We stayed 4 nights and we had our dog with us. We were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was always more than you needed and well stocked. We plan to stay there every time we go to Chicago. The hotel is very convenient, right off the expressway.

This hotel worked just fine for my family. It has a nice pool to entertain the kids (with a hot tub for the adults). It has a continental breakfast with eggs and the normal stuff. This is very nice and clean place to stay. no bedbugs here. Very helpful staff going out of thier way to help. Breakfast bar with decent selection and good coffee. Also Starbucks nearby if needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The lobby was very "homey" and the staff was very friendly. All of us really liked the breakfast!

The easy access to the hotel was wonderful. The restaurants around the hotel were plentiful. Our room was extremely clean. Our grandkids had a great time in the pool and the breakfast was filling.

We stayed here to be near Chicago but have free parking, a pool, and free breakfast. I wanted to stay downtown Chicago, but no reasonable priced hotel with a pool was available. When we checked in, our children were ready to use the pool. The water was freezing! My children couldn't get in past their waist and actually volunteered to get out and go […] back to their room! This was the most anticipated part of their vacation and they were devastated! They have swam in cold water before and always get used to it, but this was too much. Good value hotel. Clean rooms, clean hotel, friendly staff....

I had a great experience at the hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. They deserve a raise!

This hotel is very clean & located very close to 2 major transportation routes, but you cant hear any traffic sounds. The price is very reasonable. I recommend this hotel for any one.

Great place to stay. Great indoor pool area, disappointed pool was a bit chilly for me to swim. So used the spa pool which had plenty of seating.

Excellent front desk staff; great breakfasts with lots of variety. Easy location - right off the highway, but not too loud. Fun pool area; though hot tub doesn't have great jets; Very smokey smelling hallways, but room was smoke-free. Thanks!

I wanted to stay outside of Chicago because of hotel prices and this was perfectly priced and only a 30 min drive into the city. I live too far away from Chicago and wanted to make it to the Bears game the next morning so this hotel was perfect...got to sleep in and then head to the game!

Hotel personnel was very friendly and helpful, RooBms were kept very clean and quiet.

The room smelled VERY bad. Like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time. Small amount of mold on the ceiling. Decent complimentary breakfast, and plenty of towels. Nice pool.

I would recommend this place as our family had a mini-reunion there last weekend. It was enjoyable and the hotel was a good central place for everyone. Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with so things went well. I felt safe. We had a no smoking room but I do think that someone smoked in the hallway.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The people who worked the desk were very friendly, the rooms were very clean. We sorta had a family reunion while there and 4 families were staying at the same hotel and it was very nice to congregate in the lobby and talk. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly stay there again.

No flea-bag hotel but not 5 star either. Breakfast was substandard. Beds were hard. But hotel was clean and parking lot was well lit. Location was convenient to Interstate.

AmericInn is one of several good hotels all in a row on the same street. This hotel is just off I-55 if you are heading to/from Chicago. It seemed safe, easy to find, and a decent value. Within minutes of the AmericInn is the Promenade Bolingbrook, a huge outdoor shopping center with nice restaurants & stores. The hotel was peaceful with friendly staff. […] I arrived early, and though the hotel could not check me in to a room until afternoon, they said I could help myself to the breakfast and rest in the nice living room style lobby if I wanted. Freindly clean and just a great time

Stayed here with my wife, young child and infant in a double-queen unit. The review below will be infant-centric. Breakfast was good, "continental" as advertised, so no meat, but there were hard-boiled eggs. If you go at an unlucky time, you may miss out on variety, but it does get replenished periodically. Seating is at small tables and there was […] one high chair available. Cereal did NOT include cheerios. In terms of resupplying the diaper bag: The location is very close to I-55 and to shopping. There is also a Target store several minutes drive up 83 and left onto Boughton Rd. The crib is a pack-and-play (Graco "travel crib" or similar) and costs an extra $10 or $15, but works just fine. I added it to my reservation upon arrival and there was no problem. The room did not feel crowded even with the crib. The room was quiet! Our door was even quiet when it closed. We heard no noise from adjoining rooms, except you could hear from the plumbing when someone was showering nearby. This was not enough to wake anyone. Neither did we feel like the baby crying was bothering anyone. Room-darkening curtains were also a blessing. Everyone slept in past 8am. Two things I missed were an in-room fridge and microwave, but small things could be kept cold in the ice bucket, and there was a microwave at the breakfast bar. The pool was nice. You can totally see I-55 traffic from there, so it's not completely serene, but it's nice. Lees meer

The hotel was great, affordable. However they did charge me twice for the room. When I called they were very apologetic however and told me they would take care of it immediately.

The AmericInn is a great place to stay. Right when you walk in you feel at home. Couches and a fireplace. You can not get any more cozy. The room i had was private and spacious. All the employees are amzing. If you need anything they have a smile on their face and are happy to help. I would stay here again and i would want my friends and family to stay […] here to. Hotel was very nice but there is no maintenance person there to correct problems when they occur. Our air in our room was not working and the hotel was full and it was August in IL...very hot and humid.

Es cómodo y bonito, el único detalle fué que la caja de seguridad no funcionaba, por lo demás si lo recomiendo.

Das Hotel ist nur empfehlenswert! Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber! Nur zu schade, dass wir dort eine Nacht eingeplant haben! Das Personal ist super freundlich und man fühlt sich schnell wie zuhause. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker gewesen!!! 2 Thumbs up!!!
