh fruit. My stay was in close proximity to many restaurants. Overall, the price matched the quality and service and in my mind is a 3+ star. Lees meer

The room was well appointed, the beds fantastic. We used both the coffee maker, refrigerator and ironing board. Trader Joes's was close as well as lovely areas for walking and other restaurants.. Although the hotel is neat and tidy, we were disappointed in how very loud the freeway noise is when trying to sleep. We made our reservations long in advance, yet were sent to a room next to the breakfast room. Talk about noisy dishes and people at a very early hour. The hotel and room cleanliness were satisfactory. Everyone was friendly and the continental breakfast was great. My daughter and I enjoyed swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub, which were also very clean. The location was great. About 30 min or so to any of the touristy places that we wanted to go see.
