Marriott City Center bevindt zich in het centrum van Salt Lake City, dicht bij Wells Fargo Center, Tempelplein en Tempel van Salt Lake. In de buurt liggen ook Mormoonse tabernakel en Planetarium Clark.

Marriott City Center heeft een binnenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. De zakelijke voorzieningen bij deze 4-sterrenaccommodatie zijn onder andere een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Marriott City Center heeft 359 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een kluis en een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker. Een snelle internetverbinding (via kabel) is gratis beschikbaar. Elke televisie heeft premiumkanalen via satelliet en betaalfilms. Elke kamer beschikt over een bureau, een gratis weekkrant en een telefoon met directe buitenlijn met voicemail. Elke badkamer is voorzien van een bad/douchecombinatie, badjassen, make-up/scheerspiegels en een föhn.
Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en gratis toiletartikelen. Bovendien kun je op verzoek gebruikmaken van voorzieningen zoals een turndownservice, massagebehandelingen op de kamer en extra handdoeken/beddengoed. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers net buiten Park City. Busverbinding met de skiresorts perfect voor de deur. Ruime kamer met alles er op en eraan. Grote terras (met hot tub) en ruime badkamer. Ideal en rustig.

Een goed hotel dicht bij het vliegveld voor een of enkele dagen. In de omgeving heb je alleen andere hotels en een bank en wat bedrijven. Je moet er dus niet zijn voor de mooie omgeving maar als begin of eindbestemming of net als bij ons als tussenstop is hij perfect. Goed en gratis ontbijt in de ochtend dus met het hele gezin uitgerust en met volle maag weer op pad. Prima.

Geweldig mooie grote kamer met complete zithoek erbij. Goede douche en prima kingsize (echt groot) bed. Bij dit hotel zat zelfs avondeten en ontbijt. Stel je er niet teveel van voor maar genoeg om zat van te worden en de keuze was toch best groot. Zou er zeker nog een keer naar toe gaan als ik in de buurt van Salt Lake City moet zijn. In de buurt genoeg eetgelegenheden als het hoteleten te weinig blijkt te zijn. Centrum van Salt Lake City ligt op 15 minuten rijden.

Goed hotel gelegen net buiten SLC bij het vliegveld. Vriendelijk personeel. Restaurant in huis. Ontbijt uitstekend. Ook goede kwaliteit diner. Vriendelijke bediening.

Trying to get to the hotel was a little difficult. One street was one way only. You couldn't turn left into the hotel due to a barrier. Another street would not allow you to turn right. Once figuring out how to get to the hotel, it was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
"Watch Out for the Front Desk Lady"
The front desk lady, "Nadia" was flagrantly rude.
"A Wonderul Experience"
As usual, the Marriott was at their best from the frontdesk staff, the concierge, everyone. The room was very comfortable and immacullate. We needed to stay an extra day due to a car problem and they let us have the room at a discounted rate. We have stayed here every time we have gone to Salt Lake City and do not ever plan on changing.

"Marriott in Salt Lake"
Watch out as there are two Marriotts in very close proximity to each other, so make sure you get dropped at the correct hotel. If you want the World's hottest hottub then this is your place. Anyway, apart from that te hotel was great.

Room was ok, but restaurant service was awful. Ate there 3 times, and it was the same thing each time. Server would stop by the table once every 15-20 mins. More than once the food arrived cold. We wanted dessert, but gave up waiting to order. Also, Starbucks had closed down, and there were no coffee-making facilities in the room.

Room with beautiful city and mountain view. Friendly staff. Comfort of the room was excelent, and in the morning we stayed for a full buffet breakfast that was perfect to start the day.
"Convenient hotel with a bar and a gym downtown SLC"
Having food/drink/workout was great. But in the morning the whole room smelled of bacon. Obviously the small came from the kitchen cooking breakfast and we were on the 8th floor. Internet was free but not the parking.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it is wonderful. Great gym and pool, located perfectly for down town walks.
Friendly service, clean room, comfy bed, and good location. Would stay again for sure.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Most helpful. The room was splendid. The only thing missing was an ipod dock....other than that, perfect! View - fantastic, Location to restaurants - romantic stroll. Great choice
"Good value for money"
We stayed two nights in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was very good, great choices and even an omelette station. The only negative point was that we got a room with a connecting door for the first night and our neighbours were very noisy. "Excellent service"
You'll want to valet your vehicle for the convenience. It was definitely worth it. The valets also gave some excellent suggestions on restaurants and were very helpful. $16 a day for valet should be included in the price but otherwise, very pleased with my stay.

"Great location, comfortable room"
Restaurants, bars, parks, temple square, and the Gateway mall are all within walking distance! The hotel was like any other Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed one night here after visiting Jackson, WY. After a 5+ hour drive to SLC, hotel was in a great location with easy walking access to great restaurants. Hotel was clean. Pool and spa were indoors, would have preferred outdoor. On-site restaurant menu didn't look too exciting, so we ate at Market City Grill a few blocks away - great recommendation […] from front desk and good seafood restaurant. Went to restaurant bar to have a cocktail before heading out to dinner and it must have been bartender's first night, because it literally took 10 minutes to make 3 drinks from their menu (which the bartender had to look at several times to remember what we ordered). "The Marriot at the City Center, Salt Lake City"
My husband and I stayed at the Marriot for our anniversary. It was simple to book, our room was clean and comfortable, and close to all of the downtown attractions that we wanted to see. We had a great stay and would reccomend the Marriot to our friends and family for a fun night out in downtown Salt Lake City!

See above. It's been a long time since a hotel really gave me 5 star service. I'll be going to Marriotts from now on. I get tired of paying a lot and being treated rudely. Not so at this Marriott. I didn't pay a lot but got treated like a queen!

"Two Blocks from Temple Square"
OK, so there was no free breakfast or free parking, but the hotel was great and the staff were awesome. The fitness room was the best I've ever seen - lots of weight machines, treadmills, free weights, benches, and all with a nice view.
