Good hotel. A bit outdated but good for 1 or 2 nights. Clean but not very cosy. Good breakfast but again not in a cosy atmosphere. Located next to a railway but we slept well. Price vs performance is ok.

The price was right but the place was a bit run down and the room very small. The bed was flat out uncomfortable. It seemed like an old mattress. The room itself was clean and had a good hot shower. Everything was very nice except the hotel is only about 200 yards from a major train line that had trains running every half hour.

Don't know how they pass fire inspection. Could not get any fresh air completely sealed pane windows. No door closers. This would have been perfect at around 45 dollars a nite.

Hotel is not as close as the description says to downtown, rooms are extremely small and crowded. WiFi service did not work in the room and had to go to the lobby to get some signal.

The hotel was clean and well maintained - pool and spa were exceptionally clean. The room and breakfast were about what I expected. Having stayed in this town previously I would say this one is a bit off the beaten path and I feel like it was a bit pricey considering it wasn't much of an upgrade over some of the other hotels I've stayed at.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had good serving of all typical breakfast and was well kept. Room allotted to us was too small and the exhaust in the bath was too noisy whenever one of us had to use the bath it woke up rest of us. We did not get a good sleep that night. Carpets were all worn out and in poor state.

My husband and I stayed here just one night on our way to the Grand Canyon. We are young, in our early 20s, and for the price it was a very reasonable hotel. The pool was crowded when we were there, so we didn't go for a swim, though it looked very inviting! The room was very small, I was very disappointed of the size of ther room, when I happened to look at the floor, it was very dirty around the beds, the bed stand light was very dusty, the TV was old style and small, I asked for something that we ran out off, the clerk responded to my request but wasnot pleasant.

We had a great 2-night stay in December with our 2 young kids, and there are so many good things about this hotel. Only 2 issues to relate: I'm quite sure that I was told on the phone that our suite would have a door between the rooms, which I thought was surprisingly generous. There wasn't a door, but that was OK, it worked out just fine. Also, It […] had an "enclosed" pool & hot tub, which I thought was the same as an indoor pool. But no, you have to go outside (in our case it was freezing cold) to get to it, because it was once an outdoor pool that became enclosed. Just outside of the hotel door, I noticed ice on the sidewalk where water had dripped or leaked out of the exterior side of the hotel wall, so I was careful. On the way back, however, I slipped and fell! Fortunately, I was only shaken up and not hurt (though I had a knee scrape which would've been worse but was cushioned by my long coat). I called the front desk from my room and told the clerk, who was extremely sincere, sympathetic & apologetic, and said he'd get someone to do something about it. But the next night, when I went to the hot tub again, it was still icy from that water. Everything else was truly great, and I certainly would stay there again! Lees meer

For the price we paid, it was great. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was awesome, only compliant was that the bed was about as comfortable as a bag of rocks....but for the price, good enough for me.

We picked this hotel because of the price and only the price. Best Western has never disappointed me in the past and this time was no different. The room was small but we didn't visit Flagstaff to sit in the hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the decor was nice. The only disappointing thing about the hotel was the pool. They boast about an indoor pool which we were excited about. What they don't mention is that the pool is in another building, separate from the hotel. So yes, we could've gone swimming but we would've had to walk back through the cold and snow, dripping wet, to get back to our room. So we skipped the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a fantastic and unexpected perk. It was nice having an indoor pool and spa at the end of a busy Winter day. They offered a Black Friday weekend deal that was 50% off, so I got the chance to stay in a Deluxe Suite (which is high class for me!) The room was comfortable, well-stocked with complimentary toiletries, and clean. Room was clean and comfortable enough. Only problem was squeeking constantly from the room above. Whoever was up there walked back and forth continuously making the floor squeek. Then there was frequent sounds that sounded like bad bed springs.

This is a clean convenient place to stay in Flagstaff to get out of the Phoenix heat for a week-end, the Breakfast is Ok and the accomodations are dated but clean and the staff is friendly. For a one-niter it was just fine, and the price was excellent
