Uitstekend ontbijt met goede service. Locatie prettig bij allerlei restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Vlakbij metrostation, maar geluid van metro klonk wel in hotel door (3e verdieping). Temperatuur van kamer was hoog en lastig te verlagen.

Ik heb dit hotel voor twee nachten bezocht en het was een prima uitvalsbasis om Londen (weer) te verkennen! Het metrostation ligt letterlijk naast het hotel en de kamers zijn, zeker voor hotels in Londen, royaal van grootte. Het bed ligt ook heerlijk en de badkamer was prima in orde. Het enige saillante minpuntje was dat betalen voor ontbijt / internet […] erg duur was. Echter, in de lobby is internet gratis en rond het hotel zijn er meer dan genoeg mogelijkheden wat ontbijt betreft dus ik zou dit niet al te zwaar mee laten wegen! Hilton hanteerd blijkbaar een andere schaal dan andere hotels want om te zeggen 4 sterren ???? Nou nee eerder 2-3. Hotel was niet echt schoon had wel een mooie ligging maar bij aankomst verrast worden met een boodschap in het toilet maakt geen goede indruk. Afijn het werdt wel opgelost alleen dan is het te laat. Voor ons nooit meer daar.

Niet het geld waard voor het hotel zelf, kamers zijn oud en niet geweldig. Personeel probeert haar best te doen, maar kan door de beperkte middelen (ze gebruiken bijvoorbeeld nog een kaartenbak voor de reserveringen) niet de druk aan waardoor een slechte service. Bij ons werd zelfs het ontbijt in rekening gebracht terwijl wij deze niet hadden genomen, […] ze moesten dat weer terug storten op je creditcard (als dat maar goed komt). Kamers zijn gehorig en douche is erg slecht, vergeleken met een veel goedkoper hotel als Novotel dat wel uitstekende faciliteiten heeft is dit Hilton hotel niet de moeite waard, ondanks de geweldige locatie. Voor ons geen Hilton meer in de toekomst, zeker door andere tegenvallende ervaringen met Hilton. Lees meer

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel de faciliteiten zijn prima het ontbijt buffet was prima, met kinderen is het minder daar het hotel geen kamers met connecting doors heeft,verder was er geen gratis WIFI voor het overige een top hotel

Hotel Hilton Hyde Park heeft een klassieke charme, vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. Het hotel is goed gelegen, boven het Queensway Metro station, en met uitzicht op Hyde Park. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is opposite an entrance to Hyde Park, where we were able to walk and enjoy ourselves around the Serpentine lake. Taxis and the tube station right nearby. Clean room, tea and coffee facilities. Very quiet and relaxing lounge area. Would stay here again.

Great location with Queensway tube station literally around the corner from the hotel and Bayswater tube station a 2 min walk away; bus stop maybe a 100 m from hotel and Hyde Park right outside. The room was clean but no bar fridge or bathrobe. The bathroom was disappointing considering it's a 4-star hotel. Freezing cold (no heating), peeling paint; […] shower okay. Only one lift in the lobby, which is tiny - barely enough for one person and a large suitcase. Hotel staff though very friendly, helpful and polite. Overall, not a bad place, I would stay again. The hotel was what you would expect for the price. Smaller rooms that most of us Americans aren't used to but you're not in London to see the inside of the Hilton! The best thing about this hotel was its location to two underground stations and lots of local places to eat, from the local cafe and pub to fast food staples McDonalds and Pizza Hut plus […] the added bonus of different ethnic foods (Italian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, etc.) Overall, for the price I was very satisfied. Two glasses of wine £19.80. Woken at 5.30am by fire alarm. No hot water for shower/bath the next morning. Nothing else to say except maybe view from hotel window: air conditioning units and filthy wall of next building. Not a good experience.

As somewhere to stay in central London for a reasonable cost - the hotel was good and breakfast was excellent too. Unfortunately, the fabric of the hotel itself could do with an overhaul and breakfast was pretty crowded with the library being used as an overflow and too few waiting staff which meant lots of people (particularly children) were running […] about collecting food for their lunch, and made far from a relaxing affair. I usually stay in the Hilton paddington but it was booked out so tried this one instead. The room was tiny, a single bed and zero room to move around. on top of that it was beside the lift shaft so disnt get any sleep with the room shaking and the noise of an old lift. to top it off, It was more expensive than a very large double room in Hilton paddington.never […] again. Hotels in this area can be a bit hit and miss but The Hilton was fine though not to be confused with the flagship on Park Lane. For a one night stay following a work event it served its purpose well but given the brevity of stay its difficult to comment further

Front desk staff were very kind & helpful to me after I lost my wallet, including cash & credit / debit cards during my stay in London. The concierge allowed me to use their email facilities for free to contact my partner and have cash wired to me. And they gave me 2 free breakfasts, which had been charged to my no-longer-functioning credit card.

Rooms in the front over looking Hyde park will suffer from traffic noise, but it is London. All the staff very pleasant and helpful. Look forward to returning this year.

In general the hotel was Ok. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly and the check-in process was hassle free. The room was clean, just some of outfitts seem to be too old and would be better to be replaced. Breakfast was good but too expensive. 14.99P per person however couple of steps down the hotel, there is a nice pub with the same english breakfast […] for just 6.99. One more thing, there is no free wifi in the rooms! only free wifi is available in lobby/ bar (free wifi is available in rooms only for hilton hhonors guests), i think in-room free wifi for all the hotel guests now a days is a standard package... It has a great location atop Queensway Underground Station and nearby there are many, many restaurants. It faces the marvelous Kensington Gardens. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Overall pleased and satisfied with Hotel. Good location and near to underground/buses. Room fine. Big tear and rip in sheet but this was changed immediately when mentioned to Reception although somewhat surprised Housekkeping had put in on in the first place. Breakfast good. Would use again

We stayed here for 3 nights over a weekend. Our room was nicely decorated with no signs of decay etc. Everything was exrremely clean and we felt comfortable enough to walk on the carpet without slippers - always an acid test for us! My first night in London.The room has high ceiling and good sound proof window. The decor is tasteful and has a comfortable and cheerful feel. My room was on the second floor facing the street but it was not noisy. Breakfast was excellent and complete, I wish I have booked more nights in this hotel. I sure will go back.

Couldnt fault anything with this hotel. Fantastic front counter service. Location is ideal. Situated next to Queensway subway (central line), across the road from hyde park and kensington palace. Would recomend a visit to bayswater pub (5 min walk) great food.

My initial room had some consistent but mysterious outside noises preventing sleep after my long journey from the USA. The first person I spoke to at reception about it wasn't very helpful, and in fact insisted I didn't have noise in my room (!) , but was quite willing to charge me more for an upgrade. I booked for 16 people to stay in the hotel. All the rooms were of a very good standard and clean. The reception staff were excellent and looked after us all weekend. Nothing was too much effort for them. It was right next door to the Queensway tube station which made getting around London very easy.

The hotel has a wonderful staff! We got into London before check in time and the staff held our luggage while we went to Olympic Park. To our delight a tube station steps from the hotel! Easy and so convenient. The breakfast was nice..we are so happy we stayed here!

Great location, overlooking hyde park and 30seconds from the tube station. The room we stayed in did suffer with road noise. We did try ringing for Room service at 12:30am twice but no one answered, so we gave up! Staff friendly and welcoming on checkout and arrival.
