Hotel is located close to the Granada Mall which is great for eating or shopping. Access to major intersections (East Ring Road & Route 40) is within a couple of minutes due to the way traffic patterns work in the area. Construction is going on in the area so roads are a bit bumpy and lots of road cones & concrete barriers (not unusual for Saudi Arabia). Overall […] the hotel is pleasant. I only ate at the restaurant once and the food was good but expensive. Room comfort is good, bed is comfortable, and the suites have a minimal but adequate mini kitchen. Housekeeping service kept everything neat and clean. One important tip: bring a two prong 220V plug adapter with you as the plugs are European style. There are also a couple of three prong British style outlets. You will want to have an extension cord with you as well if you need to plug in anything that you need close to you as outlets are spread out quite a way. The only downfall I experienced was with the walk-in showers. Apparently the designers didn't know how to install an appropriate channel to keep the water in the shower. The water flowed out and essentially flooded the bathroom floor. Some rooms have a tub/shower combination but the tub height is so much that if you are not flexible enough, you'll have a hard time getting in and out or possibly slip and fall. Lees meer

Good hotel, the smell of the room was badbdue to some cleaning material, once we complained they immediately changed with a better one. In general it is a good experience

to stay there again and I wouldn't. Breakfast for 80SAR!!!!!!! Cheap and slow Wi-Fi because they don't want to invest in a better system, the only thing they're good at is sucking you out of your money. The smell of the hotel is like staying on top of a sewage system. You have to smell it to understand what I'm saying.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time. It is good in general; however, the following comments from my last stay: Bad Smell in the Lobby: I noticed in my last stay; that there is a bad smell in the Lobby. It could be from the fountain water, I am not sure. Room AC I stayed in a room with the following comments related to the room AC: - The AC […] placed on front of the bed; this make the flow of air directly to your face while sleeping. A bit far from main business district, but depends on what you need from your trip to Riyadh. Close to major shopping centre. Nice artwork and decor, just needs to take care of small details to improve image.

The hotel has many interesting aspects. The first time you see it, you are amazed of the idea and think it's brilliant, then you see the wonderful artwork in all the rooms and in the corridors. Once you get over the initial 'awe' factor of this hotel, you start to see the defects and the poor quality of some of the furnishings, but the major downside […] of this hotel is it's location. It's on the outskirts of Riyadh and therefore far from the centre. Taxis are hard to come by and there's only so many times you can go eat in a Mall Food Court. Lees meer
