Rodeway Inn Chattanooga in Chattanooga

No customer service. The room is not clean. I pulled the sheets back and there was people body hair. they will kick you out before its time to check out. they will come in your room a hour before check out to kick you out. the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful! no problems checking in, the room was east to find and great for the price i paid! this will be the only hotel i stay at when i am in the area

We had to go up for a funeral. I chose Rodeway because it offered a refridgerator in the room to save money, which not only did not work the non-smoking room smelled like a dirty ashtray which made my daughters astma kick up and by the time we got back home she had to take breathing treatments. I had to call their corporate number to get it fixed.

The rooms were hall accessible but the door lock on the outside door didn't work and was taped over. The neighborhood didn't seem to be the best, so we put chairs against our room door before turning in. They serve a breakfast at 6:30 but no coffee in room or available before 6:30. Had to go out for it.

Hotel in a very industrial/commercial area - pretty seedy. Rooms not very clean - lots of gunk in the corners of the bathroom floor and tub, hair in the tub, etc. Management propped open the doors to our building each day with a trash can, which makes having a card key lock at the entrance pointless - not very secure. the place was fairly easy to find. Had no trouble with check-in and the people were pleasant to deal with. The front desk people were nice

the hotel was close to the pearson vue testing center and the freeway access

The room smelled musty and the hallways leading the rooms were dirty. I was very uncomfortable the entire time. I know the room was not very expensive but I at least expected cleanliness even though I knew the hotel wasn't going to be out of this world. Very disappointed.

The bed was made really well and the room was overall clean. The bathroom had some mildew and the towels tub had left over hairs on them. The hotel staff in the morning was semi rude but the girl that was there in the afternoon when we checked in was really nice. During our stay all of the coke machines did not work so we had to go to CVS or Subway […] to have a drink. The night staff on our last night there was extremely rude and self centered, almost as if we inconvienced her by being there. All other staff went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Not a whole lot. My husband went to check it out and he came back and said we are going to stop and get some breakfast cause theirs was not much there at the hotel

I think it should have been cheaper to stay there..The rooms were OK.. but the service in the Morning was horrible!! The lady sat on the couch and flapped her jaws all morning.She was the lady at the front desk..One big fat couch potato... God horrible!! quiet, ok neighborhood, plenty of fast foods and starbucks nearby. drive to attractions. Continental Breakfast just ok. coffee was not strong enough, carbs, carbs, carbs. nothing good for you. no fruit.

First of all, this neighborhood is questionable. We heard police sirens all night long. The room was nasty. There was a iron burn hole in the carpet and moldy food in the fridge from the previous guest. I absolutely do NOT recommend!!

the hotel was very outdated and the lobby looked better than the rooms! you get what you pay for

Hotel was ok, maybe a bit better than that considering the low price. Chattanooga is a small town so it wasn't a problem that it was a little ways away from the attractions. Rooms were fine, pretty clean, and quiet. The 10-year-old on the trip was very disappointed, though, that after an 8 hour drive to the Rodeway Inn, we learned that the pool was […] closed. It woudl have been very nice had Rodeway Inn or Hotels-dot-com notified us prior to arrival so we could have explored other lodging options. Lees meer

The hotel was not far from the attractions that we wanted to visit like the Incline Railroad and museum. The staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were clean we were able to walk to places for lunch and shopping was far away either. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Not fancy, but clean and well worth the price. Breakfast was fairly plain but was filling for us.

The beds stated that they were queen, but I consider them a double, but overall it was worth the money and the staff were extremely nice.
