Nothing special just good location. Hot tub in room was huge and was in good condition. The place could use a update... place was clean and staff was helpful. It has covered parking.

I was a little shocked at how the descriptions were not accurate. We got a "Deluxe King Room", but there was nothing deluxe about it. It was sub standard in fact. The location was a little weird. What they don't tell you is that you are sandwiched between the 5 freeway and railroad tracks as well as a Carl's Jr. and In-n-out, which made it very a noisy […] location. Every time a train or semi went by the whole room shook. I was quite disappointed and wished I had put a little more money towards a better hotel. I didn't even bother to stay my whole reservation. The jacuzzi bath was great-the only positive. Needs a better bed, better linen, more pillow-down preferably, nice down comforter would help, more towels and a coffee maker with ammenities would help.

This is an older hotel, close to the freeway and in a mostly commercial area. It served my needs well, as I just needed a room for two nights while I was visiting family. It was clean, easy to find and close to where I wanted to go.

My room overlooked In&Out and smelled strongly of bathroom disinfectant. The sheets were stiff and scratchy, and there was no information about surrounding areas. It at least did appear clean, but the only real selling point is its proximity to the freeway.

We knew we were in trouble when the front desk was surrounded by bullet proof glass. The box springs were split open and the bed was terribly uncomfortable.. The room was in dire need of repair and updating. The hotel was located between two freeways with no adequate parking -- had to park under a freeway. Way too noisy for the room! Too close to the freeway. I will not stay there again.

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay at this nice little establishment along the hwy 5 on our way to San Diego. The staff was pleasant and helpful to ensure our stay was pleasant. We would have stayed longer if the circumstance had presented itself.

The place was just nasty, stains on all of the linen, mold on the drapes, and the smell was undiscribable. The neighborhood was not the best and you really didn't feel safe. It sits between 2 freeways and right next to a train track that runs until midnight. Would not recommed this place to anyone, and will never return myself.

Was a good place to stay for a short stay. Bed was okay. Upper floor felt like it needed replaced. Room was over scented with air freshener was really bad for my daughters allergies.

The room was decorated in very dark colors. The pillows were flat. The pillows in the shams were dirty. Hardly any soap to wash yourself. Had to ask for more towels. we were supposed to have a sofa bed and the first room didn't have it. I had to pay additional for the sofa bed. It was a jacuzzi room. My daughter got into the jucuzzi, when she got out […] and all of the water drained it was full of sand. We did not go to the beach so the sand didn't come from us. I do not recommend this hotel. All was well.

We had a good one-night stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and a good value for the price. The parking was convienent and close to the elevator. The only drawback of the place was that the hotel is located pretty close to a local freeway so there was some extra noise at night, and some local train noise as well. Furniture was cheap and worn out. Bedding wasnt very clean. Room smelled of old smoke and deodorizing spray. Internet worked but connection was poor and slow. Not worth the price, but we'd already paid for two nights by the time we discovered how really shabby the room was.

Was satisfied with the rate, the location, and the room. Nothing negative to say, nothing overly positive either. All in all was satisfied.

It is not the most luxurious of hotels, but if you go with moderate expectations and are more concerned about quality rather than quantity, you will be very happy with this this place. It is a comfortable, clean place to rest your head for the night, and in a place where you will not be worried about the neiborhood. Had a great stay, no complaints. Would go back there again. They had a convenient location and nice, large, confortable rooms. The price wasn't bad either.

Had a wonderful experience with our stay. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bedding in the room was spectacular, with a comforter, extra pillows, etc. The room was much nicer than we anticipated for the price that we paid.

The hotel and room was clean, cozy, and comfy. The location near the freeway was ideal for our needs. The rates were better than others in the area--we checked around. Would recommend to anyone on a budget seeking a clean place.

Not comfortable at all and too much traffic noise. Be careful of cancellation policy-they require 48 hours advance in order to cancel. We booked two nights and left after the first night and they would not refund.

The rooms are large, clean and all have microwaves, refrigerators. All rooms have free wired and wireless Internet. I travel quite a bit and can usually hear people in the next room. However, I never heard the neighbor on either side and they were full, as per the No Vacancy Sign. I was a little tentative after reading some reviews complaining of noise. I did not encounter any noise problem and had a great stay. The trains that went by, were during the day and all was quiet at bedtime. The rooms were modern and clean, the beds comfortable and the service second to none.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is next to In & Out Burger. Otherwise the whole experience was not good. No swimming pool, no personal assistance, no nothing and in a bad neighborhood

Noise level was quite minimal. Rooms were in fantastic condition, almost upscale like. This is a Hidden Gem!

Very clean rooms. Very loud hotel guests, who management should attempt to control. Very close to train tracks, and the entire building shakes every time a train passes by, which is every 1/2 hour.

This was a business trip. Room was VERY clean. Train vibration disruptive at night, but still would recommend for a nite or two.

Location and value for price were both admirable. Rooms were a lot more quiet than it seemed upon arrival. The Granite Tiles on the floor, shower, and vanity, gave it an extra nice flavor. Also found the seperation of the living room and the bedroom to be quite a pleasant surprise.

Had a wonderful stay. Plan to stay here again in the near future. Nice, clean and cozy rooms.

Hotel was great for us. We were traveling across the country and needed a centrally located place for our overnight stay. No frills, but we didn't need it. If you want a spacious clean room at an reasonable price, this place is it. The ocean is also closeby for anyone wanting that.

We have stayed at lots of hotels and know what the pricing shoulbe be in various locations. Based on our knowledge, we think this is pretty reasonable for the price range and area. The location is not on the beach, but there is easy access to I-5 from the Hotel to get to any major city, and beaches within a few minutes. We were going to Legoland, Disneyland, […] and the Mission San Juan Capistrano and found this hotel to be centrally located to each of these. Disnyland was 20 minutes north, while Legoland was 20 minutes south. The Mission was just down the street from the hotel. Great tip--For Breakfast, skip to Hotel's Continental Breakfast and try A's Burger next door. They serve Breakfast Burritos, Pancakes, etc, at a reasonable price. Lees meer

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The staff was great, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. The location was near the freeway for easy access to just about anywhere. We were upgraded to a suite for simply asking. It had a sitting room with a couch and TV. Then you walk into the bedroom, it had a huge bed and another TV. It […] was great, because we were able to put our child in the living room on the pullout couch and he got to watch his cartoon network, while we watched our shows in the bedroom. The continental breakfast was not the best-consisted of coffee and juice, muffins and danishes, but there are some of restaurants next door that serve a full breakfast. Overall, the room was great for our needs and we will definitely go there again if we are in the area. Lees meer

On Metro Link Track. No coffee pot in room. Ok for money for very short stay.
