Nice continental breakfast. Close to shopping. Stayed in nonsmoking room that smelled as if someone had smoked in room previously, and housekeeping used something to cover up odor. Not bad but not great either. Room was clean and comfortable. Picture on TV was snowy & there was no channel directory.

Very comfortable. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Looking forward to another stay there in May.

We wished that the pool was open earlier in the day. Not open until noon.

Clean, friendly, obliging, nice room and comfortable. Internet hookup Cons No fitness center and pool only open 3pm to 10 pm daily Not outstanding breakfast but certainly adequatae. Would return if needed.

Not a terrible room but definitely like going back in time... and not in a good way. Sort of a '70's decor vibe. Clean and serviceable though. And spacious with a nice pool. Not bad fo one night.

AS OTHERS HAVE NOTED THIS HOTEL HAS SEEN BETTER DAYS. HOWEVER, ITS LOCATION IS EXCELLENT- NEAR THE HIGHWAY AND BY SEVERAL LARGE MALLS IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD. ON SITE ENGLISH PUB AND JUST ABOVE ON A HILL IS A GREAT GRINDER/LOBSTER ROLL REST. MANY GOOD CHAIN REST. NEREBY. HERE IS THE SECRET FOR THIS HOTEL: ASK FOR HIGH FLOOR IN MAIN BUILDING AND TAKE […] THE KING/BUS. SUITE WHICH HAS A COUCH. Nice location. A bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Nice convenient location. Chinese restaurant is next door and Bertucci's Italian Restaurant is across the street. This is a pet friendly hotel. It is very close to relatives in the Natick area. Stayed there last Thanksgiving and will probably stay there again next year.

The Best Western location on Route 9 in Framingham gives you good access to MetroWest or Downtown Boston via the Turnpike. The location is amid a sea of strip malls and across from Shopers World and the Natick . Convenient location, room was modern and comfortable, clean. TV was not great (no HD), but otherwise Ok. Less road and neighborhood noise than other hotels in the area, but still some. Overall, I would recommend it and stay there again.

Altho it had been advertised as a continental-type breakfast, there were cold cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, egg-cheese-bacon on a muffin breakfast sandwiches in addition to juices, toast, muffins, donuts and bagels. The coffee was mediocre however. The hallway of our room had the old motel smell, which permeated our room. It was the only hallway that […] smelled like that tho. Our room had a little balcony and was quite spacious by today's standards, a nice relief from the usual cramped boxes. Very comfortable mattress, which is what means the most in any case. Very nice pool too. The location is extremely convenient, and despite being on the busy highway the hotel is quiet. Would not recommend. Requested light bulb to be replaced which was not done for the 2 days we were there. Hallways were dark and dingy, as was the room(especially with the burnt out light bulb). I chose this hotel because the price was perfect for its location. You are right next to lots of shops, less than a block way from the subway, and the Boston garden and commons are right there. With a wonderful view of the city on the 15th floor. However the hotel is very old inside with what looks like an inch thick coat of paint on the doors. Staff […] was very nice but be sure to be ready to spend alot if you dine at the restaurant. Me and my wife had the breakfast buffet and had no idea it was 25 bucks a head. Ouch. The hotel staff were all extremely polite and accomodating. Our stay, though brief, was relaxing and just what we needed. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway, shops, and restaurants. It was clean, comfortable and had no problems from check-in to check-out.

Dingy and poorly maintained

Great breakfast and good housekeeping. Front desk is helpful and friendly.

The hotel wasn't great, but the room was comfortable, clean, and the staff was very nice. I got an extended check out which was great without a problem. The breakfast was fine, not extravagant and not just a continental. I would stay there again if it was a good price like this time and we needed to book last minute to get away again. The hotel is close to lots of great shopping. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was not good. Old and in need of upgrade.

I was looking for an inexpensive room near Cambridge. Yes, Framingham is a ways out but it's next to the Mass Pike so Cambridge is about 20 minutes away. The local geography is confusing; plugging in the Best Western's address on the GPS map on my iPhone made it easy. This was a great place to stay. I was a little concerned that it was too far from Boston and stayed as it was the only place I could book at the time. I'm very happy it was all I could get. The first day I was there I drove in to Boston. Not a nice relaxing drive even though I was very early to beat the morning rush. Second day I used the public transit […] system to get in to Boston. It was easy!! I would stay here again. You can park your car, use the public transit system from here into Boston and have a very relaxing vacation. Great Staff! Room was boring but clean, but for the price I would return.

It's really not a question that you want to ask when staying at a hotel. With the Best Western Framingham, you'll be asking it anew as you enter every hall or room. Whether it's old cigarette smoke embedded in the ancient carpeting or industrial level adhesives, the aromas abound at this place. The hotel is in serious need of a renovation throughout […] (rooms, exterior, the pool, halls, etc.) and the staff, while friendly, was not as helpful or informative as needed when asked question regarding the area. Breakfasts were not bad, perhaps the highlight of our stay. The attached restaurant and bar, while we never ate there, was clearly popular and seemed to attract its own clientele. Other guests informed me that it was fairly good. While the hotel was centrally located for what we needed to do in town, the streets in the immediate area are not the easiest to navigate for a non-local. If you need to do business in this area and have a car, for the price of staying at the BW Framingham, you'd be much better off considering another hotel entirely. Lees meer

My stay at the Best western was a pleasant one. I wanted to take time to applaud your morning breakfast help. I didn't get her name but she was attentive and proud of her breakfast presentation the food was fresh and hot. I would thank her every morning upon leaving you could see that she appreciated the compliment. I read some of the previous reviews on this hotel and decided that it was good bang for your buck. It turns out that the quality of the hotel is probably not worth the price paid. The staff were generally helpful but also woefully inflexible on some issues - such as opening our phone lines or helping us book a tour that is advertised in the lobby. quiet environmrnts, free parking, free Internet, free breakfast, reasonablr room rate. A greta place to stay in Boston area.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Ready on time. Breakfast was good with many choices. Enjoyed the British Pub Restaurant connected to the hotel. Would definitely use this facility the next time we want to stay over in the Boston area.

The bathroom door was broken and didn't lock

bathtub need a little more cleanliness attention. Hotel need a little bit more space for picking up and dropping off people. Hotel needs a sign to the entrance of the hotel. Hotel staff was very courteous and had a good breakfast selection.

Hard to find the entrance of the hotel. The entrance door to my section of the hotel did not lock. The door had obviously been pried open and was not fixed. Anyone could have walked in there. It is an older hotel in need of updating. My room was nice and clean, though.

Good location. Quiet.
