We wanted somewhere close to.downtown without the price. This was it! They had a shuttle service and an amazing breakfast. The only negative was that the front desk wasnt very informative. We had to ask several people to get a straight answer.

Very comfortable and clean room. Lobby is uninviting and a jumble of ugly furniture. That's a shame because it would be so easy to make it reflect the warmth and cleanliness of the rooms.

Clean towels, not so clean looking. One had nasty green stain and one had ball of black hair on it after I unfolded it. I didn't like it.

The hotel was not great, but not bad either. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The general maintenance up-keep of the room was ok, but not what I would expect for the price of the stay. The complimentary breakfast was alright, but it was located on the second floor at the end of the hallway. It seemed that breakfast room was an afterthought, […] but other than that it was fine. We were very pleased with everything and especially enjoyed a great, full breakfast for free! I had forgotten my toothbrush & went to the front desk and they immediately gave me one; I couldn't ask for more than that. The room was very clean and fresh; we would stay again and recommend it for sure.

We got a very last-minute room for a trip to shop at Opry Mills & visit with friends. We were unaware that the Music City Marathon was the day of our stay (Sat morning of our Fri-Sat stay), but we had a very reasonable rate, the hotel is in a great location for food (highly reccomend Caney River Fork Grille or Cock of the Walk, both super-close & delicious) […] Breakfast was good (standard make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, bagels & pastries) Staff was very friendly & helpful. My main quality I look for is cleanliness & they passed with flying colors. Will DEFINITELY stay here again! Lees meer

Staff were not helpful or friendly. Hotel needs to be updated although work is happening on the lobby. It is close to downtown attractions.

I was very disappointed in the entire campus! Our room was smelly and the bathroom was filthy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! While I did get the Hotels.com discount the nightly rate of $189.00 is way too much for this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Florida and booked it online 2 weeks before we needs it. Thank goodness we did because it was fully booked that night as I overheard the clerk tell another traveller. We had a very comfortable night's stay. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable we have ever experienced (and we have stayed in much more […] expensive hotels). The staff was so polite and friendly. We actually booked this hotel again for our return trip home a week later. Fills up because of the concerts at Opryland. Easy walk to restaurants (good when you have been in the car for 8 -10 hours). Overall the hotel and my room was clean. The employess were helpful and courteous. The location was convenient to the conference I attended and convenient to restaraunts and shopping. I would stay here again.

Our stay at Comfort Inn in Nashville was awesome. The breakfast was not only tasty, but the staff kept the food warm and continually available. I've stayed at this hotel every year I come to Nashville. I was on crutches and was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hotel. With the convention going on and the antique auction we always had a hard time getting into a handicap parking spot. The elevator made a horrible sound like it was straining or needs oiled and the heat register in the room […] was loud and kept us awake most of the 2 nights we were there. I have always loved staying here and have always been extremely pleased. Next year it will be questionable. I was somewhat disappointed, especially since this is the first year my husband got to go with me and I bragged on the hotel, he was not that impressed. The guys working the front desk were great, very nice. BTY, the shower has cracks in the seams and needs caulked or replaced. Lees meer

The beds were wonderful-they advertised new mattresses. Also new tub liner, so it looked nice & clean-no grubby tile, but the bathroom floor had issues around the toilet. The room was rather dark. The heater wouldn't adjust, but a worker came up rather promptly. The breakfast was quite good-lots of choices. Good value for what we paid.

I stayed here during the 2012 MLB Winter Meetings. It was a much cheaper hotel then the Opryland Convention Center. It is about 1 mile from the convention center and 3 miles from the outlet malls. Great rooms and friendly staff.

This hotel is very clean,beds were comfortable,staff was great. Remember there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Grand Ole Oprey and back for 5dollars a piece it might be a little bit more with a tip but well worth it due to traffic after the show,but make sure u tell the worker @ the desk to call the shuttle with a time pick up early in the day […] so u are already scheduled for pick up to go to the Oprey Go a little earlier for picture taking and the gift shop. Decent room for the price. Breakfast included is a bonus for anyone on a budget. I would likely stay here again if in the Nashville area. Hotel staff were excellent, and very friendly. Car reccomended if staying in this area, as Opryland is about a 20 min. drive outside of the city.

Great location, close to outlets and Grand Ole Opry. Rooms were re-done recently and were clean. The only negative I would say was that the elevator was a little musty. Overall, good value for the price.

We arrived late at night and found it to be quiet and easy to get to. The only downfall I found was that there was a dirty wash rag in the shower from the previous quests which makes me wonder how well they really clean the rooms.

Good comfortable place to stay. One major problem was the quality of the breakfast. I am diabetic & knew that there was a continental breakfast, but the variety of healthy/ diabetic friendly foods were terrible. The only oatmeal was the kind with sugar & spices added. The only bread was white bagels & biscuits with gravey. Very comfortable and clean. Delicious hot and cold breakfast in nice eating area. Quiet. Only problem (which you don't have to include in the review if on Website) last 2 of 4 nights room and bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Finally decided it must have come from a housekeeper's clothes rather than someone smoking in the room.
