Chose this hotel because it was the only one available in this price range that ran their shuttle to/from Dulles all night, a big help since my flight didn't land until almost midnight. Check-in was quick, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was better than the minimum cereal and toast options--they had scrambled eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker […] as well. Although the hotel itself was clean and in a convenient location I will NEVER stay there again. The issue I have is that I am missing one of my favorite blouses! I had only 3 outfits with me during my stay in this hotel: 2 dresses, a pair of leggings and a blouse and I got home with everything except the blouse. What are the chances that I left it behind? […] I would say close to none since I am a very organized person and I checked the room several times before leaving. I contacted the lost and found office of the hotel and inquired about my missing blouse and was informed that it was not found. Now I understand the hotels policy of not being responsible for any items lost during your stay but what if the hotel has a dishonest employee on staff? When I spoke to the manager of this hotel and politely asked him what my options were in this case he blatantly responded NONE. He said the hotel was not responsible for any items missing, that I can't prove to him that I left it in the room and when I asked who could have accessed my room when I was absent he replied that the only people that have an access are the maintenance staff and he has no thieves on staff. I would really like to believe that but a fact is that I no longer have my favorite blouse and if the hotel was the last place I had it and it wasn't found after I checked out then WHAT HAPPENED TO IT?! I struck me the most about my conversation with the manager was that he was replying to my questions in a LAUGHING manner as if I was being ridiculous. Yeah maybe a blouse doesn't have a high monetary value but IT IS A PRINCIPLE...it is missing. period. Bottom line...I WON'T be staying in this hotel ever again and my warning to all those of you who will..DO NOT HAVE YOUR ROOM CLEANED AND IF YOU DO MAKE SURE THEY DO IT WHILE YOU ARE THERE!!! I expected more from this hotel as this was an outing for me and my daughter. The walls are extremely thin as we heard EVERYTHING in the rooms surrounding us. I wanted to work out in the gym that was onsite but the equipment was not functioning. I did advise the front desk clerk and he went to check but he showed no concern that it was not working and […] that was that. I would not use this for special occasions but if I was just looking for a place to sleep overnite then thats fine. Lees meer

Everything was fine except for two items, the spring in the mattress were ready to pop out. The breakfast given by the hotel was poor in food quality. I think as a traveler would look for a comfortable night, especially sleeping, not in this case. Well as for the breakfast I would been more satisfied with fast food at McDoonald. Very good hotel for a price we have paid. Recomended.

This hotel is a relaxing and pleasant place to stay if you are on vacation or business. Full of energy and comforting to the weary traveler..

Easy check in. Very helpful desk clerk locating a hospital when my son injured his hand.

... if there weren't missing cealing tiles and water stains everywhere. Sorry, but it was just gross. Hopefully they can repair whatever the problem is soon. However, it was amazingly quiet for being so close to Dulles.

Great Hotel. Good bang for the buck. One down side was the weekday housekeeping on the second floor could have been better (no clean or replaced glasses for two days. weekend staff did very well.

The Hotel is very comfortable and I would recommend a friend to stay here.

Room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy but I did notice some "hairs" on the blankets...this made me feel a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and hotel was very quiet and surround by lot restaurants.

They did have some water damage issues they were cleaning up on the first floor so it make it harder to get through the hallways but otherwise good. Drawback was pool was only open from 5pm to 10pm M-F and I wanted to relax earlier but was unable to. They have a lifeguard on duty and only have the pool open when he is there.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and it is perfect! Yea, it's a little close to the airport, but the bed is so comfortable you will be dead to the world once your head hits the pillow!

Quiet and economical for a last minute need. My only issue is they post in their rooms that they have amenities available at the front desk, yet when I called because I forgot something they were out of most everything. :/

This is the 4th year stay @ this hotel. Very good would recommend to friends.

It was a great hotel...with lots of room. I love that there is a microwave and a frig (at not extra cost)!!! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was super clean and well maintained. I wasn't too crazy about the hotel staff...but I checked in pretty late so maybe he was tired.

LOVE YOUR HOTEL,BUT FIRST ROOM HAD FLOOD IN BATHROOM LEAKING THREW AIR VENT,FOOD IN MORNING WASN'T THE BEST.FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE GREAT!

Very clean and supporting staff

I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham Chantilly for 2 weeks on a business trip in June. This was apparently a very popular time of year for people to visit Chantilly because the hotel was packed throughout my stay with large groups of tourists (one group from Japan, another a group of tweens from France) and sports teams (a high school soccer team). The […] hotel was often noisy due to the crowds, but only once after 9pm (the reasonable quiet hour), which was quickly resolved by calling the front desk and asking them to have the noisy guests quiet down. The hotel room itself was large and well appointed, with a comfortable king bed, armchair with ottoman, desk, fridge and mircowave. The bathroom was also comfortably sized and everything was clean upon my arrival. The only disappointing thing about the hotel was the breakfast. From previous reviews I thought there would be fresh eggs, however, the "scrambled" eggs were little dry rounds of egg-ish stuff. The sausages were ok, there were usually apples and sometimes bananas, and there were very many choices of breads, such as bagels, english muffins, toast, french toast, a waffle maker, mini muffins and danishes, and also cereals. I'm currently on a high protein, low carb (bread) diet, so it was difficult for me to eat well since the eggs were icky and the only other options were mostly bread based. If the eggs had been actual freshly made scrambled eggs I would have been very pleased. Other than that, I have no complaints about the hotel, which was very well maintained and staffed with friendly employees. It was a good hotel, with an ok breakfast. Lees meer

Overall great stay! Nice place in a decent area. There were eateries and shops nearby even though I felt from the the vibe of the hotel it should've been located in a better setting. The service was pis-poor I never got through to anyone on the phones for house keeping, general help not even the front desk. I loved loved how beautiful the bathroom was, […] but they didn't have any conditioner That's all I wanted. Since they have a pool and fitness center on the 1st floor, I felt is was necessary as a woman to have shampoo and conditioner in the room. I called for it and never received it. The rooms cleanliness overall was perfection and I was royal style in my opinion. I was equipped with and LCD 45 inch flat screen with all access to internet and wifi. It came with convenient night stands drawers and spacious closet space. I was glad to see a refrigerator and on top of it a coffee maker with actual coffee in it lol. I was also pleased to see cups everywhere and an ice holder. I didn't need the plastic cups I brought for me and my guests. What I didn't understand was why was the ice making machine all the way on the top floor and that it was the only one. Besides these little details I was very pleased with y stay I wish I ahead made it earlier so I didn't have to miss the pool times which was from 10 am -10pm while the fitness center was 24/7 I guess I didn't quite understand the point of that. I live for the pools and hot tubs so I really wished I could have experienced that. The chart topper for me was the next morning we had a FREE-----complimentary breakfast for the ones who didn't know what that meant. Its was a great selection for a balanced diet and I was very alert and happy when I checked out. I was energized and sad I had to move on especially since they also had a 60 inch flat screen in the breakfast court. Its was hard to get away from. Good Value for the money. Room was nice and clean. I do wish the hours for the pool were longer than ending at 10:00pm.

The Hotel states that its a SMOKE FREE. Well when I first entered the room i was hit with smell of smoke. As if someone was smoking a cigarrett while they were cleaning. Then again it could have came from another room. Well I not the one to make a big fuss about things but then I went to work and cae back. My air freshner was missing. I could have went […] to the front desk to complain but they must have gotten confused and kept it. The other thing was the kids, it w was the 4th of July and a group of kids were staying. Kept running thru the hallways. Me again being a Law Enforcement could have said something but went and let the kids have their fun. Did not have a Iron in the room to use so had to call to front desk to get one. Overall it was a great weekend get away while I had to wrok also. We stayed here for three days in July to go see the National Mall and the local Smithsonian Air and Space Museum. The neighborhood is fantastic with easy access to shopping and lots of different places to eat. FYI There is a 7-eleven located in the shopping center with cheaper gas than the Exxon on the road. The metro station is only 10-15 minutes away […] and parking is under five bucks for the day. Go after 10am and you can find space in the reserved lot. The hotel's rooms are spacious, the pool was great, and breakfast was well made. Get down to breakfast early to beat the rush. A few employees were a bit hostile because they were serving so many people at once. The hotel also provided shuttle service to the local museum, which was in my opinion better than the ones at the National Mall. A must see! The front desk people were fantastic, thank you! Very good must stay

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good business center. Convinent to most everything in the Dulles Airport area. Highly recommend.

great place to stay if you have business in the Dulles corridor. Easy access to all major roads and plenty of amenities near by. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

Nice motel, staff pleasant and helpful but it's time for new mattresses. Our room was clean and well cared for but the mattresses on both beds were getting to the saggy stage.

This hotel was a good choice, the only thing I didn't like was the joke of oneof the employees at the front office, who wanted me to pay for additional soaps I needed, eventhough it is clearly noticed that additional soaps are free.

Perfect choice of location for our visit to the Udvar-Hazy museum.

Centrally located. Very nice, very clean, very comfortable. The hotel staff was very courteous. They went out of their way to accommodate me with their courtesy van. I would stay there again.
