hotel is goed geprijst, ligt op korte afstand van Denver Airport, is dus makkelijkt te bereiken. de kwaliteit van het gebodene is in overeenstemming met de prijs. wij zijn aan het einde van onze reis weer teruggegaan naar het Crossland Hotel. Dit zegt voldoende denk ik

Om het centrum van Denver te bezoeken ligt dit hotel erg gunstig. Nog geen 10 minuten lopen en je bent bij state Capitol. Inrichting is wat ouderwets maar dat zie je nog erg veel in usa.

Prima overnachting gehad. Jammer dat er geen bar was om een pilsje te drinken. Aan de overkant vande weg kun je wt eten. Er is een free shuttle vanaf vliegveld.
Ligging.
Comfort Suites Castle Rock ligt in het centrum van Castle Rock.
Hotelvoorzieningen.
Comfort Suites Castle Rock heeft een binnenzwembad, een spabad en een fitnesscentrum. Draadloos internet is gratis beschikbaar in openbare ruimtes. Dit hotel beschikt over zakelijke voorzieningen zoals een businesscentrum, vergaderruimtes voor kleine groepen en audiovisuele apparatuur. Gasten krijgen gratis ontbijt. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een wasserij, een open haard in de lobby en gratis kranten in de lobby. Parkeren op locatie is gratis. Dit is een rookvrije accommodatie.

Comfort Suites Castle Rock heeft 66 kamers met airconditioning die zijn voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker en een föhn. Elke kamer is voorzien van een snelle internetverbinding. Elke televisie heeft kanalen via kabel/satelliet en betaalfilms. Alle kamers beschikken over een telefoon met meerdere lijnen met voicemail en gratis lokale gesprekken (hiervoor kunnen beperkingen gelden).
Elke kamer is voorzien van een magnetron en een koelkast. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere een strijkplank/strijkijzer en openslaande ramen. Een huishoudservice is dagelijks beschikbaar.
Afhankelijk van het hotelbeleid kan voor extra personen een toeslag worden aangerekend.
Bij het inchecken dien je in het geval van incidentele kosten een erkend identiteitsbewijs en een borgsom in contanten of creditcard voor te leggen.

I had recently stayed at a comfort inn in dodge city Kansas and was kindof nervous staying in another one since that one was not so great. However this one was great! The only problem was that the shower head was broken. I told the front office and it was replaced before we came back for the day. Very satisfying. "Excellent Choice"
I will stay at this hotel again in the future when i'm out in that area. Only problem and concern was the temperature of the water during showers and baths. No hot water at all. Somewhat warmish but hopefully next time that won't be a problem.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to all the great shopping that Castle Rock has to offer. The hotel offers a great breakfast bar in the morning and it was very convenient.

"Comfort Suites Castle Rock"
We booked a king suite, it was roomy and clean. Hotel pool and spa were enjoyable. Staff was pleasant. Lovely area, lots of shopping and nice restaurants nearby.
Very nice clean close to all things you would want to see. Breakfast what you would expect/needed from a hotel. would recommend to friends
"great location"
This hotel being in Castle Rock was great as it was in between Denver and Colorado Springs so convenient for all sight seeing. Also located in a hotel and retail area just blocks from Outlet Mall. Hotel was clean and reasonably well maintained, the desk staff was polite and competent. The breakfast was passable but not great but thats what happens when […] the lady watching it doesn't speak apparently any english and doesnt understand the biscuits for biscuits and gravy should be warm. "Comfort Suites in Castle Rock CO"
This was the worst Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at.It was dirty and smelled so bad our eyes watered.

Hotel looked good on line - in person it could use some fixing up. Hall carpet was bad, breakfast was so-so. It was an average stay.
"Fish smell on 3rd floor"
We checked into our room okay but found that our room and the entire 3rd floor smelled like rotton fish. They switched our room to the 2nd floor which was much better. Their excuse was, "someone must be cooking." We got a great rate but I most likely will choose someplace else to stay next time. The breakfast was good though.

I had to make a last minute trip to the area due to severe winter storms. I was able to make the reservation with no problems and didn't have to burn a hole in my pocket doing it. The hotel itself was very clean, like most Comfort Suites I have stayed at. The staff was also very kind.

"castle rock comfort suites, castle rock, co"
Good: convenient to I 25. Good brewery within walking distance Convenient to outlet stores Bad: cleanliness. bed blanket was soiled, bathroom floor not clean breakfast: stale bagels, lukewarm coffee.

We strive for every guest's experience to meet and exceed the service and quality that is expected of all Comfort Suites. When these expectations are not met we need to know so that we can avoid the same issue in the future. As our guest, you are the number one priority and we greatly value your suggestions so that we can improve as best as we can. I am going to absolutely address the quality of the breakfast items so that this does not happen again. I am going to also have a housekeeping meeting so they understand the importance of the cleanliness of the rooms. Again, I sincerely apologize for what you encountered while a guest at the Comfort Suites. Please do not let this deter you from staying at Comfort Suites in the future.

Clean hotel. Close to I-25. Perfect!
"Great room for the money"
Very clean, looks new or newly remodeled. Our suite was very comfortable and more luxurious than we expected. Neighborhood of the hotel is fine, just a little desolate. It's out of the city near an outlet mall. HOWEVER - there is an EXCELLENT brewpub just next door so our night's entertainment was taken care of.
"Good for the money."
We had a good stay. Our only problem was noisy guests - yelling in halls and outside hotel at 3:30 in the morning.
